Just went for a basic oil change. They didn't attach my skid plate back on correctly and it fell down while I driving. I'm currently trying to get reimbursed for the service but it's been a very difficult process. I would put negative stars if I could. Update: never received a refund. read more

Called to see how long an oil change would take, he said 45 minuets. I get there in less than 5 minutes. 2 hrs later my car is done, for a simple oil change. Do Not have your vehicle serviced here, unless you like adding additional problems to your life. Almost $200 for oil change and windshield wiper blades!!! (are you kidding me?) ; ( To make the experience even worse, now I have a power steering fluid leak, they broke the sensor that says my hood is open, so that bell dings continuously while I am driving. Said they topped all fluids, Not a chance, everything is low... This is the worst excuse for a service station I have ever imagined. I figure this cheap oil change will end up costing me over $500 by the time I have everything fixed that wasn't broken when I drove into this place for a quick oil change. I have never written a bad review before on yelp, but I feel absolutely ripped off after leaving this jiffy lube today. Let me start off by saying the guy that helped me was great, I have no complaint for him. What I do have a problem with is the pricing. I paid $69.99 for the signature service blend because apparently my car needs to have a synthetic blend of oil (penzoil gold 0w20) and can't take anything else (Honda accord 2011). This included the oil and oil filter. I paid another $36.99 for a cabin air filter and $5 for anti freeze. I asked if they had any coupons available now and he dropped the price by $20. So in the end, I paid $99.50. I'm absolutely floored at how much this cost!!! In my mind for the amount of time it took it should have only been around $50-$60. I will never use jiffy lube again and will never recommend them either if their prices stay the same...wow! read more

I recently moved from Idaho, and Jiffy Lube has always been my #1 choice. I only hoped I'd find a Phoenix location that exceeded my expectations the way my Idaho locations did. The verdict? Fantastic service! Thanks guys. Let me tell you that I don't know crap about cars. I went there thinking my oil needed changed because my car was making a strange noise (turned out to be a belt). I was past the 3,000 mile mark on my car and thought maybe the employees could see if some fluids were low or otherwise just change my oil. After 10 minutes of waiting the gentleman informed me my oil is 60% full and pretty much branch new. All fluids were full too. He said I could change my filter if needed, and even then it wasn't necessary. He also said my issue sounded more like a belt problem. Meanwhile, without me actually paying for a service the other guys were wiping down my dash and windows! I felt no pressure to purchase anything since I really didn't need to. I felt embarrassed for thinking that I needed an oil change, but the guys didn't treat me any differently. They were genuine, friendly, honest people. I will 100% be back to PURCHASE a service when my car is ready! It's service like this that makes me gladly pay a little more here than a cheaper place with sub-par service. I went for my oil change here and my last experience with them was great. This time I think they were all in a mood. A smile would have been nice. Also I left with my windows terrible dirty afterwards. If you are going to clean the windows do them right or not at all. Minus one star for their bad mood and another for having to wash my car again! read more

A Jiffy Lube is a Jiffy Lube is a Jiffy Lube, right? Not so much. I needed an oil change as well as new windshield wipers and, since the wipers were no more expensive than Auto Zone up the street, I just got them changed at JL. I showed up around 5 p.m. and was out in probably 15 minutes....oil changed, new wipers, clean windows and the attendant was very pleasant. The JL on 7th Street just north of Camelback gets a thumbs up from me. read more

The experience was awful they charge you way to much for filters and they are so pushy to sell you all kinds of service they are just fast talking people that cannot even type simple information in the computer. I'll never go back there. if a regional or area manager read this review I hope they can replace the staff at this specific location. feel sorry for such a good company. read more

I went in without an appointment this morning and these guys were friendly, fast, and very accommodating. They offered all of their services but we're not overly pushy if I refused anything. They even had a regular customer that they knew by name and even told him he was early on mileage for his oil change! Several years ago we came to this location for an oil and coolant change. All went fine, or so I thought. Afterwards we drove over to Tempe to go to a favorite restaurant. On the way I suddenly noticed the temperature indicator was as high as it could go. I pulled over and discovered the radiator was empty because they'd crossthreaded the cap. I filled it with water and limped it back to the shop and explained what happened. I told them I expected another coolant change and a change of the oil as well because oil degrades in heat and the oil I'd just paid for was destroyed. They got to work. When I got it back they told me they'd only done the coolant, they felt I had set them up for a lawsuit, and to get the hell out of there before they called the cops. I invited them to call the cops and left my Cherokee parked in front of their bay preventing them getting cars in and out until they closed. We just wanted an oil and coolant change and, when it went bad, an apology and to redo it. Instead thanks to them our vehicle broke down and upon bringing it back we were insulted, threatened, and victimized. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this location due to its paranoid and hostile manager. read more
