I always like to make my own judgement call when reviews aren't the best, but these reviews don't lie. The Jiffy Lube off Combs and Gantzel in San Tan Valley yields terrible customer service and matching attitudes from both management and technicians. My high mileage vehicle was turned away by a "I'm not going to do it" from the manager when requesting a transmission fluid change. Hm. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Jiffy Lube is in the business of offering fluids changes? I guess I got that wrong. My response: "No problem, I'll take my business elsewhere". If I could give negative feedback I would. I went in for a simple oil change only to end up with a nightmare ahead of me. To put it simply, they drained my transmission fluid and added oil. So now not only did I have ZERO transmission fluid but double the oil. I have a turbo system which is extremely sensitive to the level of oil. They tried to cover their butts, but I have been in a less than comparable vehicle for 6 days. They covered the lowest possible vehicle without any coverage of damage waiver. They had a minimal inspection done at the dealership which has now stated that they cannot rule out further damage without complete disassembly of each system. I have tried to remain calm and collected and graceful through the entire process but have never felt so disrespected with a final outcome. read more

worst oil change experience ever they forgot to put the skid plate back on my car then ran over it then put it back together and Said it would be fine and I left noticed they didn't put the sticker in the to go back and ask if they still did that. My daughter had an issue with her battery that she purchased and he told us to bring it in and he would take care of it!! He is very honest and tries his best to help every customer that comes in the door!! Went for a oil change instead got a stripped oil drain plugged and manager LYING saying it wasn't them that it was another issue for the leak when clearly they attempt to cover it with silicone. Manager needs to be looked into and I need to be reached out to get my car fixed cause they try to charge me $1000 for something they broke. If that not the worst part the manager while I was originally waiting try to make a stupid joke about BMW cars leaking and I specifically said "luckily I never had an issue" and literally next day my car is leaking. This needs to be fixed my jiffy lube. I will be stopping at shop soon and after that stop never again into another jiffy lube read more

I drive pass Jiffy lubes all the time and they are never busy. So Pull up at 5:50 for an oil change and the staff turned me away due to them closing at 6:00 I guess they make to much money read more

Today, at 8am I followed my wife to Jiffy Lube (45 W Combs Rd, San Tan Valley AZ 85140) so we could drop her vehicle off for an oil change. The manage Ed advised we could not drop the vehicle off, that we had to stay. We asked why and he said he could not call us when vehicle was done. I said it was a local number, and he just said we can't leave vehicle there. I have never heard of this in my life. We left and went straight to Walmart Auto Center and they took our vehicle no problem and Walmart said they would call us. I would put 0 star but this app makes you select at least a star. read more

I went in for a quick oil change in my 06' Honda Accord. To start, I didn't like the fact that they wanted the keys to pull my car into the bay without asking what I was here for today. My car was pulled in and I went to the waiting room and looked out the window to watch what they were doing with my car. They had the hood popped and were unscrewing the air filter. I didn't need my air filter serviced because everytime I do there is a missing screw or broken tab. So I popped my head out the door and said I don't want my filters changed, I do that myself. As per previous experience, he did not tighten the screw back down. I did when I pulled out of the parking lot and parked to double-check their work. NON of my fluids were check, I know this because there was still a complete covering of road dirt on them. My windshield wiper fluid cap was completely off and now I have to replace it. My coolant over-fill container was on the low level which I knew but my system was not low. When one of the techs came in, he asked if I wanted to have them top it. I said that's fine but they overfilled my coolant reservoir two inches above the max line. They also tightened the cap down so tight that it split and now I have to have it replaced. Now on to the oil change itself, They left it over a quart short! Thankfully I always keep spare oil in my car! I was not about to go back! My oil drain bolt has yellow lock-tight on it which will cause the next place a headache as well as potential problems. Yes my car is old but she runs like a champ and I hope her trip to Jiffy Lube hasn't done more damage than I have noticed. They at least they tried to wipe all the oil spill off my undercarriage. The oil filter was wiped but I can't confirm it was actually replaced. Based off of the amount of oil they cleaned up, I will guess they replaced the filter. I will NEVER use this location again nor will I use Jiffy Lube again. The price was about what I would expect to pay but once you add up the things I now have to replace, this is a poor value. read more

Great job folks. I had some issues with the last oil change done by a competitor in another state. These folks replaced to oil pan plug, washer and added my oil. Service was fast and friendly. Professionally done at a reasonable price. In and out in 30 mins. Can't ask for more. read more

Had to replace the harmonic balancer on my Mustang. While the part was expensive, I was not charged more than quoted, even though the labor took longer than anticipated. I appreciate being informed of necessary repairs with pictures of the problem, which is what these guys do. Makes me feel like I'm not getting ripped off. There's a lot to be said for a trustworthy auto shop, and I will be bringing my car back here for all future oil changes, tire replacement and general car maintenance. Came in at 1:30 on a Friday, 1 car in front of me and I'm still here at 2:34pm looks like I'm not getting out of here closer to 3pm! I wouldn't care if they were busy, but there is 5 dudes standing around not doing a thing! A lot of conversations and playing on phones! It's unbelievable! I'm definitely not coming here again! Everyone was super nice and non judgmental when i choose to not do the extra small stuff my car had. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Driving on the highway after my appointment, my engine literally STOPED working. Jiffy Lube mechanics failed to put the oil filter back so i leaked oil and it SHOT my engine. Dealing with the legality of this situation and the lack of professionalism and proactiveness has lost jiffy lube my business for life. I am now out of a car, can't get to work and am dealing with their insurance. DO NOT RISK A CHEAP OIL CHANGE. I am out over $10,000. read more

This place NEEDS a new manager. The current manager which is a younger lady who is clearly on a power trip, threatened to quit and was cursing in front of all the customers, then cursed out another employee in front of all of his coworkers and all of the customers. We all have a bad day here and there, but this girl's attitude was so nasty I'm sure this isn't the first time she's treated everyone like garbage here. Customers can easily go somewhere else and I absolutely will, and the other employees should seriously consider going somewhere else as well. Everyone BUT the manager was incredibly professional. The technician was more interested in selling me over priced filters than getting my oil changed. After the oil change, my car sounded different. My husband finally checked it out and found that the air filter cover was not on properly and a screw driver was left inside. Will not use this business again. read more

My 16 year old son took his car here and not even 3 weeks later it starts making a weird noise. I bring it in to have it looked at and i get told the oil was never changed only topped off. So disappointed. I will never ever go here again. read more
