Extremely disappointed with their services. Had a brake fluid April 2024 for the first time. Only drove it 5000 miles & had to have another done today. Customer service was poor. Went in for Transmission service had a 20% off , so I thought give jiffy lube a try. $300 dollars later and my car was ready. Transmission service is only siphon out old old and fill. I called amco for the same 200 they service the trans. Which manual states should remove pan and drain swapp filter. None of which was included in my service. Full synthetic oil change. I went in with my oil life at 41% and left in the same condition. what kind of service is this . In my 25 years of driving and getting oil changes, has this ever happened to me. Sometimes as a woman it's a little intimidating to get any car service but with this team, I felt very comfortable. This place was Spotless Clean. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I got my car checked for complete break inspection. Got my break pads, and rotors replaced. Luis did this all! I believe he is the owner or manager. Helped looked at everything and pointed and suggested what needs to be done. My turn signal was a headache to fix, but Luis was so patient and helped me fix it. I came in to where no employee were found outside. Two minutes later they all came out to a lady approaching my car and asked if I needed help, I said "I need a oil change". She said I would have to step outside of my car and wait in the lobby and shell drive the car in herself. I asked why since it's odd for them to do that and she responded "it's a new thing, we don't want anyone to fall in the pit". This time I had an issue with tire pressure sensors so they referred me to their location in Montclair which does additional services. They got me in & out quickly as they replaced the one faulty sensor! Extremely great value after the Toyota dealer quoted a ridiculous amount for the same job! I recently started coming to this Jiffy Lube at the start of 2022 and have come here for 3 pop changes now. Every single time, they are ON TOP OF IT. They work in a team of 3-4 people checking everything on your car from headlights, break lights, fluids, etc, and kindly recommend anything they see that may be needed without being overbearing and pushy.
