Do not use Milford Ma Jiffy Lube. Employee Will kept swearing saturday when he couldnt get my headlight bracket off. Then Anthony got it so I said "Anthony can do anything" to which the other employee Will said "Im not touching this fucking car" actually 3 times he said it to Anthony. At which point - I, as the customer who is sitting in my car listeningsaid to him "you should really relax with your mouth, I can hear you" To which point we got into a verbal altercation in which the manager had to tell WILL to go take a break. Well he decided to come back to my car (check the cameras Jiffy Lube) and said to me "YOU REALLY SHOULD WATCH HOW YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE" Well I just lost it and took that as a verbal threat and was ready to call the police. I visited this establishment in order to get my 2013 VW Touareg serviced before loaning it to my Son in NYC. First off, the Jiffy's did not have an oil filter for this vehicle, so I went to an auto part store and bought one myself. A few days after the service, when the car is already in NYC, a low oil message came up. Adding oil helped for a day. A visit to the local VW dealer revealed that the Jiffy's did not install an oil seal (crush washer), causing a major oil leak. The repair bill was over $300 - all documented. An inquiry to the company customer service left unanswered, at which point a complaint has been submitted through the Best Business Bureau in Texas, where the home office is. The refused to compensate me for the damage and wouldn't even refund the charge for their own service which had to be done over a few days later by professionals. I think it's appalling that a large company fights a customer in a battle they know they are wrong, over $150. It is even more appalling that they don't take responsibility for their own wrong doing. It is, of course, most unfortunate that such a wide spread business which is offering services to so many people, is so unprofessional. If you care about your car, look elsewhere. read more

What a professional and friendly crew at this JiffyLube in Milford, MA. I needed my transmission fluid changed and they fully explained the process to me, everything from soup to nuts, or A to Z. One of them checked my tire pressure and filled my tires without me even asking, and another informed me I'd be needing inner and outer tie rod ends replaced, something JiffyLube doesn't do, yet he was conscientious enough to share that information with me. The biggest concern for me with auto maintenance is honesty and integrity of the crew working on my car, and these folks gave me an excellent vibe. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation. I was in and out in a Jiffy, as opposed to what would have been an hours long wait at a dealer. I'll be going back. read more

Normally I hit my usual mechanic for an oil change but it being a Sunday on a holiday weekend I had to change my plans. So I went here. Turns out that the spring on my hood was bad and the hood wouldn't open. Most other oil change chains would have sent me away. Not here. It might have taken four of their techs to get it open but they did. I was impressed. They are much more expensive than my regular guy but they are a good alternate. read more

This is my second time at this location- great service every time. Really friendly, never pushy on extras. I am a big fan of Jiffy Lube. On the one or two occasions of letting my regular mechanic change the oil, he always misses something; low tire pressure, tail light out.....I feel much better with Jiffy Lube checking everything. read more

This is my usual go-to car place for basic things, oil changes etc. first visit a year or so back was fine. I went back to ask about fixing my AC which didn't get cold at all and the guy working suggested I go somewhere else because getting it fixed there would be way too expensive.... which is nice of him but who says that about the place they work?? Now this last visit I can in to get an oil change and the man working told me to come back a different day and there was not a single car there.. middle of the day so they weren't about to close or anything. He told me that workers had called out. So I went again the next day, still couldn't get my oil changed. Then proceeded to go to the auburn location, turned away again. Then I went to the Natick one!!! Turned down a THIRD TIME. finally got my oil changed in Milford after my what like 6th try a month later. Very discouraged. read more

After only putting in 2qts of oil my engine went into safe mode and shut down (2015 Chevy Cruze LS). AAA discovered the issue. I've been dealing with Numerous emails with the District Manager and Claim Specialist. They recently refused to answer my emails now. They refuse to allow Blackstone Labs to send me the oil information. Contact was set up for "email only" and they called repeatedly and asked to be called repeatedly through email. They do not want "paper trails" !! That is harassment. My car was not leaking. Everything was ok from my part of it. I lost 8 hours on the job. Had to call out of work. They only want to pay for the service/oil I bought (3qts). The harassment and loss of work is on them. I still don't know if my engine is ok. They sent me results that are supposedly from Blackstone Labs. I wanted it directly from the Labs to me not via Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube may have altered the figures. Blackstone Labs wants to send me the information but Jiffy Lube is refusing to allow it even though they said they would. There is only one way to get this issue resolved now since Jiffy Lube is not cooperating. Avoid ALL Jiffy Lubes !! Read online the "Numerous Problems" that go on with this business. The employees and staff may be nice people but when they cause problems to your car the company will do "everything to avoid paying you what you deserve". The manager that worked that day was a real nice guy. We had a good conversation about jobs in general. He also mentioned they will hire "anyone" and start them at $15.00 per hour. You don't have to have any experience at all. Those are just some of the people working on your car. Everyone is better off going to their own mechanic who go through years of training. A simple oil change at Jiffy Lube can turn into a legal nightmare. read more

Brianna immediately greeted me at my car, showed me inside and offered water, coffee, and the restroom. Truly the definition of what customer service should be. As a younger woman sometimes getting work done on my car can be a little nerve-wracking, but I really appreciated that Tina made me feel so comfortable and confident in deciding what to move forward with for my car. Stay far away from this Jiffy Lube location. I went there last week for them to top off my fluids. They talked me into a new serpentine belt. When I agreed the auto tech named Michael couldn't seem to get the belt off. After seeing them rocking my car back and forth with 3 employees, I walked out and stopped them. I asked them the problem the technician yelled at me and said I can't get the belt off so I am putting it back on. Meanwhile he told me 40 mins prior the car wasn't safe to drive with the belt. When I questioned him he started to scream at me. Mark the manager was there at the time and said nothing to diffuse or help the situation. He put on the "unsafe belt" back in and I drove immediately to a nearby mechanic who told me that the belt was put on wrong and it would have snapped off very soon. This location just wants to sell people products they don't need and when questioned they become defensive. Again I would go to Valvoline or any other place than this Jiffy Lube. When I got in the car to leave the technician said "it wasn't even the belt it was probably just a spark plug." Which is what made me drive straight to a mechanic that I trust to have the car checked out. These people are crooks, unsafe and rude...BEWARE!!! read more

And, when I discussed, etc. for some reason the guy on duty chose to show me the dip stick, and all of a sudden, he wasn't sure if the worker had put in any oil! He kept adding more, saying 'no problem, no problem..." I will get a $15 rebate, he said (promotion), but it will end up being a $15 service certifcate. Will I use it? No, I will sell it for $10 to someone waiting in the customer waiting room. Shop around! These guys are very expensive. read more
