If the hours are until 6, you shouldn't turn customers away at 5:30. Your closing time should be when you accept the last customer, not planning ahead so employees can leave at 6. I would have been happier if you just listed your hours until 5:30. read more

Very friendly. Staff was direct with recommendations outside of the oil change that I had came for, but also did a nice job of explaining repairs/replacements that could be held off on. When they noticed something was wrong with my car, they brought me out to the car, showed me the broken piece, explained what the part is for and what happens if not replaced, and then offered an estimate for repair. Did a thorough job of vacuuming my car and cleaning the windows in addition to the oil change. I'm definitely going back to them and will be recommending them to family/friends that live close by. read more

Rude employees. One of them was on their personal cell phone while working on my car. And I was the only customer there and my basic oil change took almost 45 minutes. They then forgot to put the sticker in my window, so I called and asked if they could mail me a new sticker and they said no, that I would need to return to the jiffy lube to get a new sticker. Service was great cause no one was there. I drove right in and then was told not to. They asked for my keys and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong to just pull in! Well maybe if someone would have been out there directing me I wouldn't have done that! Not happy with the $50 bucks I was robbed of for a basic oil change!! read more

Went to the jiffy lube at maple valley drive yesterday and had the best service I have ever experienced at any jiffy location. Nettia was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She was more than willing to help me find the best value for my oil change and answered any of the questions that I had. The service was very fast and done well. read more

Okay, so, let me just start by saying that I don't usually go to "quick lube" joints any more, mainly because of negative past experiences, but also because I worked at one for a summer job back in high school, so I know what goes on at some these places. Just recently, however, I needed an oil change on my work vehicle that I don't really care enough about to pay dealer maintenance prices for. I drive past the Maple Valley location everyday so, because of the convenience factor, I decided to give it a shot. I mean there is hardly ever anybody there so I figured that I would be in and out fairly quickly, plus the store looks immaculate every time I drive by. From the moment I drove up, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman (his name escapes me), and after asking what he could do for me on this visit, leads me into the waiting room (pleasant surprise since past experience proves that "quick lube" guys aren't always that pleasant) and another gentleman immediately starts the oil change process - so far so good. Not more than 15 minutes later, he calls me over to the computer kiosk and starts dicussing with me the dealer recommendations and the services they offer there, ya know, standard upsell techniques that I know to avoid, but the difference this time was that this guy wasn't at all pushy. He actually even warned me against a high mileage transmission fluid flush and fill rather than trying to sell me the expensive service that could've damaged my vehicle - another plus for these guys. By the time we were done talking about these things, my vehicle was finished and I paid and it was time to go, 20 minutes total time which was awesome compared to the dealer's usual 45-60 minutes. After I pay (my only complaint was that the price for the service was a little high compared to say, Meineke or one of those places), I get in my car to leave and noticed that they had also vacuumed it for me! Awesome bonus to an already positive experience! Fast, friendly, and clean was my overall experience at this location...these guys won me that day! read more

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for the better part of a decade and have always received good service and polite personnel. However, last week I went for an oil change because although my Jiffy Lube sticker said I still had over 1000 miles before I needed a change, my oil sensor was dinging at me every time I turned on the car. David checked my oil and came in to tell me that my sensor is off and that my oil was fine. He helped troubleshoot the problem and sent me on my way - no charge - feeling relieved and thankful that I didn't have to spend a dime! You've got me a customer for life! Sunday 08/26 appx 4:45 pm...Went to Jiffy Lube on Maple Valley Rd in Madison Wi. David F was the person that waited on me. He was rude from the beginning. After going into the pit, he came to me and rudely said he wasn't working on my vehicle, that it was 6000 miles OVER the required oil change date, and "it was bone dry. Im not touching it, I can give you the name of a mechanic". I knew this was not true-and we both went and read the sticker issued the last time I was there. He then said " Oh, I read the sticker wrong". Then said he could take care of me right away. I was surprised at this sudden change-and asked about my "bone dry" oil status. He was quick to say "well, its low, but its not totally dry". So, a total change of his story. It became VERY obvious, that although I was the ONLY customer in the shop, he was irritated that I was there, and had been trying to find a reason to not do his job. He then tried the high pressure up selling on me--by telling me my cost would be over $130 just for a simple oil change. When I questioned that-it was blatantly obvious that he was pushing the synthetic oil change. I should have left. But I didn't, he completed the job-and checked me out without saying ONE word, including thank you. I have no idea if my oil is truly changed, or if it was done correctly. This place is hands down the best place to go! I have had a lot of bad experiences at a lot of other places and this is on the absolute opposite side of the spectrum. I started going here about a year and a half ago and I don't plan on going anywhere else. The service is fast and good. The employees are fantastic. They aren't pushy when they let you know about the other services they offer and they are very diligent but to make sure you know what's out there. Will always recommend this location and the employees that work there. read more

Do I look like I was born yesterday? They tried to tell me that an oil change was $122.00. If I used the cheaper oil, it would knock it down $20. Weird-the good looking, young person in front of me seemed to get very good service. read more

Stopped in for a routine oil change, cost of $45+ seemed outrageous to me, but girl at desk explained that given Pennzoil is most used & we can come in within 3000 mi.for any tipoff or air if needed seemed to work out just fine. read more

Don't come here if you are in a hurry. I thought a jiffy meant fast. 3 guys changing my oil as I sat there for 45 minutes. I was the only customer there. Said my oil filter was too hard to reach but the place I usually go to gets it done in 15 minutes. read more

This was by far the worst oil change experience I have ever had. I was told I was the first customer of the day, and that because of that, the computer would be slower than normal. I was then told my vehicle "needed" a synthetic oil that cost $109, versus the conventional oil that costs $47. I selected the conventional oil option and then sat down to wait with my four year old. Although there were four plus staff members and three service bays, they were unable/unwilling to address more than one customer at a time, so over the course of the next half hour, several customers arrived only to be told to sit and wait. When it was time to pay, the computer was not working properly, and when my son and I commented to each other that we were waiting for a long time, the attendant rudely told me, "You have only been in my bay for 17 minutes." After lengthy attempts at rebooting, the credit card reader remained non-functional, so I had to go home and get my checkbook, and come back to pay with a check. When I returned, two employees looked up to see my vehicle and began screaming (literally) at me to stay out of the garage. I had to park my car in the lot and walk in with my check, only to have the same attendant I had been dealing with demand my drivers license as proof of identification. This was the most unprofessional operation that I can remember doing business with, and I will certainly never return. read more

The people now staffed at jiffy lube on maple grove are FRAUDS! first i was told a coupon online would be honored, just bring in a smartphone so they can see it. Got there and, well, there was problems. Then she said my windshield wiper fluid tank was cracked and needed to be replaced. I said it wasn't cracked when i came here, you broke it, you replace it. (this is a common fraud scam, they overflow the tank just a little so it runs down the sides and drips below the vehicle and they point to it dripping). I asked them to show me the "crack". Hmmm, they couldnt find one. My cousin used to own a gas station. They are all on commission, and the entire industry is bent. Ever hear this one "I can't believe your car made it here", that's a poor man on commission. AVOID!! or BEWARE read more

Ah my radiator cracked! I called first thing in the morning and Al set everything up for me to get it done after work the same day. It maybe took an hour...barely. Its been a few days and everything is smooth so far. I don't know who did the labor but nice work my friend. Ill be back and you should too. I have documented evidence, witnesses, ect. that this crew only put one quart of oil into my vehicle that takes 6 quarts. It resulted in low oil pressure that affected my timing and per a Master Mechanical has severely damaged my engine. After a six week fiasco, their corporate warranty department has denied my claim and stuck me with hundreds of dollars of rental car fees that they booked, but now denied payment of. The regional guy for Jiffy Lube seemed nice and helpful at first, but is now hiding out. The corporate website little to no information and the customer service line is impossible to get through on. My insurance company is trying to get contact information for this location's commercial insurance, but so far, everyone we talk to in obstructing. I have documentation of this companies dishonestly and it seems I may have to now legally force them to take responsibility. To be continued...... read more

I really wanted to give them a good review. I went in in March for an oil change, and they tried to sell me new air filters. I passed because the car had recently undergone an overhaul. I thought that was the end of the story. About a month later, my car started leaking oil. I took it in to this location because they were the last to look at it. They said they fixed it, and on top of that, I got a very patronizing talk about how "we discussed getting a new oil plug, but [I] didn't want one." That just wasn't true, but thanks for blaming me here. Three months pass where I think they've fixed it, but lo and behold, the car starts leaking oil again. I take it back again, and am told there is all new staff at this location. Good? After waiting for two hours, I learn the last group replaced the oil plug, but they used the wrong type. I "should have the right type now. And we've changed your oil free of charge because you were due." Not 48 hours passed before it started leaking oil again. I really wanted to give them a good review because on the last visit, they were very apologetic and did the work free of charge. The work just didn't work. read more
