Yea... I am boycotting Walmart so I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a while now for my oil changes, plus it's right across the street. Ryan, Skylar, and Makara are ABOVE AND BEYOND outstanding in customer service as well as transparent in their quotes. I brought Psboston (my 2015 Nissan Rogue) in for a tune-up, sad to say this is her first... so I needed her to be cared for in the best way possible. I recommend coming in as soon as they open on a Sunday or Saturday, they'll get you in and out as quickly as they can. 2/17/25 No appointment necessary (according to the sign), FYI, they use Penzzoil. His baby needed some work done! Brittney was amazing at keeping us abreast with the truck care. Every was staff professional & courteous. It ain't cheap, $113 for an oil change & it needed filters changed as well (which Hubby said he'll do at home). No appointment necessary accord to the sign on their windows for most car care. We just literally rolled right in & we were immediately approached & acknowledged. The lounge is comfortable, free Wi-fi available with 6 cushioned chairs & a tv to keep you entertained while waiting. This shop is situated in a plaza with other businesses like Carls Jr., Popeyes, Señor Baja, Tasty Good, Splendid Lash, Venus Nail Lounge, and Pole Fitness in the corner of Bensonhurst & Foothill (Upland). Beware on getting any other of their advertised services besides 'oil changes'. Even then, they lost any referral or future service from us and everyone we know. Went in for spark plugs, oil change etc. $600. One week later, broken spark plugs and coils. Went to another mechanic highly recommended and the spark plugs were all broken, installed wrong and caused an additional $1k in damages that needed to be fixed from their incompetence here at Jiffy Lube. Total bill was $1600 for what should have been a routine spark plug replacement. Jiffy line refunded the $600 but would not offer anything towards their mistake that costed me an additional $1200. Honestly might sue. read more

Ryan was very helpful but the guy who guided me into the platform was very rude and made me nervous. When he greeted me, he simply asked "oil change?" and began walking away. He then turned around and started signally for me to pull forward. He was standing in front of my vehicle at the end of the service bay just motioning to keeping moving forward. Then I asked if I needed to accelerate and he barely responded. So I did and it caused me to accidentally ALMOST hit him. This the only location that has me drive straight into the service bay/platform. I of course went too far and he told me to back up which I felt uncomfortable doing (for obvious reasons). I asked him if he could drive my car into position and he rolled his eyes at me and said "uggghh, I guess!" Then the next gentleman to come into service just left his vehicle at the entrance and they drove it in for him... which I found odd. I didn't know that I was paying for attitude and to do some of the work myself. I've never felt so uncomfortable due to a situation I really should not have been put into in the first place. Probably won't return to this location for that reason alone. read more

Came in for an oil change. They said I could wait in my car if I wanted to so I did. While I was in the bag all I heard were the employees trash talking another customer, specifically a female customer. Whatever happened wasn't visible or audible from where I was but trash talk was loud and clear. Kinda nullified whatever complaint they might have had against the other customer. read more

I drive up - some lady comes flying by and speeds into the stall next to me. Potentially she worked there? It was seriously unsafe how fast she was driving. Then 2 employees ignore me and go over to her. If she was customer - they should help me first because I drove up first and she went flying dangerously into the bay. If she was a worker she can wait - customers come first and they could have acknowledged me. Then got back to her. I found the situation incredibly rude. I have not paid for an oil change in some time, and it was so stressful to research for a new spot to take care of my baby. My coworkers recommended Jiffy Lube due to their contact-less services. Even before the pandemic, they allow you to stay in your car while they quickly service and check your car. This location of Jiffy Lube is located in Upland off Benson and Foothill, in the same plaza as Tasty Goody and Popeyes. I came by after my morning work out on a Saturday morning around 9am and all 3 of their work stations were empty. Yay! Absolutely no wait. Covid Safety - Staff is wearing gloves and face masks. You can stay in your car and drive into the service station, so no one is spreading germs in your car. Contact free payment. You can pay via Apple Pay if desired. Or you can pay the normal way if you want. Ceasar welcomed me in and I told him it was my first time at Jiffy Lube. Ceasar was really professional and friendly. He guided me through what was happening the whole time. They guided me to drive in the work station. I opted for the High Mileage Oil and I informed Ceasar early on that I had a coupon. While my oil change was happening, they were also checking my lights, tire pressure, fluids, a bunch of other things ANDDDD cleaned my windshield! How nice! Ceasar also informed me of the Jiffy Lube promise -- within 3,000 miles of your service mileage or 3 months, and they will top off up to two quarts per fluid, as needed, at any of their convenient locations!! I will definitely take up their offer on that to get my money's worth! Everyone was super nice and successful. The part that surprised me the most was how QUICK THEY WERE. UPDATE - The business called and asked if they could make it right. They installed a new bolt plug, topped off the oil, and tested the pressure to check for oil leaks. Although I won't ever be happy this happened to begin with, I do appreciate this business reaching out and taking steps to do the right thing. It says a lot. INITIAL PROBLEM - First off, you always have to turn down the up selling at these places which is never fun. Then this place shredded the drain bolt. This is on them, although they said the bolt was rounded before they touched it. If the bolt wasn't safe for them to remove or they didn't have a replacement they should have declined the job. Now there's oil leaking on my driveway because they either didn't put it back right or left a mess. This car did not leak before. Now I need to go to a place that knows what they are doing to get it checked out. read more

The service here is always great. They have you in and out quickly. They recommended services based on manufacturer specifications. They also check your fluids and can top them off for you. I was in there today and got my oil changed, tires rotated, and coolant topped off. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I go to Jiffy Lube all the time for oil changes. And for the last time, I visited this location. I am disappointed. After changing the oil, I saw a leak on the floor of the garage, I stopped by the shop that I regularly visited and they said that the bolt on the bottom was loose or damaged and they advised me to go back, giving me a diagnostic paper. I did this, the guys said they would take care of it, I waited over an hour, but when they returned the car to me, the oil leak did not stop. I don't think this happens to you all the time, but be careful when you do the final test to make sure everything is installed correctly. read more
