Never take your car to a jiffy lube. They will likely do more damage to your car than protect it. In addition to over charging me they stripped everything they touched. My tire stem caps were over tightened. They lost a couple screws for my skid plate. In addition they tightened the drain nut so much that it ended up breaking apart while still attached. If I could give negative stars I would. I never write reviews, but felt it was necessary to warn people to not use this service. read more

I was just at this location last week and was very impressed with the staff and the service! The staff went out of their way to explain everything that the car needed, the function and purpose of the services, and what I should be aware for future service visits I have coming up based on my mileage. They are a super knowledgeable staff and so very helpful - they Definitely went above and beyond in the customer service department. The service itself took very little time, I was out of there quite fast. My car is humming along nicely in this frigid weather and I know that I feel comfortable taking it back to the courteous gentleman at this location. read more

A female employee at this store location ruined my experience here today. She told me some nonsense about not being able to use my Groupon because I hadn't told her straightaway when I walked in the door that I intended to redeem it when I paid for services rendered. After a little back and forth she then didn't let me know that I was able to use a regular coupon instead. I got charged full price for a silly oil change when there was a coupon available and she knew that full well. It was just really bad customer service on her part. I pulled in and the manager walked up to me and told me he'd just had to send someone away who tried to"f***" him over by bringing in a car in bad shape for an oil change. I should've driven away immediately due to his weird lack of professionalism but whatever it's not a doctors office. he said it would be an hour for a state inspection and emissions (around $80, not a deal). I agreed and waited two hours. Multiple people in the waiting room were there and having to deal with Jiffy Lube's errors (one was there for follow up work after they'd messed up his engine during a botched change and then had to stay longer because they put in the wrong oil). The waiting room was overheated and they supplied no water or coffee. After almost 2 hours I asked about the status of my car (it had been moved previously). the manager told me he'd ask (he was the one that gave me the estimate!) and then sent in some undoubtedly overworked employee to notify me it would be another 1.5 hours or more. Long story short we all know those places suck at doing serious work. Apparently they can't even do oil changes or car inspections without serious issues either-and it's not cheap. go somewhere else! read more

I was skeptical due to the reviews on here but I stopped by today and had a good experience here. I only had to wait around 20 minutes for them to get the oil changed, refill the washer fluid, and fix a tail light. The cost came to about 50 bucks with a coupon which I feel is a very fair price. They also vacuumed the car for me which is awesome. I will be back to this location again. read more

Jiffy lube sucked. Took over an hour, cost $50, broke my air filter. When I went the next time, they broke my glove box. They break shit.

Will never come here again. The end of last year I got new tires put on here. The next day my tire sensor light came on. Common sense, I knew it was extremely likely this had something to do with the act of getting two new tires the day before. I immediately went back to Jiffy Lube and let them know what happened, they took a look at it and said that it looks like the sensor itself was damaged. The manager spoke with me and said supposedly it could have nothing to do with them changing the tire. He took my number and said that they would follow up after he investigated further. Of course no one ever contacted me. Just recently, I took my car to a Ford dealership and they let me know that the sensor appeared to have been damaged when tires were put on last without me even bringing this issue up to them. Clearly Jiffy Lube was just trying to avoid having to take responsibility for what they did. Getting the sensor cost me over $100 and I have told all of my local friends and family to never go to this location from my experience that cost me time and money. read more

DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE! I came to Jiffy Lube on 9/25 at 3:30 PM to have my brakes inspected because it was making a screeching sound. The folks there were great at first and said they can fix it no problem at all. They said just wait around and a delivery for 4 new brake pads and 1 rotor will come. The delivery comes around 5:30PM. They then start my car. But however, they keep prioritizing other people ahead of my car. After the parts came, I saw about 6 people that were taken care of before me! This is absolutely unacceptable as at that point I had been waiting for 3 hours. I confronted Jonathan, an employee there, and he stated it's because they were 'backed up and busy.' Which is absolutely unacceptable as I had been waiting for three hours. They start my car around 7PM (closing time!!) but they take their time. They do a little bit at a time and take frequent breaks or tend to other cars instead of just focusing on getting the issue done. At about 9PM (2 hours after closing!!), the employee states that he is unable to finish my car as didn't have the required materials. Also, he proceeded by changing the brake pads without the rotors (which I had already paid for the services prior). For those who are not aware, not changing bad rotors at the same time as brake pads can lead to quicker degeneration of the brake pads as well as uneven wearing of the brake pads. I am truly disappointed in this company's incompetence to complete the task that I paid for. At 9PM he gave me my car back and told me to come back the next day. On Wednesday 9/25, I spent 5.5 hours at Jiffy Lube and the services were not complete. I wasted my whole afternoon for a service that should have taken 1-1.5 hours max at other places. On 9/26, Thursday, I returned at 2:30 to complete the job on my car. Jonathan once again stated that he will take care of my car as soon as possible. Fast forward to 5:30PM (YES, I waited another 3 hours...) and he gives me my car back and states he is unable to finish the task since his mechanic was out for the day. I am absolutely astounded by the unprofessional of these Jiffy Lube employees. If the job can't be done, why did you keep me there for ANOTHER 3 hours for no reason. Once again, at 6:00PM (3 HOURS LATER.) the employee told me to come back tomorrow to get it done. At that point I was frustrated and asked for a refund of the rotors since they're incapable of putting them on. He fumbled around looking for papers and said it couldn't be done. I am even more disappointed by the lack of empathy the employee showed. All I got both days was "Sorry bud, come back tomorrow." They advertise that they care of brakes, but I will never be returning and I recommend that everyone go elsewhere to get your car maintenance taken care of. read more

I've come here for years. Even after they tried to sell me tires that I didn't need and having a battery die a day after they did "check" on it and said it was okay. The final straw was being told that I had been using the non recommended oil for 5 years. Jiffy Lube corporate could care less about addressing the situation. Before purchasing the oil change Groupon I called the store location to ask about additional fees since I have a SUV that requires synthetic oil. I was quoted an extra $30 charge would be required at the store location. I expected that and thought the extra fee was reasonable and went ahead and purchased the Groupon. I showed up the next morning and was told that the up charge was $60 more not the $30 quoted just the day before. I went to jiffy lube for a routine oil change. I waited for an hour and a half, but they were busy, so I understood. However, as I was driving home my check engine light came on (within 5 minutes of me leaving jiffy lube). I pulled over and read my car manual and it said that it meant there was an emissions problem. I knew that the jiffy lube guys had taken my air filter out, so I figured they had probably failed to reconnect everything properly. I turned around and went back to jiffy lube. However, when I got there and explained my situation, I was told it would be another 2 hour wait before they could help me. After some back and forth, they called over the manager. He basically denied any possibility that it could be related to anything they had done, and tried to tell me that my car just happened, coincidentally, to be having some other problem. Finally, he agreed to let me pull up front and hook my car up to the diagnostic machine. They got back a vague error code (p0420 - catalytic efficiency below threshold), denied any responsibility, and sent me on my way. I'm down $50 and still don't know what's wrong with my car. All I wanted was a simple oil change!!!! I will never, ever go back to a jiffly lube - especially not this one. read more

I am presently waiting for a manager other than the one who claims he is the manager to contact me. I went to get my oil changed about a week ago. I always get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube even though my dealership offers free oil changes. I usually use the Groupon to get my oil changed, which do all the time. I went this location and the "manager" David W. tried to charge me extra for service that is covered under the Groupon. When I told him about it, he corrected it but never apologized. The car was never vacuum which is not a big deal but my washer fluid was never filled (I have pictures). They never put a reminder sticker on the car and did not rain-x my windows. I am very upset with this service. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for almost 10 years but with this kind of service, I am better off taking it to the dealership. read more

When I told them that, they just lied and said they did. And then every other time you go, they tell you your filter needs changed. How does my filter need replacing every 1000 miles? Never go to this Jiffy Lube. They tried to charge me $45 for an oil change- no way! I just asked them to change my headlight bulb, and it took an hour and a half. They kept taking other peoples car who had come in after me, probably because they weren't making much money off of me. It took them at least a half hour to actually change the bulb- I looked over and 4 people were under the hood trying to figure it out. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing because last time I needed this service it was done in 5 minutes. All of the employees were rude and had an attitude. Very good service. Came in for an oil change, was informed about other things that might need to be changed in the future, and was not made to feel guilty when I declined. The service worker even gave me a tip about making sure that my toll money is no-where in site when I get my next service change to avoid tempting some dishonest people out there (turns out the corners of a few bills were showing out of one compartment...all bills were still there). He gave me a 10$ discount even though I didn't come in with a coupon, and the oil change was complete in 20 minutes. Will go back. read more

I hate to write a one-star review, but my daughter brought her car here for an oil change and left with two new brake rotor packages and a $330 bill. And then about 32 hours later on a Saturday evening, the brake on one wheel came lose on the Parkway on her way to work, banging up and down on the rotor with every bump. Finally, in the parking lot at Monroeville Mall, the caliper flipped all the way back while in reverse, grinding against the inside of the wheel. I drove out and switched cars with her, then spent an hour in the parking lot in a mini-blizzard, trying to figure out how to put the thing back on well enough to drive it home slowly. I managed to get it home, grinding all the way, and brought it back to them on Monday. It turned out a bolt was missing entirely. They of course fixed it for free, but made it seem like they were doing us a favor. No apologies even for the time we wasted, the danger they put my daughter in, or the general hassle for me trying to fix it in a dark parking lot in the snow. read more
