    Can you see the difference?

Thank you for your help Nick and the other gentleman! I never received the other gentleman's name but he and Nick are both awesome and Nick can let him know hopefully or I will on my next visit! The other guy that helped me helped change my front light and they were out and went and picked one up for me, awesome customer service! My headlights on my car look brand new now. My lights were so bad that you could barely see anything at night. The service and customer service was awesome.

    Not lubed

I even asked if they lubed everything. They lubed nothing for over a hundred dollars. I will never be ripped off by that shit hole again.

Sitting in the waiting room... Going on my 3rd hour.

("I found out why.") This last time she came back home and began to tell me she had opted for the full service, filters and more. The only problem was, when she went to put on her A/C and it made a strange flapping noise, she was beside herself for what seemed at first to be a big deal. However, when I called the contact number provided it went to a corporate personnel that seemed to understand the issue and directed me to make a (claim) in order to start the process of getting this issue fixed. I kid you not, I have never met such honest and attentive employees take care of an issue. We spoke to a fine young man (Gideon) that told us the issue would be fixed but that he wanted to wait for his manager, only because he admitted he lacked the specific knowledge his superior had. He assured us that once he (Zachary) came in to work, they would both find the root of the problem and fix whatever it was that was making that horrible sound. We came back in a couple of days later, met the manager and he immediately and instinctively knew what the problem might be just from my story and the sound of the A/C unit. The best part of all this was the genuine professionalism with which they conducted themselves with. Anyway, he reached into the dash popped open the a few compartments, reached his hand into the duct for our A/C and pulled out a pinecone that had been jammed up inside there, cleared up the problem instantly. They are all an amazing & outstanding employees that represented their company well and they're customers even better! "Now I undersand"

Went the extra mile. Obviously cared about what they were doing and doing it right, and when they made a slight error in something they were honest and fixed it. And the amount it cost me was magnitudes lower than what the brand name service center would cost me. Thanks to Zachary, Gideon and the whole team. (Hope I got the names correct.)

She recently brought her car in for an oil change and they brought up a few other items that she should take care of, one of them being her brakes. The CSR gave her a form that listed she needed pads, rotors, and calipers to the tune of +/- $1,800. Thankfully my son was with his grandma and the suggestion of calipers struck him as odd. I am a mechanic so they had me take a look at the information provided. The Burlington Automotives mechanic that did the inspection on her car did call out her brake pads(and a few other small service items), but did not call out rotors or calipers. I did a brake job on her car and, indeed, it only needed pads with the rotors being perfectly smooth and within spec. The calipers were also in great shape with the dust seals still attached, no cracks or anything like that. We went to talk with Louis, the Store Manager, and he first said that pads and rotors are often changed together and thought it was weird the mechanic didn't call out the rotors. I stated it was because the rotors are fine. I asked about calipers and he went into a story about them potentially seizing if there is wear, again, not called out by the mechanic and the dust seals are in great shape. He then said that the CSR was "new" which is a cop out. If the person is "new", they should have oversight and that still doesn't explain how the mechanic got it right and the CSR got it wrong. When I asked what thier policy is for the hand off of information, he said the CSR should take exactly what the mechanic says BUT rotors and pads go together because It can cause uneven wear, we also dont turn rotors, we just go new. It is a real shame because this sort of things gives all mechanics a bad name. To be clear, the actual mechanic's report was on point and I think he was a fine mechanic. The CSR and Store Manager, though, should be ashamed of themselves At the end of the day, they tried to screw an old lady out of a bunch of money. Louis barely apologized, trying to make every excuse he could to get out of admitting they wronged her. They didn't have her best interest in mind.... do they have yours?

At the time of purchase, my car had 70,000 miles on it. However, the dealership mistakenly recorded only 15,000 miles on the warranty paperwork. I didn't discover the mistake until September 2024. I returned to the dealership and spoke with a finance representative, who acknowledged the error, updated the mileage in their system, and told me he would reach out to the warranty company to correct the issue. He assured me that everything would be resolved and that my extended warranty would be valid moving forward. Fast forward to July 2, 2025: I dropped my car off at a shop for acceleration issues, only to find out I needed a full transmission replacement -- something that should have been covered under my warranty. But when the shop contacted the warranty company, they discovered that the dealership never followed through and never corrected the mileage error. As a result, my warranty was invalid, and my claim denied. I've now been without my car -- or even a loaner -- for two weeks, simply because the dealership failed to do what they promised almost a year ago. This situation has cost me time, stress, and money, and it all stems from a mistake the dealership made in 2023 -- one they've known about since September 2024 and never fixed. The lack of accountability and follow-through is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business here double-check every document and follow up repeatedly to make sure things actually get done. Trust, once broken like this, is hard to regain.

We've worked with Dax for many years, and once again, he did not disappoint. This wasn't a planned car-buying day (let alone buying two vehicles!), but everything just lined up perfectly thanks to the amazing team here. Gene, our salesman, was fantastic knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered every question and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And Raul in Finance? An absolute rock star! He rounded out what truly felt like a dream team. These folks clearly love what they do, and even more importantly, they work together with such positive energy and respect and it really shows. We ended up driving off with a new Ridgeline Black Edition and a CR-V Hybrid TrailSport, and we are so pleased with our purchases! The drive home was dreamy -- smooth, quiet, and everything we hoped for (both vehicles)! The customer service was beyond exceptional -- easily the best treatment we've ever received at a dealership. It makes a huge difference doing business with people who truly care and enjoy what they do. We're even looking forward to walking the lot again when we come in for oil changes as I hear the service department is top-notch too. Don't worry! I'll write that review in about 7,000 miles. See you then!

What I received instead was careless, unsafe service that created a completely avoidable and incredibly stressful situation for me and my child. The technician installed my brake pads backwards--a mistake that led to a progressively louder and more alarming metal scraping noise as I drove. I had informed the technician that I was about to travel through the Yukon with my 5-year-old son at the beginning of May, when road conditions can be unpredictable. I emphasized my concerns, yet my vehicle was returned to me with a critical installation error. My son and I waited for approximately three hours in a waiting area that was playing content not appropriate for children. I was willing to wait, but it was frustrating to hear the technician--who had said he would be starting on my vehicle immediately--spend a significant amount of time with another customer who arrived after me. He even stated multiple times that he wasn't supposed to be performing the work he was doing, but was going to do it anyway. This didn't inspire much confidence, and I became increasingly uneasy about trusting my vehicle--and our safety--to this location. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct. The shop was closed on Sunday, and I had to continue my journey toward Alaska without the ability to return for a correction. I was on a strict travel schedule for work and couldn't afford the delay. I didn't know what was causing the noise and feared I'd face a costly and dangerous repair issue in a remote area. Thankfully, Kal Tire in Williams Lake, BC was able to identify and correct the issue quickly. They treated me and my child with professionalism and care, and I only wish I had gone there in the first place. Driving with brake pads installed incorrectly is not only unsafe--it's a serious oversight that should never happen at a professional auto service center. I trusted Pep Boys to prepare my vehicle for a long-distance drive with a young child, and they failed to provide even the most basic standard of care. While the technician was friendly, it was clear he was stretched too thin to give my vehicle the attention it needed. Ultimately, I wish he hadn't worked on it at all. This was an incredibly stressful and frightening ordeal, especially as a mom traveling far from home in a place I don't know well. I chose this shop specifically to avoid stress during travel, and I regret that decision completely. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to go elsewhere. Your safety and peace of mind are worth far more than the risk.
