I came here for an oil change and the manager was amazing. He told me an all the things. Like why my oil change was so much, cause my car takes so much oil. And even why they were trying to help customers out by absorbing some of that price. They are giving $30 off right now which is great! Every little bit helps. Absolutely fantastic experience! I hit some debris on the way home and my car was making thumping sounds. Pulled off the highway to this Jiffylube location and my mechanic quickly identified and fixed the issue on my car. Not only was it resolved in a flash, but they also did it at no charge. I had an oil change here about 2 months ago. I hadn't driven the car but noticed oily fluid on the floor of my garage. I brought it back to Jiffy Lube. The new manager, Timothy, personally checked my car for an oil leak. He went under the car, sprayed and even googled how to check oil levels on a BMW. He found there was no leak but noticed a power steering leak. He topped my radiator fluid as a courtesy and showed me how to check my oil level in my car. This was extraordinary service!!! Excellent service, accurate quote on time, had parts fast, and they have the customer service you hardly see anymore where they are friendly and honest and appreciate the business. I should have trusted my gut and not gone to this place. I clearly stated upon my arrival that I only want a oil and filter change. No need to touch the air cleaner or battery. Well when it was time to go they had to jump my car because the batter was dead. Hmmmmm, it worked fine before they messed around with it. They actually went against my request to only change the oil and filter. They checked my battery and obviously screwed up the battery somehow while testing it. Who knows what these knuckleheads did. I now had to reset my clock and who know what else is messed up. Totally incompetent!!! Do not waste your time going to this shop!!!! read more

I had a brand new 2016 volkswagon. I took it there to get a simple oil change. 3 days later my engine starts knocking. Took it to dealership to find out jiffy lube messed up my car. Taking advantage of kids. Nice. Sent my kid with a coupon for synthetic oil... they did regular oil. I called after he comes home and tells me what happens and they said just send him back and we will switch out the oil. He gets there and I have to call again... so this guy says yes we will switch it but your paying for another synthetic oil change not the difference from the one you just paid for! 3 cars in my house with synthetic... you just lost customers for taking advantage of kids. I got forced to pay for an oil change I didn't want to, only because the person showing me the options stated "you have to get the higher priced one because you went 300 miles over the sticker of recommendation". I only wanted the normal oil change, and even had a coupon for it. Truly ridiculous. Won't be going there again because every time I do, I always get forced to pay for a service I don't need on my car. If you go, you will lose so much money and it is not worth it. Service was fast but customer service was one the worst Ive had in any Jiffy Lube locations... dude who was helping me out was rude and not welcoming or friendly! they ALWAYS try to sell unnecessary stuff, apparently they stopped vacuuming cars... I also asked about my tire pressure and they told me they checked it but they DIDNT !!! I specifically asked to check my tire pressure and nothing was done... place was completely empty and still they were lazy not to check tires or vacuum !! Terrible. Went to get my first oil change since my dealership service plan had expired. Told them I needed an oil change and had a coupon I found online...they never said it would be over $100!!! My dealership charges less! Then I get my receipt and it says they put a different type of oil in than what my car takes. When I questioned it, they said I got the right oil, they just hit the wrong button. I told them I keep all my maintenance records and would like it corrected...they supposedly needed to "void" the transaction and rerun my card...I am still showing BOTH charges!!!! It gets better...they then told me I was waiting so long because my dealership over tightened a part...then they broke it. They began to call around to get the part but then suddenly said they "found one" that was better and all was good. Ummm, sure. Now I have to call to get my money back after paying double-double for a simple oil change. read more

How does this place not have a single review I ask? Been there not to long back and felt like I was being attacked by the techs on what to buy. I just wanted a damn oil change. I even said that when I showed up. Told me I needed a new air filter.. I have a washable KN filter. Told me I needed a coolant flush, whatever the hell that is? I needed a trams flush and a new fuel filter.. I was like dude just change the oil, that's it. Kept pestering me the whole time.. Like my truck was gonna explode if I didn't do all the up sales.. Was a little concerned when I saw all the poor reviews. However, it was a Sunday and everywhere else was closed. They were pretty pricey but explained very well about the difference between synthetic oil and the synthetic blend. Of course they tried to up sell with the air filters, but EVERY place I've ever been to does that. We politely declined and just got an oil change. Everyone was extremely polite and by the time we were done going over everything and the car was all done and ready to go. I barely had time to poor my coffee and drink it. read more

Took my truck in for standard oil change. Everything was fine until I noticed oil leaking slowly from under the engine. I took it to dealer service center where they said the oil drain plug wasn't secured tightly during oil change. If you're business model is to change oil then perhaps changing oil should be what you're good at. Not taking any of my vehicles back to jiffy lube. read more

After trying to convince me I needed a new air filter and cabin filter I explained I was a aircraft mechanic and had just replaced both within the past twenty four hours the dumb ass started trying to sell me a handful of other products, even had balls to tell me I should replace my fuel filter every month!!! Took advantage of my handicap brother - after sending written instructions for only a oil change, they told him he need all this extra work. He thought something was really wrong with his vehicle ended up with a bill of 401.20. When I called to complain the manager said that's "too bad". Warning please do not waste your money here, the manager is a monster and a thief. The manager Glen is pushy & a liar to every person that comes into this location. He talks down to his crew. I was talking to a staff member and this Glen person interrupted us and told the man that he did not know what he was doing right to his face in front of me a paying customer. What does that say for the recruiters of Jiffy Lube that they don't what they are doing hiring their staff, I was so disgusted by the way this Glen person was speaking to this young man that's when I had asked what was his position. I was told he was the manager of the store, wow. I refused to talk to him and I had felt so bad for the employee. I did not get anything this Glen person was telling me to get because some of the things he said I needed to get I had done way before I went to this location. I just wanted to get a oil change and leave but this man wanted me to drop $700. I'm sorry but I'm a single mom living paycheck to paycheck just like us all.
