They opened 20mins late than told me I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the computers to come up and it wasn't their fault!!!!!! REALLY ! But it was their fault they opened LATE. I told him that this was about to make me late for all my other appointments today and he told me he could take off $10 ! What's $10 on a synthetic oil change. Jiffy Lube is not the cheapest oil change company out here but I pay the higher price for the quality and promptness . Charged me almost $100 for an oil change, and did not change the filter. I usually change my own oil, but the last time I had an alignment at Mavis, I figured I'd have them do it while I was there. Anyway, when I was next due, I got under my car but couldn't get the drain plug off... so I figured I'd suck it up and go to Jiffy Lube to save me the hassle. Big mistake- the cost for an oil change was astronomical, and when I went under my car about a week later, I noticed the oil filter from Mavis was still on there. I received an oil change service from Jiffy Lube store #427 in Stone Mountain GA on 11/11/2022. The service was already significantly higher than what I would usually pay for this particular service. I was returned my vehicle to later discover that the oil filter was not put on properly and my vehicle had an oil leak. My engine then threw a rod and my vehicle is non drivable and I am without transportation. I have already contacted both managers Elijah D. & Jameel G. regarding the situation. They assured me the district manager would look at the car and then submit a claim to corporate. We agreed for someone to contact me when the DM came to view the car. No one ever contacted me. I called the store to speak with one of the managers and I was left on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever returned to the call meanwhile the district manager was present at the store. They have failed to provide me with this supposed claim number regarding the poor service on my car. I have contacted this location numerous times asking for some sort of correspondence or to escalate to someone who has any follow up for me and they have been very nonchalant and I was told that "it doesn't affect them". They have no regard for the inconvenience they cause their customers on their behalf and have poor communication. They have yet to offer me any resolution or at minimum reach out to me about my vehicle. read more

I sat in a chair in the wait room that turned out to be covered in ants. When I told them the response I received was "the exterminator is coming this week", with no apology, then just left the chair out there for someone else to sit in. A standard oil change is $50 and comes with fluids topped off and various other accompaniments to warrant the price. When I got in my car I noticed it wasn't vacuumed, and asked if they checked the tire pressure, which they hadn't, though both things were marked on my receipt as completed. I got out and demanded that they do the things that not only I payed for, but that we're marked on my receipt as having been done. The manager apologized and made sure they did everything the second time, but it was clear they were just trying to run me through without doing the work and thought I wouldn't notice. read more

I am a mechanic however I did not feel like changing my oil and decided to go to this damn place. Took them forever and a day because I watch one of the employees where he cannot find my oriole filter so I don't say anything I just wait not say something to Manager to give me some garbage excuse as to why the new employee couldn't find my oil filter. So after it's all said and done I ask him I said I am well did you reset the computer on my car so I want to say I need an oil change. The manager had no idea how to do this. Do not I repeat do not go to this place if you don't know anything about cars because they don't either and they will most likely f**k your car up. Great service and pleasant staff here! I came in for a standard, good ol' oil change and was more than pleased with the level of service I received. My Wife and I share a 2014 Kia Soul and up until now I had been taking the car to the Kia dealer we purchased the car from to perform all service but this time I wanted to save a buck or two and try Jiffy Lube. After being pleasantly received at my car and escorted to the waiting area, the attendant told me to make myself comfortable and help myself to a drink. After a few minutes a young lady whose name I believe was Keisha, and I believe to be the Assistant Manager entered the waiting room and asked me to follow her to her computer terminal out in the service area, where she asked what type of oil I would like to use. I answered her and she proceeded to page through her computer and explain to me all scheduled regular maintenance for my car. Some was due for my car, some was not. I declined all additional services and asked her to just change the oil & oil filter. She did NOT try to use high-pressure sales techniques to upsell me, which I appreciated greatly. She gave me more information in 2 minutes than the dealer has EVER given me! I went back to the waiting room and Googled a Jiffy Lube coupon and found a $5 off. By the time I downloaded the coupon she was back, asking me if I was ready to check out. Check out was quick and efficient and she even printed out my regular scheduled maintenance schedule for my car. I did not realize this location closed at 7pm. I pulled up to the bay doors for service at almost 6:30pm. There were quite a few people working, but one bay was empty. Rather than walk over to me and explain to me that they were close to closing time and didn't have time to take any more customers, workers looked at me and continued working. The manager walked over to workers and began a conversation, then looked over at me sitting waiting in my car, and continued the conversation, which included laughing, before walking away. I sat there until it became clear nobody had any intention of pretending to care about retaining a customer who has paid way too much at their location for service. I'm only giving 2 because Roy and the other guy were kind and worked efficiently seeing as they only had a 3 man team. I came in for an oil change and was greeted by Roy who asked what my services were I told him and was led to the waiting room. Their "customer service representative" Rayne, was on the phone yelling at someone, I'm assuming the manager, about how she's doing everyone else's job and she shouldn't have to vacuum. grow up. For about 10 minutes she just went back and forth. Unprofessional when you have customers present. She comes inside and the phone starts ringing, she just lets it ring. Roy tells her to answer, her personal phone starts ringing. She answers her personal line instead. when she called my name to ask about pricing she pronounces it wrong and I politely told her. She shrugged waved her hand and then just called out my car. Her customer service is horrible. She had an attitude the entire time. I know it was from her disagreement with Roy and whomever was on the phone, but it just made for an unsatisfactory visit. Especially if you're the customer service rep. Another woman complained about her attitude, they waved that off. She was asking questions because she didn't know the viscosity that had Been being put in her car for the last 20 years. I came to get an oil change there are very fast and usually friendly, but today the front desk woman Rayne had the worst disposition ever, real dry not friendly at all no expression. I know we're all tired it 10am, hell I don't want to go to work either. But, hell bills gotta be paid. I come here because it's close to my house and they're fast. My only other issue they give you a tire rotation free when you use a groupon but if don't have one it $21.99 . what's the difference. It's same price regardless. read more
