Fast, quick, clean, and reasonably priced - what more do you want from a Jiffy Lube? These guys are A-OK with me.

They did a quick check and it was low and I made the choice to change the oil instead of a top-off.

I would strongly caution anyone against using this Valvoline location. I brought my 17-year-old…read moredaughter's 2014 BMW X1 in for a routine oil change. Within days, we noticed oil leaking onto our driveway every morning. An independent repair shop inspected the vehicle, documented the damage with photos and video, and advised us to return to Valvoline because the leak appeared to have been caused during the oil change. The manager reviewed the evidence and acknowledged that a mistake had been made. However, despite multiple return visits and repeated promises to fix the issue, the oil leak continued. At one point, my daughter was driving on the highway when the car began shaking and lost power, forcing her to pull over. It was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation. What should have been a simple oil change turned into weeks of inconvenience, safety concerns, and a vehicle that still was not properly repaired after several attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the handling of this situation.

This is one other better locations at least for the time that I visited earlier this week. I was…read morebasically in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Luckily there weren't too many people trying to get their oil changed so I didn't have to wait too long. They do try to upsell you, but they don't push it too hard and they are efficient and quick. They show you your oil at the end and they are pretty good with their whole Groupon system. With the Groupon, it is worth it because you just need to pay the tax after. Alternatively, my boyfriend said that you can bring your own oil to do the change and that saves you a little bit as well.

One star just because it's one of those places that tries to exaggerate issues. For example, took…read moremy car here for an oil change, and they show me a few things. One thing they show me is a minor fuel leak, but then quote the labor just to get to the fuel pump at $1,600, which is absurd compared to the running average labor costs for that. Most places charge a fixed hourly rate for labor, and I called the place I normally go to and they said it would be just a 2 hour job rougly, so $270 in labor compared to their $1,600 quote for labor costs.... LOL. Next, they show that the fluid levels are low then proceed to say they can't top off the fluids and need to flush each fluid for $250 before topping it off. Coolant and brake fluid don't go bad from "sitting too long with low levels." They're sealed systems. So the idea that they need to be flushed before getting topped off is just them trying to upsell more repairs. They did wind up topping off the fluids for me, and everything else was fine I guess, but I just wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to overpay for labor costs and have them exaggerate certain issues. Glad I only did an oil change here, I definitely wouldn't trust paying the labor rates they quote here. Also, another thing not going well for them, the person that seems to be running the place is rude, so another thing not going well for the place. Oh and one more thing, they only take Zelle which strips you of a bunch of buyer protection that you would otherwise have with your credit or debit card. Go figure why they only take Zelle.... UPDATE: It only gets better... This place put a defect oil filter on the car too so it caused an oil leak. And also, the control arms are NOT bent and there is no fuel leak issue. This place is an embarrassment

I decided to do the sane thing and look at repair options instead. I had found Circuit Board Medics in South Carolina (these guys are the real deal btw) who would go on to do my repair for a 10th of the replacement price, but almost all of the shops around me were unwilling to remove the module for me to ship it out and then reinstall it once it was shipped back to me. Except Jorge. He gave me a reasonable price and service dates which was a little too close to the reinspection deadline but I had hoped it would be done by then. The first appointment, Tuesday, August 11, went really smoothly, Jorge came to my location and took off the module for me to ship out to the module techs down in SC on express delivery. Unfortunately there was only one day between me shipping it out and Jorge's Thursday appointment to reinstall the part. The techs in SC had a same-day turnaround but they ended up shipping it back out to me on the day of the appointment for it to arrive on Friday. Things had been going superbly up to that point. Because Thursday was the last day of the 15-day grace period, I was anxious to get it done as soon as possible because the fact that the period ended created new complications. Unfortunately, Jorge informed me that he would not be available until the following Monday. I understood his booking situation so I let him know that I might look for someone else to complete the job sooner because of the deadline that passed. He then offered to try to come on Saturday to which I offered to pay extra for him to try to come out on Friday, to which he agreed. Friday comes and I had asked him to let me know if he's likely to come out that day. He tells me that he couldn't make it that day at 7:30PM which was odd but things happen so I hoped he'd be able to come out on Saturday. Saturday comes, he texts later in the afternoon that he's busy and would come on Monday at 12PM. I didn't want to try to get a Sunday appointment at that point so I let it be. Monday comes and he's not here. A little while later he lets me know he's on his way, arrives at 1:30PM, gets the job done, and then we parted ways. Obviously, this was not the kind of service I expected to receive. I felt mistreated because of the following reasons: 1. I could have had someone else come and finish the job by Friday or Saturday. I completely would have understood if Jorge was unable to come but he sold me false hope and I believed it because, 2. I didn't want to rent a vehicle until he could come out but I could have! I thought it would be unnecessary since he'd definitely come today, tomorrow, the next day, when Christ comes back, etc. 3. I have lost earnings for nothing when I could have rented a car out and recouped some of the expenses that I had incurred and will incur because, 4. The car still failed inspection for another reason I didn't think would fail it and had I been working this past weekend, I would have been in a better position to get that new issue fixed. 5. I can't legally drive on public roads because the grace period has passed. Though it was the module techs who delayed the module, I had asked Jorge if he would be able to take off the module one day earlier so we could avoid a situation like this. He said he would try but he never confirmed it. The first appointment took literally 20 minutes and I would have paid extra for him to come the day before at an off hour or something so the inspection window would have less risk of closing. Though fixing this ultimately didn't stop the car from failing inspection again, at least I would have had more time to prepare for the next repair BEFORE the window closes. 6. After all of this grief, he was still late by an hour and 30 minutes on Monday without a single word of acknowledgement of the fact! I am so angry and disappointed in the way this all turned out. What had started off as an exceptional service has ended up costing me what I never expected it to, simply because an edge case scenario could not be handled properly and professionally. I hope Jorge can clarify any wrongdoing on my side and maybe rectify his end. I still reluctantly encourage anyone to give him a chance based on the other reviews written about this business and the factoring of "things happen"-ing, but he has lost my confidence. This is technically a one-star review but I didn't want to be any more blunt.
