I had my oil changed with Valvoline 5w30 Synthetic Oil, I also purchased a new Valvoline Oil Filter and Cabin Filter. My Antifreeze Coolant and Windshield Wiper fluid was topped off. They checked my tire pressure, brake fluid, transmission fluid, oil drain plug & gasket and reset my oil service indicator light. Wow!!! I paid 204.35 and the value and service was Five Star. 8/1/26,,,came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jacob brought it to my attention that I had a radiator leak. It was actively spraying all over the bay! Needed an oil change since I was going on a trip last minute and couldn't get booked with my main mechanic. It was about $80, was pretty quick. The guys working there were nice. My daughter told me to try out for oil change. For past 6 years, I've gone to the dealership for all since was part of my warranty. I was a little nervous to be honest. I pulled up and Pablo greeted me. Very kind man who greeted with a smile and asked what was needed. Each thing that he checked he would let me know. Before opening door, before looking in car, he would ask permission. Each thing checked he would let know, answer all questions that I had. He printed out for me for later so I wouldn't forget, looked up item prices for me even though he knew I wanted it for later. After going back and getting oil refilled and engine compartment cleaned after they left oil cap off. Mgr yelled at me like it was my fault they put oil back in and used a spray bottle to wipe off just the dipstick. Then they told me if i didn't like it, don't come back. When I called customer service, they said the Mgr closed this claim and a supervisor may or may not call me back. Nobody called me back and my trucks engine compartment still has oil all over it. This is the 2nd time I've been to this North Valleys Valvoline, and I am just as happy and impressed as I was with my first time as a customer of theirs. They run a seriously tight ship and really are able to manage a large flow of customers through 3 different changing stations! They have an extensive knowledge of almost every one of the cats moving through there and seem to have replacement parts from filters to light bulbs for most auto manufacturers and models as well. While they can help out with the additional things like filters and system services, they don't try to push the "upsell" but simply let you know what's recommended and if you ever did want to have those extra services performed, how much they cost. I never felt pressured, but was happy to have been informed. Highly recommended for anyone out here in the Valleys. Definitely not the $19.99 of the Jiffy Lube days of the early 2000's but TEN TIMES the service, knowledge, access, and serviceability of all of your vehicle's parts & systems. David ( there are two) are both really nice. One of the David's changed the air conditioning filter and the dust made a mess on the mat of the passenger side floor. He got a shop vac and cleaned it up. That was such a nice touch. Lucas is very polite and all the staff answered all of my questions. They'll check your tires, blinkers, wipers change your oil etc... Went in today for the first time. This place just opened and it was perfect. I didn't have to wait and I got to stay in my car which I really liked. I needed a new cabin air filter as well as an oil change. They changed out the filter for me and vacuumed the inside because there were a bunch of leaves tucked up and stuck in the air filter area. Here at Valvoline that same service would be in the ballpark of $120. Double that of the dealership. Not worth price or the name, which is basically what your paying for. Additionally, when i brought up the price difference between them amd the dealership prices all the tech said was, "its a free market and you can go wherever you want."
