My daughter needed an oil change, I sent her to Jiffy Lube since I always take her car there. However since this was her first time doing it herself she had no idea what to look for, they said her power steering fluid was fine, I checked it myself after and it needed half a bottle, they said thwy couldn't test her battery because it was sealed, it isn't, lastly they said they added windshield washer fluid, however I filled it up before she went because I use better stuff. Definitely sad that they see a yound girl who is a new driver and instead of making sure her car is good, they lie about what services they did. For $90 I should have taken it to the dealership and not only saved money, but also they would have made sure all the fluids were good and bot lie. read more

Ernesto was very honest and straightforward about what my 2000 Honda CRV needed and was very kind in explaining everything; his explanations were easy to understand and I didn't feel I was being talked down to as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what my car needed and why. He didn't rush me or try to upsell me anything. Overall he was kind and professional. My girlfriend just went today and everyone was very friendly, safety conscious (wearing masks and distance), and even gave her $20.00 off from a coupon they advertise but she didn't have. She got serviced by Gabriel who was great. He has a very good personality and put her at easy. I also spoke with Gabriel on the phone. I had spoken with someone there yesterday and asked about hours and safety. I believe his name was Frank, so a shout out to him for he who was super friendly and informative.
