I have a F350 7.3L diesel truck that was having a slow crank issue, like the batteries were dead, I replaced both batteries and was still experiencing weak starting. After research I believed the issue was my starter, I stopped into the Bowdish location where I was recommended to go into the Sullivan location because they have the tool to have our starter tested. Once there we asked the service guy if that was a test they were able to perform. He said he was able to and pulled us into the bay, he let the rest of the workers know he was doing a starter test and grabbed the battery checker from the wall, my Fiancé reminded them that he didn't need the batteries checked just the starter, he continued to check the batteries. After checking both the batteries and the test coming back 100%, the guy tells us that it must be the alternator, and that we are only pulling from the batteries to start the truck. we asked how we have 100% charge if we drove it 6 miles and are only running off battery power. He never answered the question, but he advised us that they could do that alternator, we asked how much that was and he told us he was going inside to get the estimate from the printer. 5 or more minutes later he returns on the phone, and starts asking us questions about last oil change, last fuel filter change, everything except testing the starter as asked before we pulled in. After several calls to someone (we were told the owner/manager) we were told it is absolutely not the starter or the alternator, but that it would need fuel injectors and a new fuel pump. Over $1000 in repairs. We had already ordered the new starter; they were advising to return it. We installed the new starter today; the problem is fixed. The truck has no hesitation to start. These guys were trying to upsell me and weren't even looking at what I pulled into the shop for. They didn't run the test I needed. the person on the phone never heard the truck start. I will be returning to the shop tomorrow to see what they have to say. How can people trust you when you won't perform the test you say you are, and they try to repair stuff that isn't broken or even acting like a problem. read more

Besides doing a good job on oil changes, this Jiffy Lube location also will perform on mechanical repairs, brakes, etc. Their mechanic Anthony is knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Josh, the manager, is helpful and pleasant to deal with. Their pricing on repairs is reasonable. Definitely recommend you take your vehicle to them for overall service and maintenance. read more

Ok you can't make this up. Drove all over sprague looking for tire quotes and a quick headlight change as the streets are dark and one headlight just won't cut it. Stopped at 4 different locations before driving all the way out of my way to land at a second jiffy lube here on Sullivan, don't use sprague. They always have an excuse no bulbs, hospitality is whack where Sullivans jiffy could use more love skilled workers timely and engaging. Lily, Josh and Ben I believe. I would recommend the owner up the hours and get better lighting. Even seasonal lights would help broadcast your business cause after 4 I swear it looks like you're closed. The techs who helped us were great, friendly and professional. My fiancé and I were only there for 10-15 mins before they were done. They noticed his military issue hat in the backseat and gave us 25% off (with ID). The best military discount by far, and they support other organizations that help veterans in the area. If I could give this zero stars I would. $100 for an oil change? How about not. The first time I went here they only charged me $30 for my oil change (which is very reasonable) Because they were quick and cheap, I went back a second time and HOLY SHIT IM NEVER GOING BACK!! These idiots were rude as hell and tried to charge me almost $100 for an oil change!! I wasn't charged for any other fluids, services, etc. just an oil change. The inconsistency of pricing at this place in unbelievable. My husband and I know a lot about cars and engines and the lies these people were spewing was insane. It was clear they were just trying to upsell me on some other unnecessary crap. I would 100% suggest taking your car to somewhere like Clark's, it's just down the road and only cost $30-$40 to have your oil changed and your tires rotated. Screw Jiffy Lube. read more

They are awful there. The manager yells at his employees constantly and cussed like a sailor. He is rude. Very unprofessional. If you want the job done right the first time then I would pay more and go to a dealer or at least avoid the Sullivan jiffy lube. Unless they get a new manager. read more

After arriving to the store we were unimpressed by pricing and decided I would be able to do it myself for cheaper. Unfortunately they had already started draining the oil. General manager Eric stepped in and offered to complete the synthetic oil change at the conventional price. He also found that the oil cap was broken and replaced it at no charge for us. He had great service and turned a not very good situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you Eric! read more

Went in for a scheduled oil change earlier today. Their pandemic procedures were first rate. Not only did no one enter my car, but I stayed in it the whole time (so no sharing a waiting room). They may have destroyed a company fleet vehicle. I took it in for an oil change in early Nov. and about a week later it was running poorly and making noises. I took into a dealer for a check-up and they reported to me that the engine was over-filled with oil by 2.5 quarts and the oil drain plug was cross-threaded and stripped as well.. The dealer technicians changed the oil again and filled it to the proper level but it remains to be seen if Jiffy Lube destroyed the engine on this vehicle. This is very disappointing I would urge caution bringing a vehicle here. read more

It's a typical Jiffy Lube Oil Change location, the team is friendly and quick. Sometimes I feel like they're trying too hard to meet their 'up sell' quota but on the plus side they always try to get me a coupon/discount if possible. I decided to come here for the first time this September 2018 for an oil change. After 3 days, my car is showing that I need an oil change. Came back to them and they said it was just sensor in my car that's causing it. Funny because I never get that prior to your service. And you people are so adamant about it. read more

Stopped in on the way to Glacier, was somewhat nervous given Jiffy Lube's reputation for upselling and occasionally poor service, but these guys (and gal) were great. Very quick, thorough inspection included with the basic oil change, pointed out everything that was in great shape already and was soft on the upsell for more services. Came to $27 with a $15 coupon from their website that we printed out at the FedEx Office next door. Quick, cheap peace of mind. Only missing thing was that they didn't check the coolant-- would have assumed that was covered in their fluids check. read more

I don't tend to go to these types of places because they just tend to be kids working there. I needed an oil change, and saw them holding the sign for an open bay, so I took the bait. Anyway, after I left and got on the freeway, I noticed that both my bluetooth stereo headset, and my single ear bluetooth were gone. I knew they were there before that because I had just used the headset, and I stopped at only one place after, to which the doors were locked and windows up. I'm obsessive about locking doors. The store was now closed, so I waited until Monday, and called the district manager. Later he called me back and said that he looked at the video, and that he saw nobody steal them. Hmmm... I guess their cameras can see inside your car very well. Anyway, that was a damn expensive oil change.... I lost $90 worth of stuff and they just said that I must have misplaced them! I'm so damn tired of thieves, and when I get ripped off by a businesses employees.... that's just the lowest of the low. You guys suck! read more

This was bad. I went in for an oil change, they talked me into getting the synthetic stuff. okay, and then they said that I needed to replace a belt. The total was 165.00. They said it would take only 10-15 minutes, but they didn't get done for 2 hours!!!!! I asked them why it took so long and they said that they were having issues finding the right tools to do the job. Once I finally got my car back, I could not make it out of the parking lot because the steering wouldn't work. They claimed that it was just fine when they test drove it, and the mechanic claimed that he had noticed that the steering pump had a wobble to it and decided to tighten it and did not give me the heads up about it before I had left. It was very fishy, and I feel like they are trying to hide something. So then they charge me 350.00 to get the steering pump replaced and all of the fluids re-flushed, saying that it was a ripple effect for getting the new belt. They say this will take about 2 hours at the most, but didn't get it done for another 3 and a half hours. I demanded for the parts back and am currently seeking a second opinion from a professional. On my way home there is loud thunks coming out of the engine and burnt rubber and oil smoke coming from it. I am so sick about this. Don't go to Jiffy Lube, I beg you!!!!!! read more
