    Oil change is now a drive thru process

    The process was fairly simple and I thought the price would be decent, but I ended up paying $80+ for an oil change just to get home and find a good amount of oil leakage under the car on our drive way. This was noticed three days later because it's one of our teens car and not used everyday. I plan to go back tomorrow to see about getting it corrected but it's too late to do anything about a stain on our driveway! We will just take his car to a local shop or dealer going forward.

    Stay clear brought my wife's car in for an oil change, they wanted to add extra stuff I kindly declined I could tell they where getting frustrated, they pulled out my air filter brought it to my window as in was sitting in the car said it needed to be replaced I declined payed bill thanked them and drove off went to get onto hwy 395 put some gas to it and car stalled out mind you I have my 2 little daughters with me pull off to the side out the on ramp wouldn't stay running had to have my car towed back to Quincy to Frank's Garage for repairs not mowing what the problem was, after Brian was able to locate the problem he told me my air filter had been installed backwards and blew a bunch of dust into my mass airflow sensor and clogged it. So we reach out manger says he will review the tapes and call us back week has passed and no response I call today and he tells me he reviewed the tape and he never touched it (flat out lie) I tell him that it says right here on the invoice that you did he then tells me well he did but you can't install it backwards so instead of arguing I ask him for his corporate number he laughs at me and tells he to find it online and then hangs up. Stay away I was told that this is not the first time with this place.

    Very great quality of work and service aanon was very caring and also found more issues to prevent from breaking in the future definitely has a client for life thank you!they truly value the customer !

    Great location somewhat of a wait after the holiday Wendy's right next door got a snack n a hot coffee.

    They do not honor coupons and charge extra for services already paid for .Not a customer service friendly business!!

Cindy the wife was not there so they could not process my warranty at that time but I asked if they would get it done if I bought the batteries, I paid for the batteries taking their word for it. I paid $1590 for them. After many weeks Cindy was finally able to get through to Yamaha due to her stating she was entering something wrong on Yamahas warranty site. She called me today and told me that Yamaha only authorized to pay me $609.00 die to the technicians (which were her husband and son) did not complete the proper paperwork. I then began to get upset and state that because of their mistake I am out $900 and she said they were too. I asked how and she stated had to pay me the $609 and that Yamaha was giving them an account credit. I'm confused at this point and keep talking as I'm pretty frustrated at this point. So the Cindy does something strange and states she will pay me the entire amount of $1500. She stated she would put the check in the mail. I then called her back to see If I could come by and grab the check, I was out on hold at that time. Ci day then came back and stated that she talked to her husband and they can only pay me the $609. This was after she told me she was going to pay out the entire amount. This is no way to do business or treat your customers. They did the wrong thing as an authorized dealer and I am the one who is paying. She tried to tell me they werent getting reimbursed and they were losing money But then told me Yamaha was giving them a credit. I feel that they are stealing g my $900 and are lying g about the entire thing.

I called Billy Monday and I asked him for an appointment. He said just to bring it in, so yesterday my hubby and I drove down to see him and drop off the car and come back later. With no appointments, he dropped what he was doing and smogged our vehicles. We were there maybe 15 minutes! Service was excellent and the price minimal. Oh, and if I need any work done on the engine of my car, I'm bringing it here.

    Our CV axle broke while we were on vacation in Lake Tahoe -- right after a massive snowstorm buried…read morethe entire region. Not exactly ideal timing when you're traveling with your family. I reached out to several mobile mechanics through Yelp on Thursday evening, and Jim was the only one who responded initially. He was able to schedule us for Saturday afternoon, which was critical since we were supposed to head home that day. Another shop didn't have availability until Monday and the other high rated mobile mechanic was out of town. Because of storm-related commute issues earlier in the week, Jim ended up arriving around 4pm instead of noon. Totally understandable given the conditions. He worked outside in freezing weather and never complained once. Jim was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He was great with my wife, my son, and even let our dogs jump on him and give him kisses. Despite the tough conditions, he got the job done and got us safely back on the road with a solid new CV axle so we could make it home as planned. I'd hire Jim again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

After 4 days in their shop, they called and said they replaced the battery but could not stop the alarm from going off and on. I asked them if they could just pull it out and they stated it was to complex so I picked it up and brought it home. I reached out to The Mobil Mechanic and he said he could fix it. He came out a few days later. He started working on my car soon after he got here. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He was showing me different things as he was discovering problems with codes. Why I can't give him 5 starts is that he spent 2 hours on the car and said he finally fixed it then he said the aftermarket alarms are not very good and I would most likely have problems pop up again in the future. He said I would just take out the Alarm. I told him go ahead if that what he recomended however, Why didn't he tell me that earlier? Why work on a car to fix a problem then after it is fixed tell me I should have it taken out. Also if you hire him you might want to ask him what the hourly rate is before he starts. I was shocked and I guess shame on me for not asking him before hand.
