First to change oil in Olympia, then it was leaking and I went here they tighten it but it was still leaking yesterday, finally went to 72nd location and they tightened it again. I am kinda frustrated that I had to pay for an oil change to make sure my car was ok after it was loose in the first place, but it wasn't this shop's fault so I can blame them too much. read more

Tried to stop in as a repeat customer- 3 bays / all open / lines up on 2 - told to back up and go to lane 1 - then told customer was driving too fast to line up. Decided after the attitude of these two women, I changed my mind and did not want them to work on our van. Always plenty of other options to have an oil change - and different companies. These guys told me my 1998 ford escort had an oil filter in a difficult spot and someone just stole all their tools so they couldn't do my oil change because my transmission was too hot for his hands. They told me to go to another station in Tacoma. Upon arrival and inspection of the vehicle, the oil cap to the engine was not properly replaced back onto the engine causing oil leakage all under the hood of my car. Then after the ladies in Tacoma jiffy looked, they said it isn't in a difficult spot at all and most likely they just didn't want to do it. What a joke! They tell me they can't change my oil because they don't have the filter in stock. I told them that I didn't care about the filter and just needed the oil changed. They said company policy restricts them from doing that...then told me they can't replace my wiper blades because they have none in stock..then tell me they are out of almost everything because their truck doesn't come in until the following day. I drive down the street to the other location and the lady tells me that the other location likes to play games and sends customers down to them because they are too lazy to work and that company policy does not restrict them from changing oil when filters are out of stock. Was sent here from the Jiffy Lube down the street. All 3 bays were empty. I was told they were short staffed (the other guy was out on lunch) and they could only fill tires and do top offs. I asked when he would be back from lunch, since it was 11:48am. He said about an hour. Was not impressed. Went to south hill and got my oil change there. Would not recommend this location or the other location in Lakewood. read more

This is not my usual jiffy lube that I go to but I am pretty disappointed. I went two weeks ago on a Saturday and was turned away since there was not enough staffing to conduct an oil change. I went today and was again turned away for lack of staffing. I would not recommend going here - you will most likely get turned away. read more

Was just a Firestone to get an oil change but there was about a two hour window of service, meaning, that Firestone Lakewood WA could service the vehicle however there would be a wait to be seen and then the oil change would take about one hour of precious time. Time that would be consumed out of s busy schedule. So, politely thanked them ( Firestone ) for trying but asked if they knew of a Jiffy Lube near by. What do you know ???? They did. So, we find the Jiffy Lube and pull right up. Three technicians come out to greet us all dressed in Jiffy Lube uniforms. Apparently, they were ready to help, even on a wonderful inaugural day. A beautiful day because now we have areal man who cares about the wellbeing of our nation. Who is this, one might ask?...... I'll tell you ----- Incredibly brilliant business man, PRESIDENT DONALD J TRUMP. Pardon me, I digress. So, we're being guided on the shop floor by the service technician. (They allow you to remain in the vehicle if you so desire.) then they begin with the oil change. BRIAN was his name. Nice young man. A man who really likes his job and wants the best for Jiffy Lube's customers. Lickity split, they proceed to change the oil,check all the fluids, grease 11 zirk fittings and offer additional services! Wow ! Extraordinary friendly service!! By the way, if management of Harland Automotive is reading this, may I suggest that you give this BRIAN a raise and a promotion! Don't loose him to another company like Midas or Firestone. Pay him good. In fact, paying employees well makes everyone happy, customers and staff alike. After sharing discourse with PAM the Harland fleet services manager to discuss fleet rates, I must say unequivocally, that the discounted rate applied to our account was so meager that I FELT INSULTED. JIFFY LUBE WAS TOO CHEAP WITH RESPECT TO GENERATING INCENTIVES TO RETAIN LOYALTY. Which leads me to draw the conclusion that JiffyLube may also be too cheap to retain good employees. A crappy traffic day through the south sound made me pull off I-5 to get an oil change instead of just sitting on the highway. I came to this location as I confused it with the other location that had rave reviews. So I was a bit concerned when I realized this one only had two stars. Wonk wonk, but I already got out of my vehicle. There was one car being serviced and I sat in the waiting room. It was small with about 5 chairs and some were quite worn. They were able to do a full service oil change, inspection and fluids and they completed it relatively quickly. They also vacuumed my car which was great. I left and later realized they didn't top off my radiator fluid per the invoice. I returned a couple days later when I was back in town and the mechanic Nate was able to take care of it. They were professionals and I had a positive experience. read more

I dropped my car off for an oil change and I was the first customer, my car was there for two hours so I called and they told me my truck was almost done, the called me after the TWO hours and said they didn't have the oil for my vehicle. I went to the shop, asked what they were doing for two hours and some lady at the front said she was unaware of my trucks situation so I asked for my keys and went to my vehicle. As I was going to my vehicle a man in the shop continued to talk to me and saying I was the one being rude. When I pulled off the man THREATENED to "catch a right hook" (punch me). I do not recommend this place at all terrible customer service and workers that threaten to beat up customers. read more

Around 4:30pm on Saturday, March 18, 2017 I was engaged in a very busy day of private dog training, on my way to the north end of Tacoma. I went through Lakewood because of an accident on northbound I-5. On 100th St SW approaching Lakewood Drive I suffered a tire blowout, and limped into the nearest parking lot, right behind Jiffy Lube. An employee came right out to see if I needed help. I thanked him and declined, as I intended to fix the tire with Fix-A-Flat. That didn't work, so I began the task of removing the spare tire and jack from my trunk. Suddenly I heard a man say, "Hey, why don't you drive inside carefully and we'll put your spare tire on for you?" It was Jim, the Jiffy Lube manager. I was astonished, and took him up on his offer. Jim and his crew put my spare on for me, put the flat tire in my trunk and checked all the tires, putting the love on my dog, Rocky Junior, too. I was so impressed with their helpfulness and generosity that I had them do a lube, oil and filter on my car. There are still good people in the world, and Jim and his crew are definitely among them. They helped me at NO COST, out of the goodness of their hearts. Highly recommended! read more

I was here not too long ago, and I finally have time to leave a review. Let me get started.... I came here to get an oil change, which was going well until about 45 minutes when they came back in and told me that they had lost the oil pan bolt, and somehow didn't have the part available and had to get one. (Mind you, these are literally only $2 bolts at any auto store) about an hour later they come back in stating they has fixed the bolt issue, and then began to tell me my air filter was dirty and wanted to charge me about 30 dollars for a new one. Ahem... I think they automatically assume that women have no knowledge of car parts. I'm not a moron. I changed the air filter myself not even a week ago since I can buy them for literally 8-15 dollars elsewhere and replace it. Even a monkey could replace one. He then proceeded to show me 'the filter'. Just for laughs I had him show me it acting clueless. However, it wasn't even my filter or the same size of my filter. These people really like to SCAM people out of their money and change air filters that don't even need to be changed. So please, don't fall for it. It's good to replace your air filter every 10-12k miles... I changed mine less than 1k miles ago. They also tried to charge me nearly 10 dollars for the bolt that THEY lost. Sorry, but not gonna happen. This location is a joke. Please stop treating your customers like morons thinking that they know nothing just to get more money. That is all. read more

But, the gentleman came to tell me that my oil change was done and they're almost finished with replacing my brake light. There are three lanes at this Jiffy Lube, making it one of the quicker places to stop for an oil change. They had me in and out in 20 minutes on Tuesday afternoon ~5pm. I don't appreciate the sales pressure - e.g. showing you how filthy your air filter is (when it was replaced 10k miles ago) and trying to scare you into buying a new one, or telling you how terribly you're treating your car by using conventional oil instead of synthetic. Some of us aren't made of money, and I think it's borderline inappropriate how hard they push sales that are completely unnecessary. But that is true of all Jiffy Lubes I've been to, not just this one. My car also leaked oil for a day or so after coming here, then stopped... I'm guessing there was some residual oil on the frame and they didn't clean it up? read more

Had a problem with meineke they over tightened my oil drain plug and stripped it and when I went to change my oil it completely stripped. I had no way to take it off so I gave this jiffy lube a call and they told me to come in they'll take care of me and try to see what they can do to fix it. In the end showed up instantly asked me to pull in and 10 minutes later they changed my oil drain plug and gave me a new one for free! Great customer service and very helpful! read more

Was in for an oil change and they wanted me to change out my air filter, I just changed it a month ago. I know I don't need it changed. But they assumed because I'm a girl I don't know anything. The guy kept insisting I also needed my wheels aligned, my brand new tires. These guys are crooks. If you go, just say no to anything extra!!! You will probably have to say no many times.
