We were traveling through town and Todd and his team did a great job. Honest and helpful! Highly recommend!

They were very professional in everything that they did. They informed me of what they were going to do on my car before they did it which is not how some auto repair places do it. However, they did say that I needed to have my spark plugs replaced & I paid to have them replaced. But they still listed SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENT under their listing as FOR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Either they didn't do the work or they were extremely sloppy in what was needed. I also told them to replace the light when they said one was missing in front, but apparently that didn't get done either. I do appreciate the work that was done as it is not for me. But as it costs what it does I would hope that things get done that can get done in the time that I have. They also almost gave me a replacement sticker for my car window that had nearly double the number of miles as my current odometer for my next oil change. If I hadn't spent 5 minutes reading the bill in the parking lot, I probably wouldn't have received the correct one. read more

Went to jiffy lube for an oil change for our RV. I had an antifreeze leak and asked Todd if they could find out where it was coming from. The crew found a leak on a hose. Todd ordered the hose and will replace it when it is delivered. Late today or tomorrow morning. The oil change was done in a short time at a reasonable price. I had been putting off getting my oil changed because I was dreading bringing my kids along. I finally sucked it up and took them... and I couldn't believe what a breeze it was!!! The waiting room is amazing; clean, has coffee , candy for kids, and ALL the tv channels. We didn't even get to finish the episode of Paw Patrol- we were in and out in 15 minutes! The guys working were awesome too. Polite, kind, and obviously hard working. Will only go here for oil changes from now on. Shout out to the South Rochester location; you guys rock! read more

This was the best car related service I've ever had. Usually I delay changing my oil as long as possible because the experience is always so bad. However, there was no wait here. They didn't haggle me to get more expensive oil or push me for any other services. They filled up my tires for free & even cleaned up my windshield. The two people working were very nice to me. I needed an oil change and expected to be upsold on other services because that's what they always do and because I'm female. Turns out my cabin air filter needed to be replaced BUT they didn't have the right size in stock. Their fatal mistake was not communicating that it would add almost an extra 30 minutes onto my time spent at Jiffy Lube so that they could have the right size delivered from a nearby AutoZone. At time of payment, I mentioned that I'd noticed that they'd had to send out for the right size and asked if anything could be done to compensate for the extra wait time to which I never really received a straight answer and never once did the Team Lead: Todd, come in to speak to me regarding the situation. I was only allowed to apply a measly 10% coupon towards my oil change which was more expensive than the filter replacement and no other coupons could be stacked on top of that one. I would have returned to purchase and have the filter replaced once they had the right size in stock, but instead, now they are receiving this less than stellar review. My daughter went here to get an oil change, her tires rotated and to have her brakes checked. The manager, Todd, quoted her a price for the oil and rotation (around $70.00). I picked my daughter up while they worked on her car. They called a couple hours later to say her car was finished. When she went to pay for her car, her bill was $412.00! She asked why it was so much. The manager (Todd) told her that they replaced her brake pads and rotors. EXCUSE ME?? Who told him to do this? My daughter wanted him to check them and ONLY check them. I asked Todd why he didn't call her for permission to replace her brakes. Todd said that he did NOT HAVE TO!!! He further stated that it is Minnesota law that since they are not allowed to turn rotors, they have to replace rotors EVERY TIME they change brake pads: 1. You only replace rotors when THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED. He tried to act as if I were ignorant and was trying to blow me off by stating that HE knows about brakes. 2. You don't service a car without the owner's permission! He stated that my daughter told him to do it when she made the appointment. I told him that this was not true because I MADE THE APPOINTMENT MYSELF. Then he stated that his worker left my daughter a voicemail. My daughter said that the voicemail only stated that her car was ready. She figured her brakes were fine since they didn't mention anything. She offered to play the voicemail and he stated that it didn't matter; he could service her car how HE sees fit. I know he would have never pulled this unethical crap if we were men. Heed my warning: If you are female, stay away from Jiffy Lube store #3773! read more
