I don't normally use Jiffy Lube but this location was new to me and I am far too lazy to change my own oil anymore so to gave them a try. First off I have to say it was refreshing to not have the hard upsell. They manager did inform me of their offered recommended services but was not pushing me about it. I was shown the wear items so I was able to make my own decision of what I wanted to deal with on this visit and I for the price I was very happy with the service I received and this will likely be my new go to for oil changes. read more

I just came here and they were supposed to just check what's wrong with the car because the light is on and the guy I don't know his name but he was really rude. He said he just got here and I said I was waiting before the two cars and he was like well, you're not in line behind those cars so we don't do anything in this line where you at so we have to service them first and I'm like I've been waiting for 20 minutes. He's like it doesn't matter because you're not in the right line and I'm like the other guy told me had to stay in this line so they could put the machine to check what's wrong with my car first because he said the weight was one hour so he's gonna check with the machine if I actually need the oil change because if I still have more time to get my oil changed, I could come back later and that we are an hour so I stayed in that place where the first guy told me and now there's new guy that he just got here and he was so rude so anyways, I ended up leaving some fat guy with glasses short guy. Carlos needs to work on his customer service skills. I was charged by him for parts (oil + oil filter) that I already purchased and brought in myself. When I called back for clarification his response (after a 10 minute hold) was "I don't have an answer for you" and "I'll reach out to my district supervisors to reach back out to you." He then says Guillermo is out on vacation though, so you won't hear from him until Thursday. Why even mention that? Terrible customer service, I came in for a vehicle inspection I understand it's busy but their manager Carlos told me to wait 30-60 minutes I waited and he still said to wait another 30 minutes looking like he didn't even want to help me. I drive up to the Jiffy Lube without an appointment. I was greeted right away and pointed to the bay my car would be placed in. The same gentleman that waived me in had a tablet ready to take down my info, scan my car information to get the recommended info from the manufacturer. They gave me a quote and even told me about some discounts they currently have. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with a television, water and bathroom available while I waited. I always come to this location for oil changes, and they've consistently done a great job. After a recent tire rotation, I noticed shaking at 70 MPH and brought it back. Edwin Carranza, the general manager, was incredibly helpful--he rebalanced the tires and walked me through honest, clear options to improve my car.
