The setup is new to me. We stay in our vehicle while they service it instead of sitting in a lobby. The environment is clean and tidy. It's pleasant to observe how the staff respectfully communicate and work with one another. I checked-in on yelp and was offered an additional 15% off code. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

First of all I had an appointment at 7:30am yet the guy who did the oil change didn't even show up until 8. I also needed to have my wipers replaced and the guy behind the counter first told me that it would be $100 extra and when I told him that was ridiculous, he punched a few more buttons and then told me it would be $50, so I said to go ahead. This was at 8 and by 8:15 they tried to sell me brakes (which had just been replaced last year and the car doesn't get driven that much), so I told them no. By 9am the oil change was done and they were still waiting for the wipers to be delivered from a store 10 minutes away, I decided to give them a little more time but by 9:30, they were still saying they were waiting for the wipers, so I told them to forget it and ring me out. Between the oil change ($75) and ($25)for the oil filter it ended up soaking me for $120 total. Bought 4 brand new tires, the next day was of them was flat, bad valve stem, or so they said. They ordered the wrong size tires, which cost me an extra day, then when the tires were installed, the car sat for a few hours and the bad tire was starting to lose air. Like, doesn't anyone check these things before giving the vehicle to the customer?? The front office staff is very helpful, especially Andrea, and I think that's why I kept coming back, but I'm tired now. I'm tired of having to burn leave days from work to deal with returns, or paying for tows that could have been avoided. I would rate these techs as some of the worse I've experienced at Firestone since opening an account with this company nearly 20 years ago. Albert, who prides himself in customer service, was great when he was collecting money... not so much when the right thing to do was give it back. Something wasn't tightened enough, so some reading was off... yada yada. Just do your job and when you screw the pooch, own it. The car's alignment went in to get fixed and came out with scoliosis. Which left me in a position where I had to hold the wheel, turned 20 degrees down to the left, to make the car go straight. This was after almost crashing not 20 seconds after I left NTB because when Inout the wheel straight for a second the tires and car went hard right, almost causing a multi car accident. When I brought the car back, having to miss work the rest of the day... Albert reacted to me talking about his staff's mistake, which put my safety and others in jeopardy... by telling me that I'm not perfect either and I make mistakes. Defensive ego for dinner anyone? King of Customer Service until it hits the old ego. Albert firmly said I cannot give you any money back. Until within 15 minutes his corporate Customer Service manager told him to give me $50 back of the $119 that I paid for the alignment, to go with 2 new tires. Not to mention the $180 I lost for work which was supposed to be from 5-7pm... due to user error in the service department. Now I sit here at 5:56pm, still waiting for the same way of thinking that got me into this problem... to try and fix the problem they made. After their analysis, they charged me and returned the vehicle to me with both struts deflated and quoted a high price for the repair. I asked them could they inflate the compressor and the mechanic said it cant be inflated, it can only be replaced for the amount quoted. I got a 2nd opinion and was told that the compressor was deflated manually and the screws and ty-straps in the place where the compressor is located are missing. They also said the compressor can be inflated electronically and did it. Went back and asked to speak to the manager on duty. The guy I spoke to wouldnt reveal who he was but pulled up my ticket and when I told him what happened, he then said they didnt do it and he was Steve the owner and they didnt touch anything. Well if they touch anything, how did they know to quote me the price. Either he was lying or they gave a quote without doing the diagnosis. He also said no one never said they couldnt inflate the compressor. SO if you know you could do it, why would you return the vehicle to me with out raising it since the same equipment you use to do the diagnosis is the same equipment you use to instruct the computer to raise the vehicle. The other company inflated the compressor and no issues were found. Never going back again. Terrible service and I believe they create damage on your vehicle in order to charge for repairs.
