The manager Brandon and his associates Chad try to rip me off and overcharge customers. I went in for an oil change, and they asked if I wanted the cabin air filter changed. I said no. The employee then said, "Well, it's free." My boyfriend and I looked at each other and agreed if it's free, why not? After we left, we noticed a $52.99 charge for the cabin filter. We turned around and came back within three minutes to ask why we were charged. We requested a refund and our old filter back. The manager refused to give us a refund and also refused to return the old filter, claiming it was already thrown away. On top of that, I also purchased a fuel cleaner. The staff was so disorganized they almost sent us off without charging us and without even putting the fuel cleaner in the vehicle. I had to remind them to do it. The whole situation felt intentional and dishonest. If it was truly free, it wouldn't have been charged. This was misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. read more

I went to jiffylube a few months back and got my oil changed. It was 68$ after tax for premium oil. Went here because I was on the way to work thought I'd just get it done. I went in for a routine oil change on my 2023 Ford Transit Van and the second I drove off the lot it was running horribly! I called and ask if they could confirm they out the right oil in and was told they had. I took it right to my local fors dealer as it is still under warranty and I paid $260 to diagnose why my van could no longer take a hill and was bugging down. The diagnosis was THE OIL FILTER WAS NOT PUT BACK IN CORRECTLY! The dealership told us we should take our receipt to Take 5 and ask for compensation since they are are the ones who put the air filter in incorrectly. The manager we spoke with was super arrogant and rude and treated me like its my fault they put the air filter in incorrectly when they never even asked me if I wanted my air filter changed!!! We will take all of our cars elsewhere. Horrible service! read more

Quick and friendly service, no cars in here when I came in and I was out within 10 minutes and that included them changing my wipers and air filter for me. I didn't get hassled for extras and everything was a great price. I paid $130 for full synthetic oil, air filter change and they replaced my wipers for free since I had some with me. Jimmie was the manager that helped me but all of the guys were awesome. read more

I went to Take 5 and was greeted by a nice man. I sat in my car as the oil was being changed. 4 men worked on my car. They presented me with a cold bottle water which was really nice. They took great care of my car. They were thorough. They checked my filters in my car including a filter that is positioned in the glove box which was my air/heat conditioner filter. They took better care of my car better than the dealership I had gone to in the past. They even checked my tires and wipers. They were polite, efficient and described everything to where I understood what they were talking about. It was such a pleasure being there and being taken care of so well. Went in for a simple oil change only on my 2010 Subaru Impreza .. zero leaks prior, 6 people started working on my car all asking different questions at the same time.. left with my dash rattling after they ripped my dash apart to try and sell me a $50 air filter.. bolts missing outta my air box, and a nice fat crack at the top of my radiator... then after i get home and see everything proceed to say " you can bring it in for a inspection " like im gunna drive 15 minutes back to you can drivewith a cracked radiator spraying in my engine bay... read more

My husband took his truck in for an oil change, after it was done the guy came out and said your transmission dipstick broke off. My husband stated that it was not broke before I brought it in. He always changed his own oil but we were leaving town so we just thought this would be quicker. I was told sorry nothing we can do. He asked to speak to a manager and was told there isn't one here and to call the next day. He called the next day and the manager was also rude and said once again there is nothing we can do. Needless to say, we will never be back and no friends or family will be either. read more

Wouldn't recommend , they turned me away , because they couldn't change the oil on a 2012 Cadillac Cts. Then why are you even a business specializing in oil changes? Oil changers down on Sprague did a fantastic job on helping me out and did it no problem. Wouldn't even give them a 1 star to be honest. read more
