Joe P. told Jamie L. he couldn't pass the car because the wipers could not remove the sap on the windshield and that the wipers just made the sap worse. Joe P. told him he could buy wipers anywhere and put them on in his parking lot and if they got rid of the sap he would pass the inspection. It is my opinion and my first amendment rights to say Jamie L. is a spoiled little baby when he doesn't get his way. The one woman just sat on her phone while a line formed. I think "hello, someone will be with you in a moment" goes a long way. I brought my car in for a routine inspection and left paying $501. When they called about the coolant they said it needed flushed they quoted me about $130 something but didn't mention it would be $500 or I wouldn't have approved it. I figured with a routine inspection averaging no more than $90 that would be fine. I go to pick up my car to get slapped with a $501 bill. After reviewing my itemized receipt, I believe some things were unnecessarily added. Most places I've taken it send a text or an email to ask you to approve the price. I will not be back, consider what if the client didn't have the money? I have gotten this car inspected at various places and dealerships and never questioned the pricing. This is the most I've paid for such minimal work. Better off taking it to the dealer next time.

Exceptional Service…read more I called to set up an appointment for an oil change. I was leaving the country, so i scheduled work to be done about 3 weeks away. Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you. I promptly paid for the oil change and I got to walk away with estimates for the next job and a completed oil change on my vehicle. Keep up the great job.
