I've been coming here for oil changes, and occasional small needs such as a lightbulb swap out. Today I requested assistance with larger issues. This particular Jiffylube has proven they are capable of just about anything needed for a vehicle, and is willing to work with customers for plans to take care of needs, while explaining everything with kind and attentive service. They see their customers as whole people. They're respectful of time for those of us with little flexibility in our schedules. They're quick to provide honest communication. Part of their process is even looking for the least expensive part cost at local auto parts stores, before they offer a quote. If you're a mechanic skeptic trying to spin all the plates, with limited mechanical knowledge yourself-- this is the option you've been looking for.

They scheduled me in pretty soon and when I took it in the wait wasn't too long. They found a nail and fixed it no charge. REALLY great group of guys, super friendly and helpful. I felt pretty comfortable with their service so I took advantage and scheduled to bring in my other vehicle for an alignment. They were able to fit me in the next day and took it back almost as soon as I parked it. I knew the alignment was messed up and my tires had suffered from it so I wasn't surprised when they recommended I get two new ones. I was able to order the same tires I had (not firestone) and put them on a few days later. They said it would take about 3 days for them to get the new tires in. They called me back in two days and scheduled it for the third day. Pretty effin quick if you ask me. They got the new ones on and aligned so I'm happy. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.

Our family cares about having safe places for members of the queer community to patronize, so this got me in the door. We were able to get both our cars in for routine service quickly. This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community.
