I had been bringing my vehicle to this shop for years under the previous ownership and always had…read morepositive experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent repair under the current management was extremely disappointing and involved what I can only describe as sloppy and substandard workmanship. I brought my 2000 Ford F-150 in for a clutch replacement and related repairs. The vehicle remained at the shop for over two months while they attempted to diagnose and resolve a check engine light issue after the clutch work was completed. During that time I came to pick up the vehicle multiple times, only to find additional problems each time. On one pickup attempt, coolant hoses that had been disconnected during the repair were not even reattached. Coolant immediately began leaking when the engine was started. On another pickup, the system was still leaking coolant. After weeks of back-and-forth and no resolution, I was ultimately advised by the owner to take the truck to another repair facility because they could not determine the cause of the problem. When a second mechanic inspected the vehicle, they quickly discovered the actual issue: the wiring harness had been pinched between the engine and transmission when the transmission was reinstalled during the clutch repair. This caused blown fuses and numerous engine fault codes. In order to correct the problem, the transmission had to be removed again so the damaged wiring harness could be repaired and the installation corrected. The second mechanic also documented that the transmission contained only about one quart of fluid at the time of inspection and that coolant lines had loose clamps causing a leak. These issues strongly suggest that the vehicle was not properly inspected or tested after the repair was completed. Because of the pinched wiring harness, the transmission had to be removed again and the wiring repaired. This required additional time, expense, and inconvenience after already paying thousands of dollars for the original repair. Even after the corrective work, there are still unresolved issues such as the speedometer no longer functioning, which will require additional diagnosis. Based on my experience, the workmanship on this repair was extremely poor and required another shop to undo and correct the installation. I strongly recommend that anyone considering major repairs here obtain a second opinion before authorizing work.

They told me the repairs would be extensive. They printed out an estimate listing the cost of parts and labor and handed it to me. It stated that this was only a preliminary estimate and that the cost could increase during the actual repair. This worried me greatly, as I have limited funds. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later--at a time that was convenient for me. I left my car for repairs. A few hours later, they sent me a text message (I don't answer the phone due to hearing issues). The car was waiting for me in the shop's parking lot, running like new. It also included a full inspection and air filter change. I was in and out in 50 minutes, which was pretty good because at other oil change places I would be sitting in line for 50 minutes. Corey Hanes is the best service representative I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, in any industry, in any capacity. He constantly kept me in the loop every step of the way, from intake processing, paperwork and status updates, then out-processing, and finally delivery. Even though my insurance carrier specified parts using their Quality Replacement Parts Program, Corey was able to locate OEM parts and still stay satisfy the insurance company's repair budget. During delivery we noticed a smallish green stain on the top of the right rear seat back. We thought it happened during repair. In a non-confrontational way, Corey was able to locate pictures that confirmed the stain existed before the repair. He then proceeded to get a cleaning solution and removed the stain! Corey embodies the epidemy of a customer facing service manager. Well done Corey! During the repair they some how were able to get Oil in the alternator so I was left stranged and it towed to another shop.
