Went in for an oil change and they were friendly and fast! They were also honest, which is so appreciated ! They showed prices before doing anything, also showed prices of windshield wipers since I needed replaced. They removed the air filter and showed it to me then asked if I wanted it replaced, rather than just saying 'oh it's bad you need a new one' like a lot of places do. I would give them no starts but I have too. Drove my car there to get an oil change and I'm 16 years old. One of the workers asked how many miles I have on my car so I told him and he didn't believe me and said if it's not right I'm charging you $100 for ever number its off by. I was one number off and made it such a big deal. He gave me a hard time and was really rude. Went home and told my mom. We went back and I got my car and left. I'm never going back there. read more

We come here for most of our oil changes. The techs are so friendly and helpful. They gave my son a quarter for the candy machine and when they were explaining things, they explained them to both myself and my husband which is nice since it's my car. Would definitely recommend them. And the bathroom is clean. read more

Way overpriced!! Don't get me wrong employees were nice and professional but $162.00 for oil change and rotate is ridiculous! Especially when I supplied the filter, didn't even try to reset service light or anything special. For all the things they said they did, I was only there for 20 minutes (which is good didn't take long). I normally pay 79.00 for this service and don't have to supply the filter. So paying over double the price for same service and I supplied the part. Not impressed!! read more

Took my mothers Subaru in for a basic oil change the the technician ended up draining the transmission fluid, instead of letting my mother know or fixing it they just put the transmission plug back in. they changed the oil and said it was complete. Drove around town for shopping for the day. My mother left town and I got a phone call from my mom saying she was stuck on the highway with a Blown transmission that was brand new, had less then 1000 miles. Towed it to Subaru dealer ship they said it had no transmission fluid so wasn't covered under warranty. contacted the manager and said they would take care of it and pay for new transmission. don't recommend jiffy lube if your transmission drain plug is anywhere close to the oild drain plug, they don't know one plug from another. read more

I gave them the Allen wrench to take my rim caps off. Since that was his 1st excuse. I took the first one off and the guy told me he can do it. Well then after 20 min they said they couldn't do it. Very unhappy with my service today. Shocked at 75$ for a regular oil change, but that's a little on me for not asking the details BEFORE tHe service. Just didn't imagine....but the part that upset me the most was the service tech, not wearing a mask and not only wanting talk through the open driver side window, but actually leaning in to the car, even as I try and lean away. I called the owner to complain about the zero mask, zero social distancing activity and he explained that he "tries" to educate/encourage, but that ultimately it is up to the employee to follow his recommendations. BS. He could mandate safety policies if he wanted to. I felt trapped and unable to maintain safety. I will never come back here. Go somewhere where else. read more

Do NOT go to this den of thieves. I requested an oil change using 0W - 30 synthetic oil after reading the information at the Jiffy Lube website, which specifies different service level depending on whether one chooses conventional, synthetic blend or fully synthetic oil. The way it appears on the website, one has to get the "signature service synthetic" oil change in order for them to use synthetic oil - at $89.99. That's about $40 more than I'm accustomed to paying, however I expected to pay a bit more for service on demand at such a place - AND I had a $15 coupon - so, how bad could it be??? Little did I know. Maybe some people want them to do all the 'bells and whistles' - such as check tire pressures and rotate the tires, check the air filter and add window washing fluid, however I do all those items myself. I CAME FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Interestingly, the service tech took apart the air filter housing (which is difficult to reinstall unless you know how - HE DIDN'T - and it's listed as "declined" on the service bill and, though they never asked, somehow it seems that I "declined" having my floor mats vacuumed, and also it seems I "declined" them checking my tire pressures (again, I wasn't asked). All this and then they finally got around to change my oil. As the oil was being dispensed into a filler can, I asked the tech if it was 0W - 30 synthetic as I'd specified. He gave me this blank stare - finally asking me to clarify, which I DID. Seems the young service writer got it wrong. (Good thing I was sitting behind the steering wheel and thought to ask...) I also asked to see the old oil filter - it was the particular brand that I use - not the usual, though I'm sure that's what I got. I was able to verify that they had changed removed the previous one. Who knows what they put in its place - probably NOT the most sophisticated, judging from the rest of their performance. When I went to pay, I expected the bill to be $74.99 reflecting the $15 coupon, which I had verified with the service writer, , but OH NO - The bill was $86.89 - Turns out, they "upcharged" for the fully synthetic oil, even though the way the website stated that the "signature service synthetic" includes (as one would guess)...... SYNTHETIC OIL. Said "upcharge was $15.00, exactly the value of my discount coupon. Conveniently, they pulled out a $25.00 discount coupon from who knows where! However, by the time they added in the "PZL Platnm Euro LX SAE charge of $5.70 AND the "Special Oil Upcharge of $1.00, the total bill was $111.98 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Once the $25.00 extra special discount that came out of nowhere (just like the "upcharges" for synthetic oil on an expensive service that specifies - what was that...? - oh yeah - SYNTHETIC OIL..!, the total cost was $86.98 - - Just $3 less than the original price BEFORE the $15 discount...! I'm accustomed to paying about $55 at my service center - including the oil filter, 0W - 30 fully synthetic oil (Mobil 1 - which Jiffy didn't have), the labor to replace the oil and filter - AND they check my window washer fluid, radiator coolant and rotate the tires...! (Oh, and I forget to mention that Jiffy ripoff did add about a cup of window washer fluid. (How do I know it couldn't have been more than that??? I just filed it to the top - washed the windows ONCE.) These people could be the only people in town and they'll NEVER see me again. FOOL me ONCE - maybe I should have asked more questions - then again, whatever happened to honestly informing the customer? I guess that's been thrown out the window at Jiffy Lube. They'll NEVER get the opportunity to fool me twice. When I left, after having all these bogus charges "explained" by Allen, the assistant manager, my comment was simply this. "The best surprise is NO SURPRISE." An adage that they failed - MISERABLY...! Lastly, during this time of COVID-19, one should reasonably expect that anyone serving one would be wearing a mask. Upon my initial arrival, the young service writer did wear a mask as he stood alongside my vehicle - that was the last I saw that mask, and no one else wore one either. When Allen, the assistant manager came very close to my window as I sat in my vehicle inside the service bay, he did NOT wear a mask. When I asked him to mask, he looked at me dumbfounded. When I repeated my request, he said he had "a condition." I then asked him to step back away from my window and the look on his face revealed that he took great exception and offense at my request. As a medical professional, I cannot IMAGINE how such behavior could be justified. Further, the young service writer approached my window on at least three separate occasions, each time without the mask that was in evidence when I drove up to the facility. Obviously, appearances are only important at the point of gaining the customer's confidence - which fairly well describes the entire experience - GAIN THE CUSTOMER'S TRUST AND THEN GO IN FOR THE KILL..! read more

I am visiting from out of town (San Francisco area) and needed an oil change. I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube at home, and the description of my diagnostics is always minimal and hurried. While I was waiting, I got to hear Cassidy help several customers. His description of the results of people's diagnostics and factory recommendations was thorough, thoughtful, and easy to understand. I didn't even know Jiffy Lube could give you so much info on your vehicle. And so friendly. I asked if they would vacuum out my truck and wash my windows. They said "yes". I found out who did it and I tipped him $5. He did not vacuum out my truck at ALL. My windows were not washed. My oil light is still on in my truck. I called and talked with the managers and they were very gracious offering to do both themselves. Managers AWESOME! Workers... not so awesome but they got a tip they did not deserve. read more
