    I had my oil changed on my 2015 Infinity Qx80 a few weeks ago in preparation for a long trip to Canada during the oil change I was informed that my air filter should be changed and I gave them the ok to replace it. Shortly after they informed me didn't have any air filters that fit my truck in stock and we proceed with out it. Unfortunately my truck started having check engine issues at the MN boarder & when we opened the hood to investigate we discovered that my air filter cover wasn't fastened properly with only 2 out of the 6 clips on and the filter opening left cracked open about a 1/2". We refastened the clips and continued to limp our way into a dealership at closing time and unfortunately loss a days worth out travel. We found out from the dealer that the due to the air filter not being fastened properly that it had sucked debri on to an oxygen sensor which cause the vehicle to miss fire and cause additional error codes. (I mentioned that they might as well replace the air filter and I was told it didn't need to be replaced adding to my frustration.) $215.17 dollars and 15 hrs later we were back on the road.. Unfortunately something as simple as fastening an air cleaner cover properly was overlooked and cost me considerable stress and unnecessary time and money wasted. I left a message for the manager days ago regarding the issue with no response at this point.

    Always prompt and friendly! I can be in and out for an oil change in less than an hour. And they don't try to push extra sales from you!

They always treated us nice and their service was spot on. They knew our names and were great people. I am not sure what happened, but after their expansion at the Civic Center Street expansion, things changed. You became a number and most of the previous front desk people were gone. They didn't become rude or unfriendly, they just didn't seem to care as much, at least that was my perception. On one of my appointments one of their employees, told me that that I had a problem with one of my front hydraulics or breaks? I just had my car serviced at the dealership and I told him, that I wanted to bring it back first, before any more work was done. The dealership confirmed that there was nothing wrong and I drove the car as normal without any issues. We all make mistakes, so I wasn't to concerned about it. I needed to have my winter tires put on, which are already on rims. In the past it was done without wait or hesitation. Now I am being told that I had to wait a week. Today my front tire went flat and I stopped by to have it fixed. I was told they can't fix it until next week? I don't know what happened since the expansion, maybe they got to busy and too big.
