I just had a great experience with Nathaniel and his team at the Meadowood Jiffy Lube location. They were short-handed and had every right to be stressed but handled things to the best of their ability. Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today. This company does not stand behind there product or service. I took my 2024 Toyota sequoia to them on Aug 23rd 2025 and on Oct 13th 2025 year the oil filter fell off and seized my entire engine. This company refused to pay for the damages they caused which is almost $30,000. Now I have a big my car that less than 17000 miles on it sitting at Dolan Toyota waiting to get fixed. Like I said stay away from Jiffy Lube they will not stand behind there service and they don't care if they ruin your car.expect to pay for the damages yourself. read more

I have a 22 year old car that I intend to keep another 22 years so the old girl got the "works" - all fluids replaced and new windshield wipers to prepare for our rainy and snowy Fall and Winter weather. The guys at Jiffy Lube are "spot on". They do amazingly good work, and are courteous. Car #2 got pretty much the same thing. Both purr like a kitten. In and out on this holiday weekend. I haven't been to this Jiffy Lube (or any Jiffy lube) for 10 years and it looks like back then I gave them a negative review because they seemed unorganized. Things were way better this time. There was a little delay in check-in but once the guy doing check-ins was free he was polite and professional and I had already been checked on by two other pleasant employees. You can stay in your car while they change the oil. I wasn't sure about this at first, but actually I like it because you can ask questions if you feel the need. I needed my coolant checked and filled so I was able to double check on that in the bay. The whole process was quick and efficient and I was happy. I went for an oil and filter change. Easy enough. I had to sit there while Nathaniel told me I had low brake fluid, low transmission fluid, low radiator fluid and something about my differential. Arrived at 5:15 p.m. on a Saturday. (Open till 6:00) Asked for a 'quick check' of tire pressure, and check under hood to see fluids. Young man had 'attitude'.....clearly did not want to do what I asked. I suggested he check the side of the tire, to see suggested pressure...he says: "I can't see, I don't have a flashlight." So I jump out of vehicle, and shine my cell phone flashlight on side of tire. He is looking at side of tire, and tells me the max pressure says "151 PSI." I get my glasses, and tell him "it's 51 max pressure, NOT 151!" He did check under the hood, and filled my tires with a little more air. I gave him a little '$tip'.....for his 'troubles.' Seemed to me, he just didn't want to do the job....when I drove up. Very disappointing. I won't return. read more

Brought my old Lexus to these guys because they were closest and easiest. I was AMAZED at the service. Due to COVID, they have the car owner sit in the car for the duration of the service. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube after work on a weekday. There was only one car in the bay ahead of me, and they were able to get me in and out of the shop in about 30 minutes. Both of the employees I dealt with were kind and courteous. Definitely would be back again. Don't forget to search online for Jiffy Lube coupons before approaching the counter. I used this spot twice now, both with Groupon offers. They were efficient and very friendly. I was disappointed because even with the Groupon I had pay an extra $20. I bought the more expensive one and thought it cover everything. They also checked other services to be done on the car and made a couple of recommendations. The following week I took my car and the recommendations to my usual garage and was told only one item needed to be addressed and the garage was $40 cheaper. Jiffy was quick and friendly, no appointment is needed but I think I'll stick with my more regular mechanic. read more

From other reviews I read this location at S. Virginia near Meadowood Mall is the best. I totally agree! Sometimes it's weird as a female to go for service on my own, but these young men were polite, friendly, and helpful. A critter had built a nest on top of the engine that I didn't even know about! They cleaned it out, checked my wires and the oil change. They have a computer program that looks up recommended oil. I got a good deal on windshield wipers and they check all lights are working. I had went to jiffy lube just to get a routine oil change and all my liquids topped off in my 2019 hyandai, when i got there they didnt know what oil went to my car even though ive been to jiffy lube in the past, Also im a 19 year old girl haha so i knew i needed air filters the cabin one and the engine i asked to replace both he inly ended up doing the one in the cabin because he didnt have or carry the engine one i asked if it needed to be changed or if it was okay to lasg until next time around and he said utd be fine, which it wasnt haha it was horrendously dirty and just plain out gross he also tried selling me multiple things i didnt need for my "gas mileage" even though my car sits at about 30 mpg. he showed me how much oil and it was very over filled my car started to smell like burning right after going here. do not recommend! read more

MUST READ ..mistakes their mech's make. oil leaking from drain plug, oil filter not tightened you will find oil dripping. this next one is a problem. This one can cause you problems, say you're taking a trip so change oil prior to trip you get out on highway and your engine starts to misfire now you're stuck. Engine air filter if you let them check or replace engine air filter. You the car owner must or should check that filter cover is fastened, and all bolts tightened to avoid a problem that can disable your car like it happened to me. first time drove for 2 days, car engine started miss firing could not drive was going to call a tow to repair shop, I thought ill call jiffy lube first. called the jiffy lube in north valley the shop i had used many times. they sent a mech. out He knew what was wrong the tech had not fastened the filter cover and the engine was sucking leaves and dirt in the sensor was full of dirt. After this I changed to Jiffy Lube on Virginia. i started not letting them ck my filter but forgot this time at the jiffy lube on Virginia once home i checked the cover it was on seamed tight until i went to replace filters myself, I found two screws tight 2 only halfway in. opened cover and found a med sized leaf and other pieces under the filter. Big question was this put in intentionally, did it fall in, and tech didn't check I suggest if your not going to check the filter cover then ask to have tech when they finish your car to pls check again GOOD LUCK read more
