He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. There is one in particular who comes in to say I should purchase additional items or to let you know about the outcome of an inspection. He is unnecessarily snarky. If don't pass an inspection or don't purchase additional items aside from the oil change, don't tell me "You need to get out then." Thirdly, while services can be convenient, jiffy lube services are quite expensive. I don't drive anything luxurious, my car is over 20 years old, and I pay no less than $80 for an oil change. There are way more affordable shops that are equally as convenient. My recommendation would be to seek services elsewhere. I have given this jiffy lube several chances, and I am overall not happy with the customer service. Why come here to spend more and have unfriendly staff, when you an work with a nicer staff elsewhere for less?
