I came in for a quick standard oil change. When I arrived I mentioned that I wanted a standard/conventional oil change and was told that there was a car ahead of me and I can wait in the waiting area. After 30 minutes of waiting they called me out to tell me its my turn and that their convention oil pump does not work at this location and they only have synthetic oil for $100 and that doesn't include tire rotation. I found it quite frustrating that I said what I needed done and I waited to find out they could only do an oil change for $100. Since I already waited, I ended up staying and the one service took over an hour. Will not be returning. read more

Very poor service, poor quality work, no intention to make things right I had gone to this location a few times before. Recently I noticed that the service deteriorated quite a bit and the last time they showed the poorest performance yet - it's time to find a new place. After an oil change I had to go back two times in order to get the issue fixed. Both times I was told that it was a bad oil filter - even though I told them that I checked the oil which was above the maximum even after leaking. When I pulled over on I90 I even found an oily rag sitting on the engine block - thanks for being so concerned about my safety. I asked them to fix all the damage including all the oil splatters on the back of my car which was just wiped over a bit - now I have an even oil film across the back of my car. At least the oil level seems to be good now. read more

These guys are awesome!! My oil light went off, so I went for an oil change. They checked my mileage and let me know that I was not due for a full oil change, and that I had a small leak instead. They then told me that they would top my oil tank off for free! I did not even have cash for a tip, and they told me they would only appreciate a nice review, so here it is! We have been going to this jiffy lube location for two years now, and the employees there have always been super professional, fast, provided excellent service, and were alway very courteous. I attempted to contact Jiffy Lube directly multiple times regarding my experience at the location. I understand the need for customers to wait in their car, but maybe train the team members a little more on guest interactions. While waiting in my car, I heard the employees speaking about women in derogatory terms. Direct quote "How about that p*ssy though?" Additionally, they were talking about how one associate is always on the sh*tter. The real issue was that I overheard the manager severely coughing. It sounded like a smoker's cough, so I didn't overthink it. But, when he came back, he admitted to everyone that he had just "lost his lunch" and then he sat about five feet away from me, hunched over in his chair for the remaining ten minutes of my oil change. My windows were still rolled down because I had not been able to turn the car back on to roll them up. At the end of my interaction, the manager recommended that I leave a positive review. Leaving this review is my last effort at getting Jiffy Lube to address my concerns since they have ignored my private messages. I took my car into my dealership a few days later to take another look at my car, because I had no faith in the job performed here. Again, JL, please address my concerns. read more

These guys are the best! I mistakenly over-filled my oil and searched for the closest oil change location and am so grateful it was this one. I showed up right before they were supposed to close and they drained the extra oil (at no charge), identified why my car had been losing oil, and told what to tell the the mechanic to get it fixed. They were also so kind to deal with my panic at the damage I may have done to my vehicle, which was perhaps the most helpful of all. All of this while observing COVID protocols. Their assistant manager (paid pastor or something) is something else. I like his demeanor, what a sweet heart. The other workers are awesome too but I didn't get to interact with them. They vaccuumed my floors which was a nice touch. The only reason I will never come back here is because I've never in my life paid $95 ($88 after finding a coupon online for a wopping $7 discount) for a simple oil change. Thats crazy. The guys (and gal) who work here are exceptional. They always remember me when I arrive and have my info set up in the computer before I even get out of the car. (How is that even possible when I come here maybe twice a year??) They are fast, friendly, efficient, and can explain everything about my car that I ask them about. I've heard bad things about most Jiffy Lubes but the people that work at this one are flat out amazing. They always give recommendations about what my car may need but never try to sell me on anything. I have never had an issue with my car after an oil change and I've been going here for 3 years. read more

Jiffy Lube overcharged me $10 for an oil change. First, I explicitly told them that I only wanted an oil change and didn't want to pay for any extras. When I got home and looked at the receipt, they charged me $5 for topping off my coolant, when I never asked for this. Also I submitted a $10 off coupon, but they only took $5 off the bill. They might have gotten an extra $10 from me, but they lost me as a customer forever. Beware! Jiffy Lube will try to overcharge you whenever possible and add on to your bill without your consent! This is a completely unethical business practice. I recommend everyone boycott Jiffy Lube. read more

Mechanics and their shops have come and gone, but over the years the staff at this Jiffy Lube location in particular have consistently proved to be trustworthy, fair, courteous and reliable. I went in for an oil check and they noticed I had a nail in my tire! If I hadn't gone in and had them check so thoroughly I would have had a flat tire. Mike and Kurtis were both so helpful. Fastest oil change I've experienced, all the men were very polite. Bill was very polite and explained everything to me.

The only reason this place gets any stars is that they fixed their idiotic screw-up quickly and without giving me the runaround. They replaced lights unnecessarily, and in doing so, made my brake lights come on and stay on everytime I used the headlights. Also, my turn signal came on whenever I hit the brakes. I thought they'd screwed up the wiring and I was ready to get yelling mad, but it turns out they're just idiots and put the wrong bulb in the wrong place. Only one guy knew what he was talking about; the others could have spent all night trying to figure it out. Thanks Jiffy Lube! read more

I went to the Wallingford Jiffy Lube yesterday and was told I needed a new air-filter, and it would cost $49.95. The fellow that told me this showed me an air-filter that was not from my car. I knew this and said no thank you, I then got the rough treatment so to speak. Like I was a dummy...and I am not. I went to the auto parts store got a new air-filter for $13.00 and put in myself. I will never go back they are dishonest. read more

These guys are thieves I got my oil changed here and they stole a 3d movie I just rented and shoved the empty case under my passenger seat. When I went back to the store to speak to the manager he was very defensive of his employees and told me he doesn't higher thieves. It was only a $30 dollar loss on my part but I felt the need to let people know to not leave things out when your getting your oil changed here. read more

Fine most of the time but when they are really busy they make mistakes...for me, they flushed my radiator and neglected to fill it up with coolant and so my car overheated on a road trip Update: The hasty job also led to an incorrect installation of the oil filter. Shortly after the oil change, I noticed a small pool of oil under my car wherever I was parked. When I looked under I saw it was coming from the oil filter. I checked my oil level daily afterward until my next oil change, where a properly installed filter fixed the leak. It's hard to respect a shop that sacrifices quality in order to turn out more jobs read more

Fairly typical oil change place. If you want a quick oil change for a so-so price, they will get the job done. Double check after you leave that everything is put back together... oil fill cap is tight, dipstick is in and reads right, no oil leaking from around the filter or drain plug, washer fluid lid on, etc. Be wary of their upselling. Most of the other services they offer are more overpriced. They pulled my air filter out, without my asking, to show me how dirty it was and try to convince me to replace it, but then didn't even reattach it correctly when they put it back. Friendly and fast, but the usual lack of attention to detail that these quick oil change joints have. read more

Usually go to my local jiffy lube in Eugene Oregon and while in Seattle I was headed in for a quick top off before I headed back, my local guys will usually let you pull up front since it only takes two minutes however the gentleman there were extremely disrespectful and wanted to make me wait up to two hours for something i could do myself almost, i love jiffy lube in general but I would advise never using this jiffy lube ever worst customer service, almost as if I were a bother to them read more

Dunno what exactly happened here. I paid about 150$ extra for a radiator flush per their suggestion. They were right about it needing to be done no doubt about it. About a month later i'm blowing out radiator hoses and then upon fixing that mess in a stranger's driveway with borrowed tools, I found myself again waiting on the side of the road for it to cool down as to not crack the block or worse. I'm not saying they caused this but They of all people after inspecting and flushing the system out ( especially so recently) should have seen this coming. Shame on you guys. You need to have more staff so you can slow down and do your job more thoroughly. You'll find people will get most upset if you call something "good" or " all checks out" and turns out to be problematic. Don't do that. read more

This is my favorite place to get my tire pressure checked and adjusted. I don't live in the neighborhood anymore but still return for the friendly service and great job they do. Easy access from I5 and 99 alike. Rarely a wait and I like how they treat me. I can't leave my vehicle because my 4 yr old twins are difficult to contain and will become very upset if I step outside the vehicle myself, the people at this business are always accommodating of this which is very important to me. After I went through the whole process of getting my oil changed, paying my bill and driving off, I realized that I forgot to use my coupon for 15% off. I circled back and asked the manager if he could apply it to my invoice. He was very nice, cleared out the past invoice and set me up with a new one with the discount included.
