What a huge disappointment drop my vehicle off to get the oil changed got it back damaged headliner had Oil on it along with the sun-visor, my hood and fenders greasy hand marks all over same with the drivers door and door frame. When I return to pick up my vehicle I found that they had removed the skid plate from under the vehicle and the technician was standing on it!!! what a joke Update so I took my vehicle to have it detailed and have the oil removed from the sunvisor and headliner it cost me $245 to have the vehicle detailed after Jiffy Lube did all their damage to it read more

I was driving home on I-5 yesterday when my car started stuttering, the engine light came on, and I dropped from 55 mph to 40. Found this Jiffy Lube at the nearest exit, and they said immediately that they would look at the car and give me some oil to get home for FREE. Seriously: Seth would not let me pay. I've been here three times because its convenient to my commute, and I've had it up to here with this shop. Every visit is a shake down about the air filter, the high mileage, this, that, and the other thing. While Jiffy Lube Corporate probably requires the staff to try to pitch products in a certain way, the staff at this location make it an art form of the ugliest kind, implying that my car is dangerous to drive and could break down at any moment in a high-risk situation. Last time I was there they told me that something was wrong, I took it to a mechanic the next day, who told me that there was nothing wrong with the part besides normal wear and tear and absolutely no need to replace it. I really resent the whole high-pressure fear-mongering environment. Take your car to a more honest operation. read more

I've taken my company car here every three months for the last few years, usually around opening time. The service is usually good. But the last two times I've visited, I've interacted with a couple of hostile staff members. This past week, one staff person flipped out on me when I pulled forward, yelling and throwing his arms around. He said I was too close to the open pit, although no one else seemed to think so. His coworkers tried to calm him down, but he kept yelling at me and getting more agitated until he abruptly said "You're done, get out of here." He aggressively waived me out. One of his coworkers came to my window to apologize, and say "We'll talk to him." To be clear, this isn't my typical interaction with these folks, and I thought this place was perfectly fine until recently. Given my recent visit, I can't rationalize going here any more. read more

This was one of my favorite experiences getting my oil changed. The manager was very quick to help me soon as I pulled up, walked me through all the checks they did on the car, and then I was out in 10 mins. They also gave me $15 off cause the manager noticed that I was probably getting a bit nervous with the $ increasing. Just had my Toyota RAV 4 serviced by the Toyota dealership to check out an oil leak. They informed me that wherever I had my oil serviced last, which was this location, cracked a part of the filter and that's where the leak was coming from. Read some bad reviews and signed up for yelp just to set the record straight. I have never been a fan of jiffylube and the way they talk down on you and try to force products and services on you. I only came for an oil change and don't have the money for tire rotation, radiator flush, and everything else. I know it is their job to recommend these things but I always say "I'm just here for an oil change that's all I have money for" and STILL get the treatment which is upsetting Then I came to THIS jiffylube and was blown away. Friendly staff who treat customers with incredible respect and service and LISTEN to their needs. I never feel like I am being "sold" anything and they will educate me and talk about what truely needs to be done opposed to what a computer is telling them needs to be done. Most importantly is the speed of their oil changes. The JiffyLubes back home were a drag and I could count on spending 1/2 hour to an hour to get a simple oil change. My first time coming here I felt like I had barely sat down when they told me I was all set. I was amazed! This obviously depends on how many other customers are ahead of you but in my most recent visit I heard multiple people comment on how quick it was. Why is slow service the expected service in a brand called JiffyLube? This location needs to be praised for living up to the brand name and quality of service. Every time I am amazed with the level of service and assistance I get, especially if I have an issue that I'm not very familiar with. I decided to come here, despite some of the reviews, since the location is really close to my office. This is my first time coming to a Jiffy Lube, so I don't have a baseline for comparison, but everything went as well as could be expected. I came around 6:30 when no one else was there, so service was very fast and attentive. I was in and out of there in around 15 minutes. I can't comment on the quality of the waiting room, since I stood outside and watched them work. They did ask how my wiper blades were, but didn't push any further when I said they were fine. However, I did let them upsell me on the oil for high mileage engines. (It's not worth the premium they charge, but I had been rather tardy on this oil change, so I decided to go for slightly better stuff). They definitely weren't pushy though, and didn't try to sell me anything else. I also had no problems getting my AAA discount, and they didn't skip any of the extras like vacuuming, tire inflation, and fluid top-offs. All in all it was quick, convenient, and hassle free. I can't really ask for more from a chain store. read more

30 minute wait just to check my tire pressure? I understand that there are other cars that need service but checking my tire pressure would take 5 minutes! Not planning on coming to this location again. Second time going to this location and this place is wonderful! Headed in for a turn signal out and an oil change. The woman who helped me was kind enough to let me know that I still had time before I needed an oil change, and the fix of my tail light was 15 minutes tops! They will vacuum your floors and top off your oils anytime, and as a team I found them very personable. Even if I have to wait 30 minutes (like Terra K.) I will be back!! read more

I've been bring my vehicles here for 15yrs. Never had a service related problem and they often have late morning/early afternoon specials. Always straight forward and honest about when your vehicle's factory recommendation changes really need to get change. I was here about three weeks' ago with my grandson who is mesmerized by anything automotive. The staff, especially the manager, took a personal interest in him, answering all his 3 year old car questions and giving him a tour of the "Pit." I got an oil change for my Honda Civic at a different Jiffy Lube location, where after one day as I was driving down the freeway, I began to hear a loud screeching sound coming from underneath the front of the car. It sounded as if the car was dragging metal. I called the Jiffy Lube where I got the oil change (Greenwood) and they suggested I go to this location since I was not comfortable driving my car that far. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by two guys (I'm so sorry I didn't even get their name). One of the guys checked the car out and felt for anything underneath the car, he discovered that the skid plate was loose and it was indeed dragging below. Seems like, the skid plate was not properly screwed on or tight enough after my oil change at the other Jiffy Lube location. They attached it back onto to my car and got it fixed up. They were all incredibly kind!! The only name I got was Bill, but there were two other guys who took care of me! I will definitely make the drive out here to get my oil change. read more

This is just a typical oil change place. They are not extraordinarily nice or great. They're just dudes who change oil. They were dudes and changed my oil. Regardless of the temperature outside, they now make you wait outside in your car. They have stopped running their second bay, so the wait is both uncomfortable and long. They do not even greet you while you are waiting. Once you have invested 15-20 minutes waiting and finally get directed into the bay, THEN they announce that they are out of everything except their most expensive synthetic oil -- which, if you protest, but ONLY if you protest, they give you a discount on, which still makes the oil change more expensive than you expected. This is a well know ripoff technique called "bait and switch". This place used to be pretty good and very convenient. Not anymore.. I won't be using them again. read more

The service was very thorough and they even checked my tires for pressure and filled them all to specs. We bought refrigerant to help make the AC cool again but they couldn't put it in and said they didn't have the right equipment. It's putting it in the right spot, we already had the right refrigerant, the only equipment needed was already there. This is a relatively basic thing and they should be able to do it. read more

First of all, it was an extremely slow oil change. Although it was just me and one other vehicle that had already been started, I was told 45min because they were short staffed. I had my toddler so we walked around the neighborhood and when I got back 45min later they had taken (and finished) a new car ahead of me and were just starting mine. I totally I was there for an hour and a half. On top of that, I asked about differential fluid levels and then when they checked and confirmed that they were low I was informed (over an hour into being there) that this location is out and I would need to go to a different JL to get it filled. The gentleman I talked to was very kind and respectful but I will definitely not be returning to this location. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube up on NE 45th st this morning and the service was excellent. They told me exactly what was going on with my vehicle and got me all checked out. They weren't sure if my engine needed 6 or 7 liters of oil, it ended up being 7 and they only charged me for 6. Excellent service, highly recommend.
