I waited in line for 35 minutes 25 of which I was next. I pulled forward for them to tell me immediately they had no Toyota oil filters and could not do the oil change. What moron lets people wait and doesn't have the awareness to let people know they can't do something. They clearly saw me sitting there knowing they had no filter. We drove in on a Friday for an oil change and tire rotation before a big trip out of state. There wasn't any wait! Andrew was the associate that handled us and our car. He was amazing!! Definitely an asset to this Jiffy Lube! He walked us through the whole process of our car being checked out before any work would be done to ensure we wanted everything that was recommended. Andrew was so kind the whole time! Service was very fast! While our car was being worked on we grabbed something to eat and before we were even done eating our car was ready! I'm giving them one star bc they fixed their mistake. My dh took his brand new car in for its first oil change, cost $90. When he got it home, it leaked out a quart of oil. We immediately took it back. It was smoking when we got there, 1/2 mile. They had pinched the gasket on the oil filter so the oil leaked all over the engine compartment. They replaced the filter and rechanged the oil (and pressure washed it), but its going to take a while to get rid of the burning oil smell coming from the vehicle. read more

Jiffy Lube just keeps on disappointing! I had a terrible experience at the Lynnwood Jiffy Lube some time ago, but obviously can't hold everyone accountable for one bad employee ruining my experience. I started going to the Bothell/Mill Creek Jiffy Lube instead...but it's like it just never fails. First of all, these people didn't really instill a sense of confidence in me. They came back to report on their initial findings as they always do, stating that "no dash lights" were on. Uhh...my airbag light has been on for two months. Still is. I see it. Why couldn't they? I don't expect them to do anything about it, but when I told the guy my airbag light is definitely on, he replied: "Oh. It is? Huh." Took them the usual 'forever' to change the oil, they didn't vacuum the car or wash the windows (do they not do that anymore?! That used to be a standard!), but what REALLY gets my goat here is that when I returned to my vehicle, one of these idiots reset my trip odometer. WHO DOES THAT?! I am in the midst of a wager with some folks regarding mileage, and that took me right out of the game. I didn't say anything to the Jiffy Lube staff ahead of time because WHO DOES THAT, I've never had to worry about that before. Ever. I made it clear to the guy who was "helping" me that I was upset, but of course, he had no idea what to say and just stood there stammering, eventually spitting out how "maybe they thought that's how they check the oil gauge in this car." REALLY? Cause that makes me think even less of their abilities if that were even to be slightly true. What is WRONG with this company? WHY do you hire these people? read more

Aquapel, I heart you. I came in because I bought a Groupon for an oil change, new wiper blades and the Aquapel windshield treatment, I'd never had this treatment applied to my windshield but I might have to get it applied every year. It's $15, repels water, and lasts about 6 months. I drove in a heavy down pour directly after leaving the store and I barely needed to run my windshield wipers, I'd say this is an extremely handy product here in the Northwest with our 9-12 months of rain! Regarding the rest of the work, they did a great job vacuuming out my car and were really friendly. They didn't have my specific windshield wipers, so they had someone deliver them while I waited, so it took about 45 minutes, not the fastest, but I knew my wiper blades were not standard, so I wasn't surprised to hear that they didn't have them. Went for an oil change and asked to have brake fluid replaced. They said no problem then came back and said they weren't comfortable doing it and I should go somewhere else. The story was bogus and the shop is sketchy as is. I definitely will not return to that shop specifically because of the incompetence of the employees. read more

Out of oil ! I went to this Jiffy Lube location because of the reviews. My experience was not good at all. I requested the $59 oil change (which isn't cheap to begin with). They took my car, pulled it into the bay and I went inside. An employee then tells me they ran out of that type of oil. My only option was the "high-end" $99 oil change. I told him if they just ran out of that oil, then they should meet me halfway and discount the $99 oil change. He said they couldn't do that. So I told them to pull my car out and left without the oil change. But really, an oil change business running out of oil? That's like Les Schwab running out of tires! They wouldn't do anything to accommodate me, so I will never go back. read more

I normally don't respond to requests for reviews but I have to say, the service I have received at this JIffy Lube is "exceptional". They gave me a reasonable set of options for changing my oil (199K miles) with no push to take the most expensive one. Given the age of it, I chose just regular oil. Very professional from beginning to end. Obviously, the management of Jiffy Lube has changed to a more customer centric company which is great. Up to this point, I went to this location mostly due to the short distance from my house. I now can say, its the service as well. Great job to Darrell and his team. read more

Do not take your car here. I took my Jetta TDI here with only 115k miles and they totaled it. I had driven my car for about 6,000 miles and only had topped off the oil twice. Drove it as a delivery driver. No problems at all. Came here for an oil change and 4 miles after leaving here my car was completely out of oil. Bone dry. Engine was completely totaled. Oil was all over the back of my engine. They could have killed me. They tried to claim I had a "pre existing" oil leak and that they did nothing wrong. An oil leak that severe that all new oil managed to drain out in 4 miles huh? Yea I'm sure. Absolute scumbags. You have been warned. read more

I have used most of the quick oil change places and they are pretty much the same, but this Jiffy Lube seamed really well ran and staffed. I had a short wait to get my oil change. They have 2 bays so I did have to wait for one car to get done but nothing out of the ordinary. They let me know everything was good on my truck and let me know that I needed some transmission maintence and I passed for now. They didn't push me at all. I will be using them again. read more

Cool guys but someone totally took my weed haha I don't think everyone was in on it but they mentioned seeing it, but after my services we couldn't find it. Like I said they are cool dudes but my oil chance costed me my weed. Which is a bummer but I haven't had anything stolen from my in a long time, so I guess it was just a matter of time. It's sucks cause I made it really obvious that If they stole it, that I'd give them cash to just sneak it back into my glove box and be like "ohhh we found it" and I would've been like "omg thank you, here is $15 bucks" but they weren't budging. The guy who helped me at the register was really cool, and totally wasn't in on it. I went for an oil change and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. While it was an annoying situation, I came back the next day and they made it right. Full refund, engine cleaning, and new oil. The guys who took care of me were very nice and apologetic. I feel confident going back to them in the future. read more
