If your car is a diesel vehicle I would not suggest going here. I needed an oil change and Volkswagen didn't have any appointments for weeks and I didn't want to wait. I called around to a few places to find a place that worked on diesel cars and they said they did. When I showed up there was lots of confusion about my car. Wrong parts were used and eventually they determined they didn't have the part my car needed. I was advised to come back the next day, still no part. Day 3 at first they told me they didn't have the part then a second person came to correct the first so I was finally able to get my oil change. I thought everything was good until I went to get my car inspected...something was wrong with my car. Wrong filter and I had an oil leak (I'm not a car person but I'm pretty sure that was it). So I had to take my car to VW to get the work done correctly. This place was a waste if my time and money. I would never return. read more

I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a tech to tell me which lane to go in. I only had waited about 5 minutes until the car in front of me was done. I pulled in and the tech was super friendly. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I believe his name was Nathan and he was one of the assistant managers. I literally sat in my car the whole time and was in and out literally in 10-15 minutes!! I came here to get an oil change, and when I pulled into the garage, the guy checked my oil, and basically said that it was still really clean, and I could easily go another 2000 miles before getting it done- that he'd hate to charge me for something that I didn't need yet. I really value that kind of honesty! I asked if they did inspections, since mine was expired (shhh!), and they said yes, but that it would be about an hour wait. They estimated a certain amount of time on my car, and delivered. They managed to do an Oil Change, Brake job, and Inspection on my car in about 2 hours. The service was great, they did the favor of removing some out of state stickers from my windshield, but in the process chipped my windshield. My car has not been having any problems since the work, they are a brand new service joint, with quick oil change services where you can sit in your car and wait for them to finish. Also got my air filter replaced, the man working on my car showed me the old filter next to the new one before installation. Excellent experience with refreshing transparency. Like most of the Quick change oil stations they are very unorganized. Had my GF's oil changed in the car and it took longer than expected. I also brought a tire that was flat and to have repaired. Not only did it take a day to look at but when I had to call back and see if it was done as promised by 11:30 AM they didn't even get to it. 2 hours later we went there to see if it was done... NOT!!! Then when we wanted to buy tires and do financing we sat in the waiting room where no one attended to us. We decided to leave since we had family in town. Years ago I enjoyed "Jiffy Lube" styled oil changes for their quick manner until one day I had a major issue with a certain places work (not this place) -- an error which resulted in needing massive repairs to my car, all to be paid by me as they wouldn't accept liability. After that I swore off the drive-thru changes (much to my chagrin, as I detest dropping my car off and picking it back up later) until being in absolute need for expediency and this place surprised me fantastically. I loved being able to stay in the car. I loved the window-side service. I loved that they didn't try to gouge me on expensive oil. I loved that they gave me recommendations that were reasonable. The service here is EXCELLENT! Someone came to see what I needed immediately and all of the folks that work here work together like a well oiled machine (pun absolutely intended)! As a result, they were able to get the work done on my car in a flash. (I got my oil changed and wiper blades replaced.) They also topped off my fluids and did a visual inspection of my car as a normal part of the service. In addition to working well as a team, they were all very pleasant (yes, that needs saying-not all teams are pleasant). I don't often leave a place for an oil change thinking about how great an experience it was and what wonderful people, but I was definitely happy with these guys and their work. At no point did I feel ignored and eye contact was made every time someone spoke to me - and they spoke to me throughout the service. I knew exactly what they were doing at all times because they told me about it before they ever started. I truly cannot express enough how great the service was. In fact, I wish I could choose 4.5 stars because I kinda hate to ding them a whole star for high pricing. I think most express auto places run high, but I do wish the prices were lower if for no other reason than, if they had been, I'd have had the extra money to tip them for the awesome and personable service. Brett was my tech and he was wonderful and professional. He walked me through everything and didn't try to talk me into unnecessary services. I had to get a quick oil change for my wife's vehicle before her trip. This store was close by, and they were not real busy, so I pulled in. In general, they performed the job quickly and seemingly well. So, on one hand, I really appreciated being able to get this done quickly. One the other hand, I felt I was a prisoner of my time constraint, and was unable to check prices and choose other places. I was certainly miffed by what seemed to be complete overcharge for oil. Since I was under time pressure, I had to accept the quoted rate which seemed awfully high. After looking at the invoice later, there was one line item charging $17.99 for 5 quarts of oil. That seemed good. But then, I saw a line item saying Valvoline 5W30 synthetic oil for $12.99. Now, I'm up to $31 for oil, and that was a bit high, but acceptable given my time crunch. THEN I see a third line item showing Valvoline synthetic "up grade" for $32. It seemed like I paid double for oil! I'm only going back there if I am in another time crunch. That oil change cost twice what I expected, and twice what I normally pay at my regular standard garage. read more

I really like this spot even though I've only been twice. Today I arrived at 5:55pm not knowing they close at 6pm. Matthew took me right in friendly as can be. I was only looking for a quick oil change but when he was doing his routine overall check of my car, I forgot I had a headlight out. I knew they were closed so I was just gonna get that part done in the next couple of days but Matthew insisted he was fine in getting that done as well. I thought that was really nice considering I know how I feel when someone walks through my job in the last few minutes! Overall. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I never got out my car. And I'm new to the area from Northern, Va so its nice to have friendly service with affordable prices right around the corner! My only concern: My last oil change was performed here maybe a couple months ago but my maintenance light was on since I had gone abt 500 miles over the mileage they recommended I come back. So when Matthew was telling me what was performed with my car, he had said my "oil was good" and that he topped me off. I repeated that there was oil still left in there and he said yes. So I asked why the light came on and he said it's basically an estimate of gauging how low on oil I am,...Hmmm....but if I'm good on oil, why should it even be coming on? This place is quick and convenient! I went here for an oil change a couple of months ago. If you get there right before they open you don't have to wait in line and then you stay in the car while they perform the oil change. In and out in 10 minutes! I recently just went for my state inspection. I called ahead at 340 and asked if it would be okay if I still came in, and they said that they normally don't take any after 4 but they could make it work. I have had some issues with my Jeep Patriot and some of it would have been extremely costly at other places. They are honest about what is needed to fix your vehicle without taking your money. Like I said there are times the Jeep needs work and the mechanics look it over like if their spouse, significant other, or kids are driving the vehicles.
