Overcharged for simple oil change charged $169.00 for an oil change I was told would be $90-$120. Their excuse was that they had to use expensive oil they said they had to because of mileage, they didn't tell me about this beforehand. They also said there is a huge oil leak problem that needed to be fixed, which is very strange that there was no leakage before I went in. I believe they did this because I am a woman. The reason I know they werent due because I contacted my normal spot for services and they said none of them were due. The bill would of came out to almost $500. Worst experience ever. Been here a couple times for my car. 1st time needed a coolant drain and 2nd time needed an oil change. Service was great overall. The job was done pretty quickly; a bit longer than quoted but still within a reasonable time frame. I'd give it 5 stars but the prices are a bit expensive for what they offer and the waiting room has much to be desired. Overall though, I'm a happy customer and will go back for future maintenance needs. read more

When I arrived a couple weeks ago a worker greeted me with a real attitude which surprised me and right off said my car required the synthetic oil which would cost $60 which is not true. (I'm a a retired Auto mechanics teacher) When Iv'e been there before they seem to really push their employees to over sell. I do not appreciate that. read more

Took our car to Jiffy and waited 3 hours. They lost parts and we had to leave the car with them for several days. They changed the fuel filter and didn't prime it so the car wouldn't start but they drained the battery trying. They then called me at work and said I needed to go buy the part to fix the part they lost. I said no they had inconvenienced me enough. Went to pick up the car and they expected me to pay the employee back for purchasing the part they broke. After wasting my time arguing with them the manager said he would see to the employee getting reimbursed by Jiffy Lube but it would take months. HOW IS THAT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. By the way we were without a care for 2.5 days and all we got was like a $28 discount for all the inconvenience and were told that they could have made us toe the car and get reimbursement from their corporate office. Like they were doing us a favor by loosing parts and keeping our car for days and arguing with us repeatedly about the outcome of this very un customer orientated visit. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU DON'T NEED IT! read more
