They topped off my fluids, cleaned my windshield (although it rained immediately after) and vacuumed out my car! Literally the best experience in getting an oil change. Honestly I don't have a clue about cars in general but Tyler walked me through the entire process and explained everything. My husband was first In getting the oil change and he was super nice to explain to the both of us I'm our desperate cars. My husband has a F150 while I have a Hyundai Sonata. Together it was $180. They topped us off with everything under the hood and added air to our tires. They literally checked EVERYTHING. He did explain that we can come back every 1,000 miles to get topped off again to make sure everything looks good for free. We are definitely Jiffy Lube customers for life now. It's an ok place, make sure you know what you want going in though. I asked them to check my brake fluid, they did not. They also did not have the right wrench for my car's filter housing, so I had to bring mine from home (I no longer change my own oil since it's incredibly difficult without a lift or pit). I also brought a leftover filter I had, which they used, but did not discount off my cost. Service was good and speed was quite fast, but it would have been $15-20 cheaper at my normal place (which was closed Sundays). read more

No. Don't go here. Go somewhere else. They didn't put the cap back on after an oil change and I had to go back. And they put the wrong type of windshield wipers on and bent the arm attachment. Oil changes are the namesake of the business! They should have a simple oil change down pat. No excuses for that. oh, and I waited for about an hour and a half. I am extremely upset. I have always been happy with the service I have received and after today will not go back to Jiffy Lube. I went in for a Signature Service oil change. When I got my car back I noticed that the windshield washer fluid was steadily leaking from the bottom of my car. I have never needed to fill my washer fluid in between oil changes. Within 3 minutes of picking up my car, the fluid was 25% empty and continued to leak out of the bottom of my car. When I mentioned this to the 2 employees who worked on my car, all they said was that they weren't responsible for any damage to my car. I plan on warning everyone I know not to continue to go to Jiffy Lube because they may receive poor service and damage to their car. read more

I so love my local jiffy lube.... I take my BMW in for an oil change and I am at ease because of the quality service they do. Excellent customer service from all of the workers and manager. After 2 days and a call to coorperate office for Jiffy Lube I was starting to feel that nothing would be done to get my car where it should have been. I then received a call from The stores head manager. He had heard about what happened and after the call he came to my home and inspected my car. After neither of us could find the problem he followed me back to the Jiffy Lube and he personally re did the oil change from start to finish looking for the problem. After he went back over it he still couldn't be sure he found what had caused the initial problem. But assured me after this oil change that if there was any other problem to call him and we would get my car into a mechanic shop, and if found that what the problem is was the fault of one of the workers that his store would pay for the damage. He also threw in a cerpintine belt replacement ($92.00) value for the inconvience of having to come back in and for the trouble. If the problem is corrected I would honestly say that I feel this store went above and beyond to not only take accountability for the problem but to do what that could to try to make it right. I am very grateful and if this oil chage holds I would be happy to take my car back to this location for my next oil change. Thank you to the 6363 Jiffy Lube staff. It is VERY rare for a company to admit that they may have been at fault... It is even more rare for a company to compensate a costumer for there inconvience. I really wish there was more buisnesses around like this. read more

First time using this location and service was great! I had a tail light out and when I pulled up all the garages were taken up with other cars. So, demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service they fixed my tail light without making me wait for one of the other cars to leave. Right there is the parking lot. It was one of the fastest services I've ever had and based on this experience I will be using them again in the future. read more

Simply the best service I've had in any car maintenance experience. While the complete oil exchange was unable to be completed, the technicians were so helpful and honest in the situation. My car has a specific known problem with its model. I had been getting oil changes for as long as I could remember, and I was under the impression that the filter was being changed. Apparently that was incorrect. He showed me where the problem lied, and even showed me where other places had tried to force the part apart, stripping the nut. He had several other people look at it, to confirm the problem. They drained and filled my oil and did the normal things, but refused to charge me as, and I'm quoting "I promised you a full oil change, and I just can't give you one." The fellas wouldn't except tips, so I went and got them fries from across the way at McDonald's. I would absolutely recommend this location. read more
