Was greeted by a new employee who said to wait and he would have some come right over. 20 minutes later I got up to ask someone else and was rudely informed it would be over an hour. I needed an oil change and my brakes didn't feel as Good lately. They checked the fluid and it was dark so I asked for a change. I also asked for the fuel line to be checked and it needed to be cleaned. Neither had been done before. They did great work without it feeling like an outsell like some places. Breaks now feel brand new and I feel confident driving in the heat. Car has 32900 miles. If you haven't had these services get it done. I got a 15% discount from Uber driving so the whole thing was $179. read more

Pretty good place to get an oil change. They did the work like they were supposed to and they were some pretty cool dudes. I got my engine oil changed and my transmission oil changed. They drained the transmission oil, filled it, drained it and then filled it back up. I paid about 130 for the transmission oil change. They let me know some recommendations like changing my filter from the engine and that i may wanna service my wheel bearings soon. I would recommend someone to go here. Pulled up the the service bay. the guy that came out to help me was a total dick. Didnt ask any questions or if i had been there before or anything. Told me to get out of the car and leave the keys and that i was gonna be there for a while. I Asked how long the wait was and he told me about an hour. I told him i was gonna try another location. Before i left, I asked him if he happened to know how long the wait time was at any other locations and he looked at me like i was a total idiot and responded sarcastically " how would i know that?! I'm stuck here all day". So sorry i Apparantly asked a ridiculous question. I will never go to this location again! read more

So I Pulled in, and I asked how much an oil change was as the guy walked up (I drive a normal NOT special sedan) and the guy FIRST quoted me 77 bucks!! Are you kidding me??--$77 bucks for a basic oil chang?!! I even repeated the price bc I was so baffled. And he said yeah. I could be wrong or off base, but I take that as a bunch of dishonest jack-holes seeing a young woman and thinking they can get away with darn nearly doubling the price. Screw that! That is down right SHAMEFUL and bad business practice. I went right down the road to Grease Monkey where they have their pricing is right on their clip boards and it was $39.99 for the conventional with 5/20 (same type of oil as jiffy lube said). In and out super fast and I could TRUST I was being treated fairly. Consumers beware of this place! They will try to take advantage of you...esp if you're a female. **UPDATE** I had my guy friend call and ask for a quote on an oil change for my type of vehicle.. HE was quoted $47.99. Wow. Just wow. Got here on a Saturday morning about 10. You have to drive around to the back to get started. All the parking places were full and I didn't know exactly what I was going to do when a guy in a red shirt yelled and waved me to the entrance bay. There was one car ahead of me they were working on. I told them what I wanted and had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to get to me in order for them to put everything in the computer. After that it took another 20 to 25 minutes and I was outta there. Not bad for a Saturday morning, less than one hour. The staff was friendly and professional. I would give them a 5 star but they told me my battery was going to have to be replaced soon which I can't believe because I just bought a 5 year battery from PepBoys 6 months ago. They took the time to explain things to me and I got a good vibe from the people working there. They are friendly and, from what I can tell, they are honest. There prices on some items are more expensive than autozone but I would have never known to replace them unless someone told me to. I think the good service is worth the extra. read more
