Honestly it's just a Jiffy Lube but these guys were amazing! From the time I arrived they were attentive, friendly, efficient, and honest. I never felt pressured to get more services than I asked for, I was taken seriously (guys might not understand why this matters as much, but as a woman that meant the world to me). These guys were just great! Absolutely respectful and quick with their service! For reference, today I went to my Mitsubishi dealer for an oil change and inspection (I had a 2:30pm appointment) and when I arrived they told me it would be a 2.5 hour wait! For that simple of a service and in a primarily appointment based business that was ridiculous! So I canceled that appointment and on my way home stopped by the Jiffy Lube. 15 min wait, 15 min service. In and out no problem. And their customer base is ENTIRELY walk-ins. I've been to Jiffy Lube many times, and while they tend to be the poster child of average chain service, this particular location has a great team and is a reliable option for people who don't have all day to wait around on an oil change. read more

We pulled into this Jiffy Lube with a large SUV and boat after rapidly losing air from a ruptured tire. Since we were towing a boat, determining how to proceed was difficult, as they weren't able to get us into a service bay. Every one one of these guys' spirited helpfulness was such a relief when the situation could have really put the 4 passengers in a terrible mood! Jiffy Lube offers tire change services. We own a separate set of wheels with winter tires. We removed two of the wheels with summer tires on them due to an accident that damaged the wheels. It was a difficult task to do with the tools that come the vehicle and the wheels/tires are heavy for us due to age and health. We just needed for Jiffy lube to remove the wheels from the other side of the car and put on the other two wheels with winter tires. They said they didn't think their equipment could change the wheels on the car, an Audi with normal size lug nuts. We explained that we had the other wheels/tires with us. And that this was just like a wheel/rotation service. They referred us to an auto shop next to them instead. They had the equipment to do the job, but seemed to not want to do the work as their bays were empty. We had the tire change done at another Jiffy Lube at another nearby location we don't understand why we were turned away. read more

If I could give this venue a minus 100 I would. I've lived in N. VA. patronizing Jiffy Lube Live 22 years. I am disgusted paying more than $100 a ticket to get bombarded by marijuana smoke & to have to always view the back of asses standing up in front of me for up to 3 hours. I can never see the stage & can watch a tv screen at home for free. There is zero security or courtesy suggestions or enforcement. They have golf carts for handicap patrons entering the venue, but never empty ones departing except for obese people & their family members with no visible physical impediment. I hope Jiffy Lube gets shut down. This place has become a total rip off & is no longer enjoyable !!!! read more

I came in yesterday for an oil change at this location. Prior to coming in I asked for an estimate of the price of a synthetic oil change, gave them the make and model and year of my car. The gentleman I spoke on the phone with looked it up for me and quoted me $65. I figured this was a really great deal considering it's usually anywhere from $80-$100. When I dropped my car off the staff then proceed to tell me my bill would be $109. I then explained how they had quoted me $65 15 minutes prior on the phone. The staff member then said "we meant starting at $65" so, I was about to leave not because the price was high but because it's not what they quoted me. The best deal they could give me was $80 they said, again I was feeling a little frustrated at this point because of you quote me one price that is the price you should give. I ended up paying $45 for a an oil blend which is not really what I wanted but I was not about to give them nearly double what they quoted me. I will not be back to this location as they also tried to sell me windshield wipers which had been replaced by myself 1 week prior along with a slew of other items. The positives about this place: they're super quick I only waited for 20minutes. The staff are nice they just aren't upfront about pricing. Got my oil changed. Asked if they'd put air in the tires and got a yes of course. When I payed I was told my tires were filled and my interior was vacuumed. Checked my receipt and it said so on there as well. Got into the car and the interior was not vacuumed one bit. Asked the guy if they vaccumed, he said yes but then went to ask, and they did not and he was sorry about that. Then the tire pressure light was still on so I asked about that as well. He assured me the light needed time to "recalibrate itself." Not once in my life has that been a thing. My tires are still flat. Pretty frustrating. read more

Probably one of my better experiences at a Jiffy Lube. The good: They definitely have the convenience factor down, that's one of their biggest selling points. This location is well-placed right off Garrisonville and probably drives a majority of their business. The guy who usually tries to up-sell you on a new air filter, tire rotation, etc was not pushy at all which was refreshing. They have a slick screen in the customer waiting area that list all the customers and the total time they've been waiting, more on that later. The bad: Nobody likes going to get work done on their car. I'm usually skeptical of these types of establishments and assume I'm going to be taken somehow. Back to the screen in the waiting room: my car didn't show up until about 30 minutes after I arrived. So the 15-20 minute total time all the people in front of me had displayed was actually significantly longer. I assume the corporate office uses that tracker as some kind of metric for the performance of the location, sketchy practice! This is my second visit to this location. When I get my oil changed at these places that do nothing more than oil changes, I don't expect to wait more than an hour. My car has been out of the bay in less than 45 minutes. Awesome! However, I have been waiting for 20 minutes to be checked out, with no one else in line! We've come to this location twice and both times were a good experience. In the waiting area, they have a cell charging station, free wifi, a Keurig machine and a bunch of little coffee cartridges. There's a bathroom and a television too. We've only ever had oil changes here and no issues. A tip would be always check the website for coupons/promotions. They always return the car cleaner than I brought it in --they clean the windows, vacuum it out, etc. Silly I know, but I appreciate that the oil change sticker is printed instead of hand written. Sometimes the hand written ones are hard to read or fade. Also, they're good about resetting the reminders on the car --I've left other oil changes only to have the reminder immediately pop up. I do get that you're paying for the convenience of getting an oil change done quickly, but their pricing has gotten out of hand. My sister in law's old Nissan Sentra has 190,000+ miles on the meter, she's always taken it to the dealer for service, and now that I'm driving it, seeing the Pennzoil sticker on the windshield, I figured that's what she would want. (She gets a kick out getting a text on the mileage update :) so there's that, you know.) So I'm also figuring I'll go for their high-mileage formula. But $66? When it only takes less than 3 quarts?? Plus another $21 for the air filter??? But I had no choice knowing that it really needed it and this was my only chance before some hard miles to come. (OK, I could have gone to Wally World and gotten the air filter myself. And after all, oil is oil so I could have gone with the standard stuff at $44. But it was raining cats and dogs, I was dead tired from work and, eh....they got me!) But it will have to be some dire circumstances before I bring my hard-earned cash back in here again. Good place, nice and speedy. The staff is very friendly, has never seemed pushy to me. If you tell them you don't want something they just say alright, unlike other places that try and get you to buy everything. I gave 4 stars because when I pull up I ask them politely not to mess with my tire pressure. I run with my tires a few PSI over the number on the door sill. They always say "ok no problem" but then I always see them mess with the PSI. Not really a big deal though since Wawa right down the road has free air. Just a minor inconvenience. read more

Well, I must say, I had an oil change on a Sunday - discovered a leak on Monday, brought the car back - and it was repaired. Quite professionally I will add. I was impressed with the gentleman who did the work on the car - I watched him from outside the bay door. The skid plate, the underside - all cleaned up, no leaks. Really - I was impressed, and I thought it was going to be a hassle. I did request (prior-to coming in) a discount and/or a complete refund, and as I was leaving, I was told the district manager had that request and it was up to him what the outcome of that will be - so time will tell as far as that's concerned - but, for the moment, I am happy with the way they resolved my issue as far as installing a new drain plug and making the repair. Please be sure that you ask for a "conventional oil change" when visiting this location, if you do not desire a "FULL SYNTHETIC"... the full synthetic signature service oil charge will run you roughly about $100 (or a little less) and they will not let you know that beforehand unless you ask. They took the liberty of doing that without verifying the price difference and got charged the price of practically 2 oil charges for one car. Again, make sure you ask. read more

What a rip off!!! Went there for a signature service oil change and after over an hour wait, with only 2 customers ahead of me, my $40 job when to $100!!! The oil had already been drained so I had to go with their synthetic oil, 3 qts at $20 per qt. UNBELIEVABLE!!! To add insult to injury, my oil change light come on, after 2.5 weeks!!! This is a lengthy review but I want to get my point across with concrete facts. If you don't have time to read it, I just have to say avoid any Jiffy Lube at all costs. When things are fine they are great, when something goes wrong they show their true "customer service." If you have time, continue reading... I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for the past six years with three different cars that I have owned. I have never had an issue and always recommended them to anyone I have met. However, you really experience customer service when an issue arises and how they handle it rather than when everything is hunky-dory. I went in on 5/4/2015 because my oil was low in the car despite having my oil changed two weeks prior at the same location. The gentlemen was nice, checked it for me, said it was "unusually low", and proceeded to add oil. He had his manager come and check to make sure everything was okay (which I thought was a bit odd for only having a top-off but whatever). I drove off to 610, the main road, and as soon as I shifted into second gear my car struggled to drive and billows of white smoke was coming out of my tailpipe. I quickly pulled over in a parking lot and if the car was started tons of white smoke would come out of the tailpipe. It was not drivable at all. I had to call a tow truck and have it towed to a local mechanic shop, fearing it was a blown head gasket, whom I have trusted all my mechanical needs with. The next day I went in to the shop to have my mechanic tell me that there was too much oil in my engine. They drained the oil and checked the engine to make sure no internal damage was done. My car was driving normal again. I immediately called the Jiffy Lube, spoke to a manager, and explained to him what happened. He, and I am not exaggerating at all, said "what do you want me to do?" That's when I had to get a bit firm and told him because of their incompetency I had a $179.97 bill only because I went in for a simple top off. He then was a bit nicer and told me to bring in the bill and he would send it to corporate and see what we could do about it. Next day I arrived at the Jiffy Lube only to wait there for ten minutes while they tried to "find" the manager who I spoke to (I gave them his name) to only be told he was gone for the day and that since I spoke to him only he could assist me. Bit ridiculous but I bit my tongue and said I would be back the next day. Of course I returned, met the manager, he took the invoice, and sent it to corporate. He told me someone would contact me within the week. Nobody contacted me. Unfortunately, I then had to leave town for a funeral, and wouldn't return for the next two weeks. In those two weeks I never received a call or any sort of update. Once I returned I called several times to the location to be told that the manager wasn't there. Once again I had to get a bit firm and one day finally reached him. He acted aloof and said he would send it again and someone would DEFINITELY call me. I have yet to hear from someone about this. I am down $179.97 dollars. I have had to get rid of the car since then because of engine compression issues (2008 Mazda 3 with 77k miles, it was kept in great condition). And now I am just frustrated. If time would allow me I would be there every single day at the location demanding some sort of resolution. I meet a lot of people during the day and am bit of a car guy so people come to me with questions. I have always recommended going to this Jiffy Lube because of fast service and convenience. Never again will I recommend any Jiffy Lube to anyone I meet. I will make it a point to avoid any Jiffy Lube at all costs and with the amount of people I meet (because of my job) Jiffy Lube has not only lost one customer, they will lose hundreds. There is a Meineke down the road and several other oil change places off of 610. Go anywhere but here. Only go here if you want your car to get screwed up and receive no help afterwards. I brought my vehicle there for service the end of Dec. The tech broke my oil cap taking it off. This caused a vacuum leaked and engine to run rough. I have been trying to get them to cover the cost of repair (which they originally said they would) for almost 3 months. I call just about every week and ask for a manager or district manager to contact me and they never do. Planning on taking them to small claims court. Poor customer service all around. read more

I went in for an oil change. I was there for my appointment, when they open. At least 4 other cars were done before mine. The gentleman working on my vehicle had a concerned look on his face and was walking around the facility. When I finally got my car at home, the next day I realized that the oil had leaked all over my driveway. I called Jiffy Lube. They came to my house to look at it. They said if I felt safe, I could drive it in and they'd find the problem. They said the problem was a crack in the tank and it was probably caused by a pebble. My husband, who had worked at a Jiffy Lube years ago, said he saw the oil tank and it looked like someone had cracked the opening because they didn't know what they were doing. Jiffy Lube took no responsibility and charged us over $500 to fix the issue. I definitely do not recommend this establishment. They may provide decent service sometimes but the risk of them breaking something is just too much for me. read more
