The paper says "everything is good to go" I came in with a squeaking problem in my car, and told them I've had issues with a belt and just need that replaced. They then did the car check, and said it's the breaks. Charged me $600 for my front breaks and tightened my belt. Well now my breaks are rattling, my belt snapped off yesterday while driving. And they told me basically "oh no we didn't listen to the actual problem, but we can't do anything." Like be foreal. You just wanted to get your store goals and take peoples money. I have the names of the people who worked on the said vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE. The older gentleman yes was nice, but once he got back from the test drive. I usually don't review places like this, but I had a really great experience here at this location. I stopped by on a weekday around 2pm to get my oil changed and there was no line. The whole process took 10 minutes, the employees working were extremely nice and patient with me. Once everything was finished the lady helping me added a local coupon that took off a good amount of money. I really appreciated this because 99% of the time businesses don't add coupons unless you mention it first. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. read more

So I took my new car there (a low level chevy) for a simple oil change. Not even a full synthetic oil change - $80?!?! Crazy. But I paid as I figured they would take care of all of the other stuff on the list for a signature oil change and service. Sad thing is, they didn't. All of my tires were at least 7 PSI under the recommended setting for air pressure after I left (I checked them over the weekend after, as I had the TPMS letting me know my tires were low), they were going to start filling my engine with oil BEFORE changing out the oil filter (I actually had to stop them), my coolant level was low and they hadn't added any, even though they're supposed to top off all fluids. Again, it's a very common chevy, and yet they didn't stock my oil filter. I had to wait for them to have one delivered. The guys were nice enough for certain, but the service was severely lacking when considering what I paid. Won't be back. read more

The last time I was there, I had lost my sticker that informs me when I need my next oil change, and I was worried that I was overdue. Tiffany helped me that day, and she was fantastic. I told her to use the least expensive because I was short on money. She said okay, but first decided to check the computer for my last service and informed me that my oil change wasn't due anyways. She offered to check my oil, though, and it was low, so she topped it off for me, free of charge as it always is. I really appreciated her lookin out for me like that. Never write reviews for any store but they definitely deserve recognition. I was expecting an hour or two wait but was in n out in less than 20 min. Over hearing the communication and professionalism showed by Quentin, Marty, Kobey, and Robert was very impressive and unexpected. I made a comment to who I can only imagine was the shift leader at the time and he said he holds his guys to a high standard and they don't mess around. It was awesome to see a team work very efficiently and effective to make what may seem a simple oil change happen, but they worked around it like I was the only vehicle in the world that needed to get worked on and they were gonna make it happen no matter what. Went today at 5:15pm and so thankful for the cleanliness and positivity of the team. I went in around 5:15pm to see if they weren't too busy and could fit me in before closing & they were SO nice about it!! I have been nervous about going anywhere considering COVID-19, but all the team members were super safe with masks and/or respecting distancing-- even in the 80 degree heat-- so impressive! I was able to wait in my car, but Daniel B. was awesome talking me through my oil change and the team talking together on all checklist items to get things done super efficiently-- I think I was there all of 20 mins. Great, friendly, speedy service. I originally went to the JL on 72nd, but it was packed. Fortunately, this one was only 10 minutes away. The staff (especially Rob) was upbeat and helpful. Usually, I don't like other things being pointed out when I just came for an oil change, but it was helpful to know that my coolant was low and the windshield wiper fluid container was cracked. He also took the time to press the sticker firmly onto the window (it tends to fall off) and mention a new headlight service (without being pushy about it). All in all, I like this one better than the one on 72nd and plan to make it my new oil change spot. read more

I very much dislike jiffy lube and their lack or even decent service. Took car in for an air conditioning service first it takes over an hour to get anything done then they say "ok to fix it will cost 130 that's after your $30 discount" ok ok sounds good "ok and it just needs to be recharged or can you tell if theirs any other issues?" To that he says "we test it for leaks no other issues just a recharge" awesome!! I'm not a mechanic so I assume after talking to him and asking that a couple times he must know what he's talking about..... NOPE he was WRONG and now I am without A/C in my car on the hottest days so far this summer. Manager never apologized for inconvenience and said "well I guess I can recharge it for you" uuuuuummmmm how about No since you sucked to begin with by telling me you test for leaks and that's why their is a wait time for me. As I believe the incident was isolated, my review now reflects the requested work, the management of this establishment, and the character of the employees and business when resolving a customer service issue. Good work Jiffy Lube, I would highly recommend this shop. ------------------------- 8/5/15 - This review would have been a five star rating for the service speed and excellent team leader. UNFORTUNATELY: Immediately after our vehicle was serviced, we got in and found that the front windshield had been cracked in the center toward the driver's side. We were told that a report would be filed and that we would be contacted. We contacted them the next morning (8/5/15) for them to let us know that they could only offer us a refund for the oil change. We are currently waiting for the manager to contact corporate and call us back. read more

I had my oil changed there. They talked me into a new battery and radiator flush. A month later and I have had 2 repairs on my car... 1. They snapped the connection to the battery terminals. 2. My radiator overheated and needed to be replaced. This deal has now cost me an additional $600 in repairs. I feel like such an idiot for going there. Never again. read more

I had an oil change at this location on January 18th, 2020. Shortly after leaving, my car lost all power. The engine had seized. There was not a drop of oil on the dipstick. Car was towed per their request to nearest automotive repair shot. There was no oil filter present on my car. The engine was destroyed for a total cost of $4,006 to repair. Jiffy refused to pay for the repair of my destroyed vehicle. They only offered $1,200-$1,500. Jiffy provided a rental car for 1 month for a total of $3,800, $300 more would have repaired my car or to go towards purchasing a new vehicle. On February 27th, 2020 I was forced to return the rental leaving me without a vehicle. To this date, Jiffy Lube has yet to rectify this situation. Complaint filed. read more

If I could give 0 stars, i would. I showed up 10 minutes before they opened and waited. When they started opening the Bay Area at 8:00 I waited until they were done. This place is very dishonest and shady. They will lie to you and charge you for work that was never done. Basically they cracked my windshield then wanted to charge it to my insurance to fix it. I inspected the crack and there was tiny broken pieces of glass right next to it and there were two tiny chips - one resulting in a crack. I think they did it! I went in there today and I have a fleet account for my construction company, and they were not giving me the fleet discount so I had to go through a big deal with the employee there who claims to be the manager and finally I ended up getting the correct pricing. There was only one car in the bag that they were working on currently and the other two were empty. Then she told me it would be 20 to 30 minutes before they could even get to my vehicle and apparently unknowingly I rolled my eyes and then she started yelling at me about I rolled my eyes at her and I could just deal with it. At which point I told her I don't have to be treated like that at any place and I will take my business elsewhere. It was a very heated discussion and I told her I'd had other problems there like they stripped out the oriole pan on my wife's car and we went through many problems and this is not the only time I've had a problem there and I won't be back read more

Always friendly when you go in, quick service. I live a 5 minute drive away and was home from my oil change in 30 minutes. Yes they are a little pricey, but I have taken my car to cheaper places for oil changes and said places have not cleaned up spilled oil afterward so my car smelled like burning oil when I was driving it. They also vacuum your front carpets for you here (a standard feature at all Jiffy Lube locations). I don't think the previous person understood how Jiffy Lube works, you pull up and get immediate service. There is a technician that greets you at your car, at that point he answers any cost questions, then you go inside while they get your car done and get you in their system. The technician could have told him how much an oil change would be without ever getting out of his car, then he could have opted to leave. There are always coupons on their website too, which helps. While there I looked at pricing of other services since I recently paid a private mechanic to change my serpentine belt...the man I used charged me $35 plus the part was $35...at Jiffy lube they charge $89.99...not too bad considering when I checked with the dealer they wanted just over $200 for the same thing. read more
