I've been to many Jiffy Lubes and never had issues, but this location is AWFUL nothing but issues. We took my Moms truck for a oil change when there wasn't many customers yet they took a VERY long time fooling around, heavily pressured my mom into paying almost $500 for rear BRAKE PADS that passed inspection 2 weeks ago and aren't even Brembos and worst of all they broke the dipstick refusing to fix their mistake while still charging $110 just for a simple oil change, this place is a SCAM. I strongly recommend avoiding this poorly managed Jiffy Lube location at all costs. ‍ read more

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I arrived and asked if I could get my vehicle inspected, to which two technicians took a quick five second look at my car and told me it would fail because of my wipers and headlights. I asked what the issue was, and their response was very vague, and wouldn't even consider inspecting it. They immediately start trying to upsell me to get new headlights and windshield wipers so my vehicle could be inspected. They were very unprofessional and not helpful, and all they cared about was trying to upsell me to get more money. Would not recommend going here, or any other Jiffy Lube for that matter. read more

The crew in the shop is what makes this shop so great. They are attentive, welcoming, and gracious. I wish that I got the manager's name (I was there early this morning at 10:30 AM), but he was quite helpful in making sure they had the oil for my 20 year old Pacifica. Clean, efficient, no frills. Exactly what you expect from a Jiffy Lube. The staff here have all been super friendly. I've had to wait a bit on occasion but never anything exorbitant. Price is fair. I've taken our vehicles for oil changes and inspections. This location doesn't upsell and they present as fair and transparent. Conveniently located as well. read more

I went for a State Inspection around noon on a Friday. The technicians didn't take too long performing my vehicle inspection. I was expecting to get the run around like a few other places did before. The waiting area was tidy with a beverage cooler. The cleanliness of the restroom shocked me - in a good way. How do they keep a unisex restroom cleaner than Starbuck's?! Checking out was pretty swift and it helps they accept Apple Pay. I do want to give kudos to Jabari (I think was his name) for being kind enough to explain the process of service to me. read more

Definitely not the place to go if you are in a rush. It is first come first serve but for any sort of brake replacement, the parts have to be ordered and brought in. For an oil change and partial brake replacement I spent three hours and forty five minutes here. I asked at 2 hours how much longer and the estimate was 40 minutes. An hour and forty five minutes later my car was finally finished. Kind people but will not return for the slowest jiffy lube. read more

They seem to be the only Jiffy Lube to not do State inspections which I find weird and inconvenient.

I visited this new Jiffy Lube recently for a state inspection for my car. It took a little longer than I expected, especially for arriving shortly after it opened. It looked like other people had the same idea, though, and maybe they weren't fully staffed first thing on a Sunday morning. The lobby was clean, and there's a window between the lobby and the car bays, which is a nice feature, I think. I'd go back. read more

I take reviews very seriously and it takes me a lot to leave one, let alone a positive one! However, this jiffy lube was probably the best experience I've ever had out of any jiffy lube I've ever gone to. It was clean, they had complimentary water... And as a woman, sometimes going to these kinds of places can be intimidating. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman at the front desks name because he was AMAZING. I hope he sees this because I told him I'd leave a review. He offered us water, wifi, and even opened the door to let fresh air into the waiting room - he was sweet, warm and so welcoming! My oil change was great, smooth, and one of the techs was considerate enough to recommend I get my tires rotated elsewhere because my specialty rims were something they didn't want to mess up - I really appreciated this. 10/10 for this location!! This new Jiffy Lube is very clean and run with good service. I needed a quick state inspection during the weekday workday and came by when they were a bit busy and understaffed. I wish I'd asked for a time estimate because it took over an hour. They were really apologetic but it was hard to not get impatient. I'd stop by again if there wasn't a line. read more

Maybe you should take care of the problem instead of just responding on here making it look like it has been taken care of. Two weeks later and I still haven't had the problem resolved, only "Im checking on it". Completely terrible service. Just fix the problem, put the parts back on my car that were removed. read more

The staff were all very friendly and they worked quickly but I did not get everything I needed. I asked for an oil change, state inspection, and to check my tires because the pressure sensor was on. The state inspection was not done despite my registration sitting out on the dash. They did an oil change, tire rotation, and they patched one of the tires that they found a nail in (They did ask me about the trie rotation and the patch before they did them). I paid for the services that were done and didn't mention the inspection. Then I got in the car and the tire pressure sensor was still on. I figured maybe they just didn't top off the air and that I could do that when I went out again. Cut to next day and my tire is completely flat. so I paid almost $200 for a tire patch that lasted less than 24 hours and an oil change. Now I need to find somewhere else to get a new tire and I still need a state inspection. read more

CAN'T ROTATE TIRES WITHOUT DROPPING YOUR CAR?! Before coming in, I called this location to ask about the wait and if I could use a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I was assured there may be a wait, but I could certainly get my vehicle serviced. The lady who answered the phone was very aware of the services I needed. Upon arrival, another employee met me at the garage and asked what services I would need. I informed him I needed an oil change and tire rotation. With a head nod, he took the keys with understanding and pointed me to the lobby. Fifteen minutes later, the same employee returns and tells me that they will not be able to rotate my tires for my car. I was surprised because I received this service (or it was not done but checked off) because they bays were too wide and my vehicle would not be stable to complete the tire rotation. I have never heard anything like this in my life. A tire rotation is one of the most basic services you can request next to topping off fluids. The store manager supported the statement and said they would not be able to rotate my tires without dropping the car due to how my car is made and their bays being wide. Something about unstable supports and a whole bunch malarkey. I drove to a more reliable location in Durham since I had already purchased the Groupon, but I will not be using Jiffy Lube for anything else. I do not appreciate them wasting my time.
