He was reasonably pleasant and helped keep the experience streamlined (probably just as much for business efficiency as for my benefit). The pricing was a bit on the high side for a non-specialty change. Even opting for the middle option was about $70, which is expensive when you realize you aren't getting filters for that. Regardless, the speed was impressive, and I always worry that someone will leave something untightened that causes your engine to seize up at these convenience shops, though I did not experience any such issues here. All things considered, Take 5 is a good spot to take your car to when you need things taken care of quickly and don't want to take the time to schedule an appointment at an already-overbooked body shop. They quoted me $1,000 for the job and promised they would do their absolute best to get us back on the road.
