Before coming here, I went somewhere else for an oil change and didn't receive anywhere near the level of attention and care I got here. Brought my wife's car in for an oil change. They told me they would price match a Groupon price of 69.99 for a full synthetic oil change (up to 5 quarts). The car takes 6.6 quarts. When I went to pay, the total came to $123 because of the extra 2 quarts plus shop fees and taxes. I never remember why I haven't come to Jiffy Lube in years. I will never come here again. The Jiffy Lube employees are very kind, if you've never been to one before they will be happy to explain that you don't even need to leave your car. They changed my oil and checked other parts of the car (tire pressure, etc) all within 15 minutes. They are currently offering 30 dollars off so it's affordable. I was just at Jiffy Lube and I was serviced by Carl who has VERY HORRIBLE customer service skills. I own a car rental company and I bring all of my cars to this Jiffy Lube to be serviced and today I was given a hard time because I did not have a discount code when I explained to Carl I always receive a discount because I bring multiple cars here he said it's not his job to give me a discount. Which is understandable, but because I do bring in a lot of business here most businesses would want to keep that relationship going and to offer. A discount would be a way of showing appreciation. Carl was very combative and argumentative concerning a discount code. After a 3 minute intense back-and-forth, he finally stated that he "would do me a favor and give me the discount" (sarcastically ) It was a very stressful interaction. Hopefully, the problem can be fixed because This Jiffy Lube is close by my business, but I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere. read more

Today 8/26/2024 I used a Groupon voucher that stated that a synthetic oil change was 54.99. I offerd my Groupon up front, but was told to pay when done. I refused all requested additional services. When finished they had some kid, not the original person tell me that it's 13.82. When questioned, they said it was for oil disposal. This is a scam place to do business with. I contacted Groupon and they said that they couldn't do anything, because the Groupon was redeemed, but gave me a discount totaling 11.00. I was overdue for an oil change...like way overdue! You were able to sit in your car and wait until they were ready for your car. Once they are ready, you pull up and they do all the work while you sit in your car. They were quick, efficient and offered me different oil change options that best suit my needs for my car. I picked the mid range blend option and the bonus was I found a $15 off coupon on the Jiffy Lube website. SCORE!!!! Great service! Came for oil change and it was unbelievable super fast. Workers there are super friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Explained everything and made some recommendations. Will definitely be using them in a future! Why only 4 stars but not 5 is bc it was a little bit confusing at the beginning: where, how to park, and after the service they put a red carpet under the driver door to step on like a superstar which is really great but confusing at first. read more

Jay was really helpful when i went in for an oil change yesterday. The customer service was great, and they changed the oil in a matter of minutes. I usually get my oil changed at other mechanics, but it takes longer and i have to leave my car there. I highly recommend going here instead. When I pulled my car into the bay and rolled the window down, I was hit with loud music using the N and F words along with slang names for male and female anatomy - playing this music at a place of business was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I couldn't wait to leave this place and have zero confidence the work was done properly. The single woman in the next bay over kept her windows closed the entire time and looked worried. The female manager had to actually step outside the shop to speak to a customer on the phone. The shop was also filthy - and I have been to many other Jiffy Lubes and such places and this was the filthiest. I will be taking my car to another mechanic to have the entire oil change re-done. read more

It's a cheap alternative for an oil change but this location cannot be trusted with any other service for your car. Replacement parts are cheap and labor charges expensive. And when the equipment fails causing an even higher repair bill they don't responsibility for the mistake. Avoid them and go elsewhere. read more

Honestly, the worst jiffy lube i have ever been to. Waited for 20 mins to try and fill up one tire and when i went to ask how long. The manager told me the workers are busy but they got 5 guys working on car for something that takes 3 mins to fill up my tire. The manager even told me to go to a gas station that they got pumps. don't waste your time coming to this shop that is run by people who don't give a fuck. Worst service EVER! If there was an option of a danger sign, that would be more appropriate! 1st, I asked for a tire rotation, but due to their policy and my front tires being too low in tread, they would not do it. Which is fine. But when i go to check out, tire rotation charge was still on there. 2nd. Technician left hood unhinged. While i was driving, i heard something strange in car, so I slowed down until I could pull over. That is when i noticed the hood. Do they know how this could have gone very wrong?!?!? 3rd. Two weeks later. My car was stalling. My Dad popped the hood and found that an air filter (later determined that it was a dirty one) was sitting right on top of the engine!! Then he unhooked the latch where the air filter was suppose to be, and guess what! No air filter!! I paid for a new filter but it never got installed. 4th. Due to car stalling, i took it to the dealer where they determined that it was the fuel pump & luckily my car is still under warranty. Not saying that it was totally the Jiffy Lubes Techs fault about the fuel pump, but if you google information on what happens when your air filter is dirty, imagine what would happen if there wasn't one at all!! There is NOTHING "jiffy" about this Jiffy Lube location. We went today for just an oil change and ended up waiting OVER 1.5 hours for the car to be done. We saw about 6 employees working at the two garage bays, so there was def no sense of urgency. The employees were doing a lot of laughing, walking around, and chit-chatting. Then, they pulled my car out of the garage - "Finally, it's done" i'm thinking. Nope, come to find out they don't have an air filter that they recommended I needed. I went during my lunch break, the service itself took 20 mins which was what I was told. It wasn't busy, so everything went smoothly. Did exactly what I asked for without trying to sell me other things which I like. Friendly quick service, they have coffee and chairs for you to sit and wait. Only thing, wish they had vacuumed my car but I'm guessing that's only for oil change.. I went for a rear differential service $95 which included at 10% discount with a coupon. read more

Went for an oil change and Juan Carlos said, that I can only use synthetic which cost $139.00. I asked if I can used blend or conventional for the car for is only 24,000 miles. He said no. I said;, I will do it, after waiting and been asked to move my car few times from behind the line that I was asked to be than to the other side which was the other line. Finally to the parking lot, my car was not service. The two young men and Juan Carlos let 3 cars that came after me go before. I asked if I can speak to one of them when they are done. They never came to talk to me. I went and reminded them that i was there before and a slim young man said that he called me waving his hand. I said I never saw him calling me. Since they sent me away to wait by the parking lot I thought they would approach the window but they did not. The slim young man was upset with me and started pointing at my face and got very aggresive and angry because I said I did not see him. I said to not point at me to show some manners to others and not to take advantage of seniors for I am one. I requested to speak to a manager and a heavy set young man approach and said that I better leave because they are not going to do the oil change. I wast over an hour just waiting for them to change the oil but that is not really what dissapoints me the most. My greates hurt was the way I was abuse and pointed at by these two young men. Bait & Switch. Stay away. Always trying to upsell additional services that are not needed. Pressure tactics to scare you into needless services (air filters, bades, etc). Overcharge for simple services and make you wait forever. Lure you in with managers specials only to 'find' other things that 'need' to be done. I saw two customers pull their cars out when technician came back with extra expenses not quoted. After repeating that I only wanted one service done and then the manager telling me they would have to do over $600 of extra work to do it right, I said no to which they closed the hood and said 'good luck to you'. Only later did I realize they drained the car and didn't replace the valve caps. (Fixing myself now). Best to figure things out yourself or find a mechanic that is fair. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. My boyfriend brought his car in for an oil change and they claimed they couldn't start his car when bringing into the garage. After the oil change, he was driving down the road the car now won't start or accelerate even thought this wasn't an issue before we dropped it off. We called to let them know this wasn't a previous issue, for them to state that because they had an issue starting the car we will have to pay for any further repairs.
