I was the only customer when I arrived, and employees didn't appear for two or three minutes. An employee eventually came out, looking bored and irritated, and when he just quietly stood by a bay, I decided that was him trying to indicate to pull into that one. He would look irritated throughout our contact. His name tag said Frank. A more involved employee asked my mileage, and asked that I return to my car when I stepped out. The next customer that arrived was allowed to leave her vehicle and exit the building. Frank took my bank card (out of my view) when the work was done, and later returned it. He did not explain what was done, what was found (I saw he and the female talking about something on my dipstick), and did not mention a receipt. After he waved me away, I stopped outside and walked back in, to ask if there was any explanation about what was done, or what was found, or anything written down about it, like on a receipt. He said it would be emailed to me. No one checked my tires, although the email says it was done. No one checked my air or cabin filters. The email talks about a new oil plug and gasket, but I don't know if that was done, or needs to be done. This was the worst oil change I've had with Jiffy Lube. Since I'm sure this comment will be connected with myself and my car, I don't feel comfortable returning to the same shop. If this is how things are being done in Jiffy Lube now, I may go somewhere else entirely. Even the dealership charges less, and they are always informative and polite. I later called a nearby shop (Stanwood), after four attempts to call this shop were not picked up. They told me there was no complaint or feedback number/site, and that I should use Yelp and Google. read more

Where do I start, I would give this place six stars if possible. Last summer I had bought a new Forester and had to have my oil changed, which normally I take care of. I jacked up my car crawled under and unfortunately couldn't get my drain nut out. I called Jiffy Lube and asked if I could come in and if they could just quickly loosen my nut a bit so I could change my own oil. They quickly said of course and they could do that for free. Apon arrival they happened to be between rush times and offered to change my oil and filter for twenty dollars INCLUDING oil and a filter which is insane. I had my own oil and filter so declined that but gave them twenty to do the oil change still. Overall they completed the task in an extremely timely manner, saved me money and in the process vacuumed my floor mats, topped off my engine liquids and made sure everything was in good shape. Everyone there was super down to earth and genuinely good people. I should also mention two years ago or so a part of my exhaust was slipping off(aftermarket exhaust on a twin turbo sports car). I didn't have tools in town but went to this Jiffy Lube and they tightened and fixed my exhaust free of charge when they could have easily charged twenty to fifty bucks had they wanted. My husband usually gets my oil changed for me, so when I went to Jiffy Lube in Mount Vernon, WA I wasn't sure what to expect. Joshua was exceptional. He was very professional, kind and explained my options. Danny Dean, the General Manager, knew my name from the times my husband has been there and went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. I haven't been to Jiffy Lube in a long time so my knowledge on their services were lacking. I was told to get my oil changed here compared to the Walmart which I had a terrible experience with. Josh helped me out and told me the about the oil changing service and the air filter needing replacement. I already knew I wanted to replace that so I was ok with it. My customer service has been excellent everytime I've been to this location. The most recent employee to help was Ezra and every single person who was working on Dec 16 at this location. I arrived at 615 pm the location closed at 7 and I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience at all... And that has happened at several other businesses in the recent past. Awesome! I just drove up here from AZ and noticed that something was wrong with my car. I had my car serviced at another Jiffy Lube before I left AZ. I brought my car to this Jiffy Lube and spoke to the manager, Danny. He was MORE than happy to help me and correct the situation. I stopped in to have my oil changed and my tail light replaced. I was told it would be a 45 min wait. It turned out that after wiggling my light it didn't need replacing and my oil was changed and I was ready to go in well under 45 min! Ezra showed me how to check my tail light if it has problems in the future and Josh was super friendly with all the customers he spoke to. Thank you guys, great service! I will be back! read more

When I was there for an oil change I had a long day from work, but an old part broke and they right away fixed it ASAP, yea it took 2 hours but get the part but they did al the labor at no cost. All the workers were very approachable and very kind because you are going to get taken care of. After a shoddy oil change in Spokane, I realized my oil pan was leaking a little while driving through the North Cascades. Danny replaced the rubber plug with a proper drain plug and topped off my oil. They were absolutely wonderful and helpful and fast. I cannot recommend this shop enough! read more
