I seldom fill out these reviews. This time I felt compelled to praise my recent experience at Jiffy Lube. I was helped by Alfanso. You could tell that this gentleman had a passion for his work. He was actively training and delegating to his other team members with a positive & productive attitude. His approach with up-selling Jiffy Lube services while not presenting self as pressuring was refreshing. His personal positive attitude is something rarely seen. Alfonso is an asset and hidden gem within this company and I think it would be wise for the corporations to take a closer look at his value and position in the company. My constructive suggest to enhance future experiences at this location would be to take a few minutes to clean the customer washroom. It was looking a bit scummy. read more

My second time coming to this location for an oil change. My first visit was quite pleasant. Beware cause you have some of the workers who will try to cut you a side deal. Rude attitudes. This review is for my second visit. I gave this location another try. My second visit was much better. I opt to stay in my car while my oil change was being performed. Never fails you just can't come for an oil change. I get it you have to make your money off the customers. They are always recommend that you have to change something right? Which is always more than the oil change price. But we have the right to decline extra services being done at that time. The employees were much friendlier and very professional on this visit. I work minutes away from this Jiffy Lube location, and a strange light came on my dashboard. I had recently changed my oil at a different location so I got worried. Alphonso, the manager, and another staff person welcomed me and offered to look into it. They were so nice and explained why the light came on and turned it off, including educating me on what may have triggered it and also about how I can always stop by for any concerns and also reminded me I can always get topped off for no charge. One day, the tire pressure light turned on and since I did not get the next oil change date reminder sticker at the other location, I figured I could go to this location instead of the one I went to last time, and it was the best thing I did. Alphonso and his staff checked the vehicle and advised that I still had 1,000 miles to go before the next oil change but my air filter needed replacement. I was so happy that they let me know instead of changing the oil prematurely because I asked for it, and also for happily changing my air filter. I left educated, with a reminder sticker. They also reminded me when to bring the car back for an oil change and to come every 5,000 miles for a top-off. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and I left very happy. Just waiting for the 1,000 miles so I can revisit this location and again, leave with a smile. read more
