You also don't have the annoying sales person, but they will notify you of other services they offer and/or if you need them. If you sign up for emails they frequently send coupons which is an added perk. The staff is kind, efficient, and deliver great customer service.

Most recently, I went in for service and about two weeks later my car started smelling like gas whenever I turned the AC on. That led me to finally check under the hood myself -- and what I found was honestly shocking. My engine air filter was completely missing, and the air intake hose wasn't even connected. It was just sitting on top of the engine. Not secured, not attached to anything -- just left there. That alone could've caused serious damage (or even melted from engine heat). So for the past two weeks, my car has been: * Pulling in unfiltered air * Running with an incomplete intake system * Potentially circulating fumes into the cabin That's not a minor mistake -- that's basic, critical work that was simply not done. What makes this even worse is how it was handled when I brought it up. There was no apology, no accountability, and the mechanic actually raised his voice at me when I asked about the missing filter. I stayed calm the entire time -- I wasn't disrespectful, I just wanted answers. This also isn't my first issue here. Back in July, I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and was upsold on additional services that ended up messing with my tire pressure sensor. When I addressed it, I got the same response -- uncertainty, deflection, and no accountability. At this point, it's not bad luck -- it's a pattern. I don't mind paying for good service, but I absolutely expect my car to be returned in proper working condition. Between the lack of attention to detail, the safety concerns, and the way customers are treated when something goes wrong, I can't recommend trusting this location with your vehicle.

I have documentation showing I received consistent oil changes and maintained the vehicle. If Christian Brothers is going to make that public statement, I am requesting that you provide the specific records, dates, inspection findings, and supporting documentation you are relying on to claim neglect. My concern remains the same: I paid for major repairs, the vehicle failed shortly after, and my concerns were not meaningfully investigated. I am not asking for assumptions -- I am asking for documentation, accountability, and a fair resolution. The central issue is the timing. I drove my vehicle without engine failure for months before bringing it to your shop. After relying on your diagnostics and authorizing nearly $4,000 in repairs, I picked the vehicle up and the engine failed within a day. Given that timeline, attributing the failure to "years of neglect" without supporting documentation is an overreaching conclusion that appears designed to shift blame rather than address my concerns. I repeatedly informed the shop that I was preparing for a long trip and wanted everything thoroughly checked before approving repairs. I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for major repairs totaling nearly $4,000. Before authorizing the work, I specifically asked that the vehicle be thoroughly diagnosed and that any known issues or potential issues be identified so I could make informed decisions. Shortly after the repairs were completed, the vehicle developed severe engine knocking and became inoperable. The timing alone was alarming. I expected the shop to take my concerns seriously and work collaboratively toward answers. Instead, I was largely left to manage the situation myself while dealing with towing expenses, rental costs, missed work concerns, and the stress of being stranded with my child. The biggest issue for me has been customer service after the failure occurred. Communication became difficult, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than investigated
