When I asked when they thought they would get to my car, the larger Hispanic man just glared at me and stomped around. A younger woman told me that it would be soon and next. They pointed out that some fasteners were missing from the skid plate, and after I ordered them online, they took the car right in a week later at no additional charge and put it up on the lift to put the fasteners on. read more

Untrustworthy. My wife brought her car in for a simple oil and filter change. Mechanic had the nerve to say her license plate lights were out, among other things. She politely declined the recommended repairs and came home after the oil change was completed. I checked the lights myself and confirmed they were working just fine. Arrived in front of the bays at approximately 11:30 am. on Saturday 1/13/24. The middle lane of the 3 bays ways shut down, and there was a vehicle being serviced on the right lane. I PURPOSELY parked in front of the middle lane and waited in my car. I purposely didn't wanna be that guy that just pulled into an open bay, and in the past I've waited in this same spot every time, and they wave me into the bay they want me in. I waited for approximately 15 mins while multiple guys were staring at me and not waiving me in. Approximately 5 mins later a truck pulls in right behind the vehicle being serviced and gets out. I'm thinking ok well maybe he has an appt. They pull him in the bay. Simultaneously, another truck pulls in and parks and walks in. They obviously tell him to pull in the first bay. I notice a car waiting behind me so I get out and talk to him and ask him "do these guys have an appointment?" he said Idk WTF? I notice one of the guys walking outside and I loudly say "hey man do these guys have an appt or what?". I said "I've was here before all of them and you guys are just ignoring me". The guys "how am I supposed to know what you are doing sir". I said really man....REALLY I am blocking the drive in front of your bays and you guys all have been looking at me the whole time. We pulled up and 3 cars were in front of us. One was already up in the air (middle row), but no cars in front of that door. And, the other two had cars in front of the door, in parking area, waiting. So we pulled up between those two cars to wait for the car in front to be finished. One of the workers comes over and starts yelling "back up, back up" in an offensive tone -- no, "hey sorry, can you move over to this lane instead". An aggressive, "I'm an a-hole" kind of way. He then takes a sign and slams in down in that lane so no one else will enter that space. Nope, not today. I'm not giving my business to rude buttholes. I pulled backwards and started to drive away instead -- calling out the window "you should be more polite to your customers". My 9 year old was in the car... we teach our kids by example. read more

I had my car towed there because I thought the serpentine belt had to be replaced. Initially upon calling to see if whether they had part, Jose said he could have it delivered and replaced same day for a reasonable rate. Better than what I had been previously quoted. Unfortunately for me it's a little more complicated and they can't do the job but they connected me with another shop that was also competitive with others rates and were available, not like some that were booking weeks out. I tried once on the weekend and there was only one employee and one car in front on me. I said fine. I just tried again on a Thursday at 9am. Face it- Jiffy Lube is great. For a business which pretty much has the industry cornered, they go a great job at what they do. Everyone drives, and cars need oil changes. Taking it to a dealership or garage almost *ALWAYS* requires an appointment, and is usually pretty expensive. Jiffy Lube does what needs to be done in an efficient, reasonably-priced manner. You pull up, they take your car, you take a nap inside, and $40 later you have peace of mind for another 5k miles. What could be simpler?? I have to say, I'm always impressed with how friendly they are. Any Jiffy Lube that I've ever gone to, they've been really friendly. Every visit was painless and quick, and I've never been hassled or pressured for anything. Even my air filter (which they ALWAYS recommend that you change)- the guy told me "I could change it for you, but the one that you have is perfectly fine!". That sort of honesty is refreshing. So there you go. It's a chain of establishments, but any time that you get your oil changed at one of these places, you know that they're going to do it right and you won't have to wait all day for it. read more

Michael D. Here is the problem in a nut shell. 1. I was told that side turn signal bulbs were out and needed to be replaced. They quoted a price and I said I would take care of it myself. When I got home I checked the lights to verify what needed to be replaced and they were fine. 2. The bill says the windshield washer fluid was added. When I got home and went to use the car later that day the washer fluid low light came on and when I checked there was almost no fluid. 3. I presented a coupon worth $15 off but the discount was not on my final bill. All in all Jiffy Lube tried to sell me a service I did not need, did not provide a service they said they provided, and did not honor the $15 coupon I presented. I had my oil changed. They marked off that they inflated my tires to 35 psi, vacuumed the floors, and washed the windows. When I left my tires were 28 psi, the floors were not vacuumed, and the windows were dirty. On paper it says they checked other things like the brake fluid or the differential fluid but how would I know for sure? I assume they changed my oil because of the grease left on my fender. If you don't want to vacuum, clean the windows, or check the tires, then don't. Just charge me less. read more

This is the most convenient Jiffy Lube location to my house and why I bring all our vehicles here. I've noticed over the last year that customer service is pretty much non-existent and staff seems disgruntled. I brought my company truck here and did have a tech give me hand directions to which bay to pull into. They once greeted you upon pulling up and got your information and service you are needing. The last 3 times I've been here I had to go physically find a disgruntled employee and ask for service. As I said, today I received a hand gesture. I understand it's just an oil change but at least act like you want to perform work on someone's vehicle. I'm thinking I'm moving my business to a friendlier location from now on. Never had a complaint on work performed here, but leaving customers standing around is absurd. I came before the lunch hour rush and this is by far the longest yet, I've ever waited. This will be my 4th time going to this jiffy lube this year. Everything is priced appropiately and almost always a coupon deal going on as long as you check the website. With my recent experience here (6/2/2014) I had received nothing but great customer service. I called at first and talked to Brandon to figure out how much my oil change would be on my 2000 acura RL. I then asked about any coupon offers that he knew of and prompted me to go to the jiffy lube website. Since I was out running erronds I would not of been able to run home and print my coupon..Brandon then told me I would be able to just show the promo code to Luis the store manager for 10 $ off. (Which is great because I just got back from vegas hehe) Everything probably took about 25 minutes total. There were no cars there besides 1 other. The best thing about this specific jiffy lube is that there is a bar (O'kellys sports grill) right next door. I was able to have a small beer and continue on with my erronds at a timely manner. I've literally always been afraid of taking my car in to any repair shop- having heard too many stories about them convincing you that there are many more things wrong with your car then there actually are. Especially to a blondie who doesn't know much about cars haha. Jiffy Lube changed my perception! They were very kind and welcoming from the beginning, made me feel comfortable. I knew my car had several things that needed fixed like the windshield wipers, headlights, and oil change. These were the exact things they had pointed out to me and never pressured me into paying for more than what was necessary. They were fast, helpful, and even vacuumed my car and washed my windows. The total was even less than I had expected it to be, with everything around $100. And they got it all done in about 45 minutes. Very satisfied!!! I live 3 hours away, stopped in for an oil change. Technician complained about my aftermarket oil plug. Says they don't like them. I said that is what I have so please do the job. I drove home, noticed a drip from plug. I decide to drain oil and replace plug. I do so and oil comes out black. The mfers never changed my oil but charged me for it. Bunch of blue collar crooks. Great experience. My car battery died so I called in advance to make sure they had the battery I needed. I spoke to the manager Gus who said they did not carry that battery but he could see about having one delivered ASAP. Gus called me back within minutes to let me know the battery was on it's way and to come on over. The battery arrived shortly after I did so I was in and out within 15 minutes.
