Overall Good Service. I would have rated higher than 3 stars except for the Customer service that can be improved. Nicole, one of the agents, has never been friendly. She is rude and curt. Ive seen her interact differently with other customers but generally rude to me and to other Hispanics/ Asians. Hate to say that but i have observed this with her often. Poor customer service. He explains in detail what your options are and is very patient with people who are not knowledgeable. No question 5 stars review from what I observed hanging out in the waiting room on a super busy Sunday in arctic freeze temps. Observed Tony at the front desk, handle constant calls with excellent service, and graciously take care of a few easy jobs free of charge, even though they were super busy. Right at closing time, he agreed to stay late to take in an out of town guy who was stranded - and gave me a discount to account for waiting. I also stood at the service window awhile and saw the shop workers signing off and double checking each others work. Seems to be a very well run shop with good customer service. Messed up a tire monitoring system and gave me a damaged tire. Came in and asked for it to be looked at and corrected. They only fixed the tire which was admitted to leaking. I asked them to check my previous service and they gave me a 'one-time courtesy adjustment' on the price, no explanation given for the difference. Not sure how to feel about this. Was stranded out in Elmhurst due to a flat tire and don't live near there so was forced to go to a tire shop that was open closest to me. Happened to be this one. I drove about 5 miles on the tire to get there and continuously pumped air into the tire to save it. I asked the worker if he'd be able to repair it he said, 100% no problem the hole is real small and in the center. You don't need to buy a tire. Later manager comes out and she tells me that I have to buy the tire and it's not repairable. She said, "you either buy this $450 tire or I drive out with my flat tire." I bought the tire cause I didn't have a choice, so I kept my old tire. I took it to another tire shop and they said this is 100% repairable and repaired my tire for free! That manager took advantage of the situation and robbed me $450! Do not go here they will scam you. read more

I brought my car here to get my rear tires installed, i dropped of my car, came back for it, paid and left. The next day I realized how bad of a job they had done. My wheels were all dirty, white all around my black rim, that according to the manager are lubrications marks, that they did not clean. The guys at this shop are very friendly and do very quick good work. I had a flat tire, a flat spare, and another tire that needed some inspection (was unusually low and thought it might have a leak). I got in to their store only about 1.5hrs before they close and I had only a few minutes between arriving till I had to catch a ride elsewhere. They got all the paperwork and info from me quickly for me to get on my way and then had all the repairs done that very evening so I could use the car the next morning. The fix ended up being so easy/quick for them they just took care of the whole thing. After having a rough day like that with multiple flats, it was really very nice to get a call saying the car was ready and that they fixed it for free. I will definitely be coming back here for any future tire work, checkups, and oil changes. Some general notes: The store is new, modern looking, and very clean. There are quite a few lanes for them to do a high volume of cars. The location is right of of route 83, so it's very accessible to drivers from all over. They are open later than most mechanic shops, so if you work during the day, this is a great location for you. Every person I interacted with was exceedingly professional and friendly. Well, I'm on my way to pick up a vehicle that was never worked on and no one called to let me know. Turns out our vehicle is too large to lift up for an alignment here. That's not the problem, I understand and was told that it may not be possible. My issue is that no one called to communicate this with me. Nobody at desk when I entered waited for like 5 mins, and finally called their telephone number to get a person to come to the desk. They wanted $36 to repair a flat "if it was repairable" The guy said it was not repairable due to the cut on tire, I saId no thanks and got out of there. The next day took to local tire shop Aztek in wood dale and after putting tire in tub of water, it was a stem leak and repaired for $15. Needless to say this place cannot be trusted on repairs, and drive buy and save $$. I also heard Discount repairs tires for free and provides free air. Keep driving! I have been coming here for 15 plus years but haven't bought a set of tires since 2010. The only reason I went back was I had a flat on one of those tires and thought I could get repaired under warranty. Nope. $39.95 for a flat? Not biggest problem... customer service? Nope.needed to keep going to the service bays to flag down some smarmy kid who really didn't want to be there. Come to think of it, I observed only one Tech guy that was pleasant. I will never go back and never give these malcontents another dime. The whole experience was unpleasant and no way was I going to leave my daughter there to wait for the tires. I would not recommend going to this place for anything. I do mot normally write a review unless it has affected me and possibly others, and this is definetly one I had to write. My boyfriend came to this shop to have a tires rotated and told them he also had 2 lugnuts missing and needed that fixed. They let him drive off without having them repaired. To me, this is careless! He luckily was driving on a slow speed street when the tire flew off the car. If this had happened on the tollway, it could have been much worse. A simple repair that could have cost someone injury. All I can say is avoid this place. I hope it is just one lazy careless person, but why take the chance. read more

Everyone had a bad experience here and we all feel like they just don't want your business. My husband and I both had a tire blow out after just a few weeks and they would give me nothing as a credit and after a lot of friction gave him 50% credit. These were $275.00 tires. When I went to pick up my car I stood there for at least 5 minutes while 5 employees were talking at the counter. No one would even acknowledge me. I will never go back.
