I called to find out how busy they are and went there on Monday afternoon to get vehicle inspection. When I got there, very nice and friendly guy greeted us and explained the process. As he said it took exactly 15 min to complete inspection, considering one car in front of me being inspected. They have cold water for customers while waiting on service, clean waiting area and friendly people working. Again not understanding such low ranking. Can't say anything about value, since inspection fee should be the same everywhere. read more

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Zero Accountability I went in for a simple oil change and was told I'd be taken care of right away. Over 40 minutes later, my car hadn't even been started -- and not a single person communicated any kind of delay. There were no other cars in the bay, and from what I observed, there were three workers and a manager (Daniel) on site. The real issue? No explanation, no apology, and no service recovery. When I finally overheard that my car hadn't even been touched, I asked the manager about it. He confirmed it was true and casually told me to "hold on" -- saying he was "working on something." Not once did he try to explain the delay, offer a solution, or even acknowledge the inconvenience. After wasting nearly an hour for absolutely nothing, I left -- deeply frustrated by the lack of communication, leadership, and basic customer service. Completely unacceptable. I came in for a oil change and after 1hr 30 min of waiting I asked them how much longer, they replied with they didn't know I had a vehicle waiting and which one was my vehicle even though they came and grabbed my keys from me! This Jiffy Lube is managed horribly, first I ask just to change my front 2 brakes and I know all the work that intel's it takes them 2 and a half hours to finally say sorry for the wait. They have employees cursing in the lobby, employees just sitting in my car scrolling on their phones. The only gentleman there who was helpful and kind was Rico. He was very friendly and helpfully explained everything definitely deserves a promotion over who they have running that location now. read more

My spouse and I came in to get the brake fluid flush and we knew that we needed to replace the brake pads and rotors but we wanted to shop around first. Rico and Harrison's customer service was excellent. Rico treated us like family. I know that sounds weird but it's true. He was thoughtful and very thorough in explaining and showing us the situation with our break pads and rotors for both the front and back and he also offered to apply discounts to bring down the cost if that was an issue which we were so thankful for. He escorted us into the waiting room, offered us water and made sure that we were ok and aware of what was going on. Thank you Rico we really appreciate the excellent service you gave us. I also want to say that we've been coming to this location a few times now to do our oil change and we gone back to the one we normally go to because of the commute from home and work and every time we've come here the service has been excellent from the guys working on our car to the manager. Always a hit and miss with these Jiffy Lubes. If your not in a hurry and don't mind poor customer service, this is the place for you. It's a shame cause the location is great and easily accessible from 130. This location just need a huge management overhauled..... If I could give this place a ZERO, that's what they would get. TERRIBLE customer service! Came in 3 days ago and they said it was just two people, came back yesterday and was told by Kevin due to the rain last night they couldn't service me, not sure if this is DPS guidelines found this interesting. Wasted an hour and 25 minutes. Got there at 7:45, before they opened at 8am was the second person in line before they opened, after an hour waiting inside I noticed they took the car that came after me. After noticing they parked my truck, I asked him why was I having to wait if I was there second. The assistant manager rudely told me that this is how Kevin the manager runs the shop. He said all oils changes come first, and that I had to wait until they get through the oil changes even all the cars that came in after me. I asked him to make it make sense! Treated poorly, I noticed they took all the other people that's didn't look like me first. Stay away from here unless you have time to waste and want poor service! read more

2 stars for the original oil change. Got my oil changed here on my first visit and was very impressed. Pulled in later to get a tire balance and rotation. Was told there balance guy was off. Came back the next day and was told he didn't show up. Came back the next day and was told they couldn't do tires that big. A few weeks later I pulled in to get an inspection. Was told their inspector was off and to come back tomorrow after 10. Pulled in today and was told they were not doing inspections today. I understand the labor shortage but you need to be honest with the customer and totally close down portions that you can not staff. Because of that and 5 stops into this place without any service I am 99.9% positive there will not be a 6th turn into their driveway. read more

Terrible Service I don't know how this place even stays open. Asked for a price quote an oil change they couldn't even tell me how many quarts my engine holds. I shouldn't be the one telling them they're the oil change facility. That's pretty sad. Went to another location had no issue at all Kind of crazy pay $91 for an oil change for 4 quarts oil when a 55 gallon barrel oil crude oil only cost $89 at this time of the market who's getting ripped off not me I'll never use this place again. read more

very incompetent. I'll say this there has to be a level of common sense used when dealing with vehicles. they had to open my hood to do an oil change they made sure to bring me my filters to show me they needed to be changed and even tell me my battery needed to be cleaned bc of corrosion ( which I took care of both with them), but didn't do the free top off of windshield wiper fluid. my biggest complaint is I went for an inspection so instead of doing the inspection before my battery was unplugged they did it backwards which caused my sensors to not be ready to read when they did the inspection CAUSING ME TO FAIL THE INSPECTION. They failed to use common freaking sense in this moment and essentially wasted my time. I spent almost $300 to have drive 60 miles just for them to do the freaking inspection again. They were very incompetent in that moment and it in fact wasted time that didn't need to be wasted!!! Situations like this makes it hard to want to go to places like jiffy lube bc why would you be so careless. I feel like they played in my face bc I'm a woman and tried to get over. I more than likely will just go waste time sitting at the dealership than come and have to deal with incompetence to save a few bucks. In this case I didn't save any time. The owner had the nerve to ask me if I could do what he did? No but my money can only good out of this is I got a refund on the Inspection. Would never visit here again! read more

Wish I could give more stars! According to my receipt, the guy who helped me was named Kevin, and lemme tell ya! This guy! 1) got there and i was greeted at the door by Kevin, who showed me where the restrooms and phone charging station were and told me how to use the WiFi. 2) they didn't have the bulb they needed to replace my blinker so they went out and BOUGHT one while I waited. BOUGHT. ONE. 3) bill was cheaper than Kevin had promised me, which was a nice surprise. 4) the place is brand spanking new. Like so new you could eat off the floors. Also, the chairs in the waiting room were so comfy?? I thought about selling my house and moving in. The ambiance. The music. Chefs kiss. 5) when the whole thing was done, Kevin walked me out to my car, which was pulled up right to the end of the sidewalk, just so he could also get my car door for me. Had an oil change here where they put in an after market oil filter and it proceeded to leak oil all over my garage. Had to take my car to the dealership as I didn't know that was the issue. Once I contacted this Jiffy Lube to discuss what occurred I was passed around to multiple crew leads and they kept trying to pass the buck onto me for not taking the car back to them first. I am no mechanic so I had no clue why it was leaking oil. Instead of them caring to discuss it with me when I called several times to speak with a manager, they would take my info but never had a manager call me back. Came in for an oil change and to get my car inspected. When I showed up I was told I'm not going to be able to get my car inspected today. The person they have for that was on lunch. Cool no problem. I get the oil changed and notice that the inspector had returned and was performing an inspection on another car. I asked if I would be able to get my car inspected as the inspector was back. I was told yes, you're next in line. The inspector come in and ignores me when I try to talk to him and walks to someone else. I asked another associate if I was even in line to get my car inspected. He told me yes, but for some reason the inspector didn't go in order and took two people before my car. Poor communication turned into me waiting 2 and half hours to get my car even looked at. When I asked why this was the associate said "you can leave if you want or wait". Poor customer service and communication resulted in me wasting over 2 and a half hours waiting. Not worth it. Highly suggest going somewhere else. read more

This place is wonderful... SUPER clean both the shop area and the customer service area. The restrooms were nice and clean. They had complementary hot coffee and cold bottled water. I came in for just an oil change... Steven who I believe is one of the mangers, politely told me there was going to be a 30-40 min wait. It was a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't too busy, but he got me in. He did great work, nice quick oil change and an air filter replacement which he did for under $100 (I told him that was my budget and he made it work) I also had a nail in one of my tires, he pulled the tire off the rim and did a great patch job. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! Super great customer service and good professional job was done. read more
