I want to feel like I should be mad about the situation, as the technician who am I sure had plenty of experience, pulled the transmission plug at some point and drained some of the fluid. Not sure how much was involved but the manager who had several different options, in the end did the right thing. He picked up the correct fluid from an actual Audi dealer, refilled it himself and offered to pay for any corrective service needed at the actual Audi dealership during my appointment the next day. On January 9, 2021, I opted to get my oil change and decided to go to Jiffy Lube for service. Two weeks later my vehicle could barely reach 50 MPH. I went back to Jiffy Lube and was somewhat attacked by the staff. They claim no Manager was on duty at the time to speak with. They Literally accused me of lying saying I chose the cheapest oil. I had to pay for a flush and a new oil change that corrected the problem. Never again would I go to a Jiffy Lube again. Three staff members literally attacked me accusing me of lying. I don't know if this is a way of making money or not, but it causes me some money in the end. Blue, one of the employees was there on both occasions. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! We took our Toyota RAV4 here for an oil change and we regretted it. They said they did a whole bunch of check and services but they lied to us. When we got the car back we notice it have a shutter when it idled. With in 10-15 minutes of driving to our location, our engine check light, FWD light and trac off light all come on. We pulled over to see what was going on. We found that they didn't connect a hose that went to our air box, which caused our system to run lean. We went to advance auto parts to run a code check on our car to make sure nothing else was going on. They confirmed the P0171 code and also confirmed the cause was the disconnected hose! So super pissed that they could have caused a whole bunch of issues with our car that we take care of. Normally we do our own maintenance and services but see is how we were on vacation and it needed to be done, we trusted someone else to do it. I'll never ever go back to any jiffy lube, they ruined it for me. I'll go to the auto parts store and do a change myself on vacation before we ever do anything like that again. Place was a scam! They don't live up to their service standards. Don't offer anything if you have no intentions of doing them and then lie to people about doing them. And shame on you for improper maintenance! No integrity here, they certainly don't stand behind their work. On 7/31/14 I went here for an a/c recharge. I was told by the manager, David that he checked for leaks, found nothing, and recharged my A/c so it was running cold. It was indeed running cold...for 12 days. Now we are in Minnesota and the a/c is not blowing cold. I called David, who first pretended to be unable to look up my info even though I provided him with the invoice # from the receipt. When he did find my invoice he refused to refund my money and claimed there is no warranty on a/c work. So for $85 I got 12 days of a/c/ work. David referred me to his regional manager, Michael. Michael again refused to refund me. He said 'anything could have happened' He even bragged that his a/c service is far below the asking price of any other mechanic. Hmmm, well, so is the quality, Mike. So is the integrity. I never reported a business to the BBB, but I did just now. oh, by the way, their waiting room has ants crawling all over the walls. Here on Vacation! We went in for our first oil change in our new Jeep on our way home to Maryland. We were in the waiting area and got surprised by a tech coming in to tell us we didn't need an oil change. That a new vehicle engine needs more than 3k miles to work that oil through. Then they topped off all our fluids and filled the air in the tires for FREE! So we "would be safe on the ride home". We were floored by their honesty and care. Great group of guys! read more

This is a reasonable place to get your oil changed. They are honest and beer try to add on services that you did not go there for. I always bring a coupon from the Internet. It saves you some money on an already reasonable oil change. Or under $20.00 you can't go wrong. read more
