My wife and I had heard that the Jiffy Lube here in Oak Harbor was under new management, so we decided to give it a shot. We were very happy we did. The Manager's name is Jeremy and he met us at our car almost instantly as we pulled up to the place. He welcomed us with a smile and shook my hand. He opened my car door for me and then ran around the car to get the door for my wife as well, which I thought was tip top. As I followed him in to the store, I noticed that the place was cleaner then I had ever seen it before and everyone was actively working on cars in the service bays. He escorted us inside the lounge, which was very clean and welcoming, and then made us each a cup of coffee. We were in and out of there on a busy afternoon, in about half an hour. Our vehicle was vacuumed and the windows were clean. They made the extra effort to really scrub the bugs off of the windshield, which we appreciated. Service was an excellent overall experience, and I have to say that the people there are very friendly and really pay attention to the details. They treated us like we were family. We felt as though Jeremy and his team went the extra mile. They answered all of our questions, and took excellent care of our car. Very professional and friendly. I recently purchased a beater 1999' Subaru impreza, I took it in for an oil change. They let me use my own oil (with a car with 241k miles I only use synthetic oil) They let me go under and see my car for myself, the full current condition of the under body. They tightened my oil filter to manufacture's spec and gave me a repair list that matched what I'd seen under the car. I've had 99' imprezas for years and I usually do my own repairs but I'm currently traveling, I'm taking it back in for a wheel bearing swap so I can bring the car home. Based on how much they were willing to work with me 10/10 based on that alone, I usually don't like other people working on my cars, however I'd be more inclined to bring my cars back here based on this experience. read more

I have been going to this location for a few years now and it seems like it always has a new manager every few years. But I would totally like to say that the current one I personally feel is the BEST. He treats everyone like family and that is how he trains his team.. I really like how with all the Covid stuff going on they let me stay in my car.. they didnt try and pressure me to buy anything which it seems like other places are doing as they are I'm sure hurting with all the new mandates. They did how ever let me know what was due by the manufacturers recommendation by mileage. Which I think is nice. That way it's not a guess or someone's opinion that I need fix or change something. Despite the long wait when getting my drum brakes changed, the customer service was really good. They checked up on me often, gave me a charger for my phone, and offered me some food. Even though my vehicle was unfinished for about an hour after closing, they continued to complete the job and even offered me a ride home if they had to keep the vehicle overnight. The job wasn't rushed, but instead was done with precision to ensure that I would be able to drive safely. Although the wait time was excruciating due to the nature of the task, it doesn't discount the fact that they did their absolute best to help me stay comfortable throughout the entire process. read more

I went to Jiffy lube for a routine oil change, and my car had some other issues. They ended up having to call an auto parts store to complete the service needed, and it took much longer than I expected or planned. They kept me informed every step of the way, and were very professional even though I was grumpy and anxious to leave. At the end of it they comped all my services for the inconvenience I experienced, even though it was not their fault. It was beyond anything I've ever experienced with a business and I was so impressed. They have earned my respect and loyal business for as long as I own a car that needs service. Recently, they got on board a customer service oriented manager that gave me some of the best service in years! I have gone to numerous Jiffy Lube locations around Washington State. I have always had excellent customer service. The location in Oak Harbor that I have recently used has been absolutely amazing. I have come in contact with Josh who has always been very helpful, informative, and friendly. I have never had a negative interaction with Josh, Coy, Jeremy, or Jake. It's the only place I come to for oil changes on the island. Typically very fast on getting everything done, there can be a wait sometimes depending on when you come but they still work as quickly as possible. Never pressured to have a million additional things done to the car like other places. They inspect, offer suggestions if necessary and never force anything. I'll be stationed in Oak Harbor for two more years and this'll be my spot every time I need service. read more

This is my second time here. Great and friendly service each time. The first time I brought my wife's car after dealer discovered oil plug gasket had failed. It took two tries but they fixed it and cleaned up all the oil that had collected in the underbody plastic. I just brought my Jeep in and similar quality service. They let me use my own oil filter and they use Pennzoil Platinum synthetic....my brand of choice. Make sure to check for coupons and discounts. read more

I stopped for an oil change was in and out very quickly. What made my day better was that from my greeting to when I left I felt so welcome and treated with a lot of respect. Jiffy Lube did a great job on my van yesterday when we took it in for a much needed, overdue servicing. It is running so much better now!
