I am very unhappy by this service. I called before I came because I didn't want to wait at Walmart for two hours. Jiffy Lube said it was a 15-minute wait. It took an hour and fifty minutes to finally leave the station. They forgot to change the burned-out break light without me reminding them, and I had to return so they would turn off my dashboard check engine light. I should have just waited at Walmart! At least I could have sat in an airconditioned building and browse the store instead of sitting outside in my car in the heat of the day. read more

As soon I was seated in the waiting room. An accident occurred at the intersection. Two employees ran out to help an elderly lady who had gotten her car totaled in the accident. I will say the waiting room is pretty sound proof as I didn't even hear the accident. However, the young gentleman working grabbed a chair and rushed out to help her along with the young lady who was also working. I haven't gotten my oil change yet. Put off an oil change for a while, and really needed one done before a little trip. The staff here were really friendly and informative. When they did the inspection they found that one of my tires had extremely low pressure and told me where to get that checked for free. As someone with extreme anxiety the service was better than most other shops I've been to. read more

We'd always been a satisfied customer of Jiffy Lube in the past, until the last time we had our Subaru's oil changed. Our car had no oil leak until after we left Jiffy Lube. My husband and I took the car back and explained the situation. They agreed to take a look. Afterwards the 2 young service men tried to tell us it was our fault and basically told my husband he didn't know what he was talking about, they couldn't find a leak. It continued to leak oil. We finally took it back to the Subaru dealership and they told us the leak was from a cap that was left off during our last oil change and we could take it back to where we had it changed before. My husband explained what had happened and asked the dealership to fit it. We will never return to Jiffy Lube again. Sloppy service and arguing with the customer is not the way to do good business. read more

My car is still under a free maintenance warranty with the Honda dealer but it's difficult to get in there and they want me to leave my car for the day, I'm glad I came here instead and will go back next time I need an oil change. read more

Avoid at all costs. We took our Buick here for an oil change and they charged us $114 for it. Seriously? Any where else it would have been $40. As was to be expected, there was a little bit of up-selling from the man at the register, but nothing forceful. Waiting room was a little rundown, bathroom was not particularly inviting. They quoted me $100 for a basic oil change and I said I didn't want it anymore and that I'd go somewhere else instead. But even though I had told them to wait until they told me the price they had already drained the oil from.my car. I will not go here again, ever. 1. They are slow and expensive. 2. They replaced good wiper blades without asking me. 3. They were argumentive. 4. They filled the windshield washer fluid with streight water and it froze. 5. The cabin air filter was covered and cloged with pine needles, they did not clean this up or even point it out. Overpriced and confusing service. Ask for specific costs upfront before they drain your oil. Prices have gone up about 50% from a year ago. It's better to go to a local mechanic or a dealer if it's gonna cost $70+ for an oil change. Very disappointed. It's take way longer than it should. Almost a month later and Jiffy Lube has done nothing to correct this experience. I received a phonecall from the regional manager who offered to issue a refund if i could get him the invoice number. I couldn't reach him when i called back so i left him the invoice number on his voicemail. Not only did I not receive a call back from him, but i also did not receive a refund. Well done Jiffy Lube. They work really hard here to welcome you and provide great customer service, but it's irrelevant because some of their employees are just plain poorly trained. I've had multiple problems with them forgetting to properly shut the hood, not resetting the oil change light, not properly reinstalling body components removed during inspections, and God only knows what else. They are always very quick to apologize and correct the problem, but customer service has zero value when the work is consistently sub-par. They offer you many extra services that aren't really necessary. But some of them are beneficial. Take the time to know your car, it's maintenance history, and it's required maintenance before you go wasting $250 on flushes and air filter changes your car may not need. The nice thing is that if you say "no" to their services they back off really quickly and don't try to pressure you. read more

There are several reasons for the low rating for this place of business. I bought my own oil because my wife's Mercedes takes a special oil. I purchased the special oil and I also purchased fuel injector cleaner and they were both in the same bag. I called this place of business, and they quoted me a price to change out my oil. I brought the synthetic oil with me to this business. The oil filter in this model is on top of the motor and the drain plug is down below. In order to drain the oil you have to open the oil cap and pull the oil pan plug down below. Rather than giving the oil time to drain out of the motor and also using the wrong oil filter wrench, they opened the oil filter before allowing the proper time for the oil to drain out of it, causing oil to spill all over the top of the motor. The motor takes 8.5 quarts. after draining the oil they were only able to add 8 quarts of oil back in to the car. Therefore there was a half quart of old oil that should have been drained that was left in the car. They put the oil filter I had purchased back into the car, and tightened it with the wrong wrench again. In the same bag that held the oil that I had purchased, I also had the fuel injector cleaner. The "mechanic" opened the fuel injector fluid, and was going to pour it into the oil reservoir, I had to stop him from pouring the fuel injector fluid in to my oil reservoir. They kept pushing for me to wait in the waiting room. Several people were in the waiting room already. I went in to the waiting room. They then started the motor with the oil cap off, which flung the new oil all over the top of the motor and the hood. Need I say more. read more
