They have a huge selection and if you are buying new, or want to lease this is the place to go for commercial trucks. If you are looking for VALUE, then this place may not have what you are looking for, but at least give them a shot for commercial vehicles. They may be able to find it. Typical used car salesman LIES! I was told on the phone the car had 9 YEAR OLD TIRES and that would be a negotiating factor. After driving over 2 hours and 100+ miles + test drive, I was told, in no uncertain terms, the PRICE WAS FIRM! To replace the tires with comparable Michelins (NOT 9 YEARS OLD) would cost roughly $1700. LIES WON'T SELL CARS! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Their staff was super nice and courteous, but they lost a sale because their financial person believed my preapproved loan wasn't eligible to use on "any car in their lot." I tried to explain the loan details to them, but they doubled down and didn't even bother to reach out to navy federal to check if the car I wanted was something navy federal would finance. So, I left. I went on Carvana and found the same car at the same price using the same loan. I ordered it on Friday and picked it up Sunday and they had zero issues with the loan documents. I suggest this car dealership thoroughly read through loan documents and make attempts to contact the loan department to confirm if someone is eligible or not instead of turning them away or they will keep losing business. read more

I had my car towed last Saturday due to it no wanting to start fast forward to Monday they reached out via text saying the they had my car and they would do a diagnostic on it and of course it cost $165 and that they would check and see what was going on I agree to have them do that. Next I reached out and they told me that it was the Cam shaft pressure system so they start the process of fixing the issue at that time I had another conversation and they stated that I also needed a oil changed which I did so I also agreed for them to fix that as well we spoke regarding the price which I was told it was $660 . The issue I started to have was too many ppl where handling my car because the original person was out and sick so there was a lack of communication to the point where I was told on Thursday that it would cost me and I quote from the last that I spoke with" the price for your car is $800 and something" at the time I told her no and that I had spoke with the manager himself and he told me $660 at the time she said she would have to call me back once she verified the price( my issues with this is how did everybody not know the set cost when I called to inquiring? Once again miss communication... hold there is more ok so I received a call back and she confirmed that it was indeed $660 I was told then that they would start working on my car and that it would be finished by Friday they waited until it was closing time and told me via voicemail that I had until 6 pm to pick up my car I stay on Dixie traffic was crazy I wasn't able to make it so they are no longer open on Saturdays anymore so I had to wait until today now this is where it gets crazy soooo I go to pick my car up I paid the $660 and I go to my car it WOULD NOT START the same clicking sound it was making before I had it towed it was doing the samething ( I was pissed) so I go back and tell them my car will not start they man at the desk tells me oh well it may be the battery he asked where I got it from (AAA) at the time he said "oh that why cause AAA batteries are a piece of sh*t) so he goes and get a manger and he is basically trying to down play saying well we only check the car due to the check engine light was on it wasn't on when I had it towed at this point he whole service and communication that I had with the staff was horrible!!!! Due to this issue I will never be back and I have taken my car ever since I gotten it and have never had a issue like this and what is so crazy they even tried to sale me a battery by saying it want ready I don't even know if they even did what they said they did to my car they had some many issues going on at this location all the way down to the guy who started working on my car ended up quitting on the spot lol like I can't make this up but I do know they have lost me as a customer due to this issues that they had going read more

Took car in for an estimate. Had four things looked at. Verbal estimate was $3500. Went to get car and they had closed 15 minutes early. Went back to get car and they couldn't find my bill (and took 10 minutes looking for my keys). Had to go back in to pat $147 for the estimate. Get back home and they only thing on my estimate was what I had told them I thought was wrong. I'm not even sure now they looked at it. No diagnosis on my estimate for $147? Really? read more

I wish you could give negative stars, because this hoodbilly, joke of an establishment! The appointment was established for 7.30am, a week prior (talking to the rep on the phone, it was probably an issue covered by my warranty) I arrive 7.20ish and walk in. My vehicle is third in line. I talk to the guy at the counter, if it was warranty they were gonna fix it, if not they would call and let me know the cost. They got me shuttled home. Now its 4.15ish, they close at 6, and I haven't had a call, I call. After I'm transferred to the shop (used the service number on their website), then put on hold, a moron proceeds to tell me that my vehicle is still being diagnosed, that 5-6 vehicles had to be taken care of simultaneously, and the tech has been working on the diagnostic since lunchtime. All I need to know is how OnStar sent me an email, I go to Auto Zone and get the print out in 15 mins, but this service department takes OVER A DAY to complete a diagnosis ? I also am confused as to why it has now been a FULL 12 HOURS and I have yet to receive any updates on said 'diagnostic tests'? My vehicle was recently in an accident and the insurance company had it towed to the Sternberg auto body shop. I spoke with the shop manager (Allen) and he told me that the vehicle would be totaled (it was). I told him that I had just put $600+ for new tires on the vehicle. Allen told me that he would contact the insurance adjuster and if he was okay with it that he (Allen) would change out the tires and give them back to me. After getting the okay for the insurance company, Allen told me to bring him four old tires that would fit and he would have them put on. I did and one of his employees (Jonathan) switched them out for a small fee. Jonathan both help me carry out the old tires from my vehicle and the new tires back to my vehicle. Allen & Jonathan were both very helpful when they could have easily been unconcerned by issue. Very positive experience with this business. read more
