Seems like the only consistency your team are actively seeking is to consistently disappoint your loyal customer base. The worse customer experience any customer can have is facing off with a worker who refuses to do the job that they agreed to do. Take Sal for instance. At what time do you think the last customer should roll into Jiffy Lube? Let's say Jiffy closes at 6pm, at what time should the last customer roll in for service? I'm old school, open means open, and closed means closed. Not Sal. Sal told me today at 5:53pm that I will have to come back in r the morning because Sal had already shut down his computers for the day. How much you want to bet that Sal lied to me about the computers being shut down. Corporate Office needs to promptly intervene when Jiffy Manager Sal is teaching the younger Jiffy workers to flat out lie to their loyal customers about their Jiffy computers being shut down. Sal didn't tell me he had computer issues, Sal told me that he had shut down his computer at 5:53pm while the doors we all open, and the store was still open. Remember that open is open, closed is closed. When Sal walks into his local bank at 5 mins to close, does the bank manager tell Sal that he has to come back in the morning because the banks computers have been shut down early? I have been coming exclusively to jiffy lube ever since I've had a car. Ive always gone early in the morning or early in the day (never minutes before closing because who would except somebody to continue working after closing) and they have always been fast and have never had any issues with long wait times when it is busy. I've been to multiple over the years but this one on rural and ray road has the best customer service because of Sal. Twice now he has worked on my car and I hope I get him every time. He is friendly and just gives me the family vibes. I've never felt taken advantage of and always get what I'm paying for. read more

I had to get my oil changed and it was so hot out I wasn't about to do it myself. So I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment and they said not today. When I got there, one person was ahead of me and I was thinking that's why I called to ask if I needed an appointment. No joke they said it'd be like 25 minutes, but it was more like 12 minutes. I was in and out so fast, I totally forgot to mention the online coupon ($10 off on the website). I had my air filter replaced as well and everything came out to about $140. I've always walked away from an oil change feeling ripped off but that ended today! I walked in and out and had my oil changed, cabin and air filters changed in half and hour- no waiting! **UPDATE** I received a decent coupon in my email from jiffy lube, so I decided to give them a second chance. But this time it was my 2015 Nissan Rogue that needed service. The coupon was for a full service oil change. I only got the car a few months ago, so everything should be in tip top shape, however we're leaving town this weekend and I wanted to be sure. Anyways, I pulled up and the guy walked to the edge of the shade and stood waiting for me to come to him. I got to him, said I needed an oil change and he said to just go put the keys back in the car and he'll take me to the waiting room. He pretty much refused to step out of the shade. Other than this, the two guys working were nice enough. They were start to finish in about 5 minutes. No joke. I was shocked when he closed the hood and drove it out. Thinking they were just super quick, I paid and left. As soon as I got in my car I was pissed. They didn't vacuum. They didn't check tire pressure. They didn't clean windows. But they put "completed" on each of those items. What a joke of a business this is. I use a coupon, so I only get the bare minimum of services? I will not come back again. They fully lost our business for good. And I have pictures to verify all of my claims. We've used jiffy lube for years and years in many different locations and have never had an issue. Today, we tried this location (recently moved into the chandler area) for the first time. Driving up in my smart car, which I drive purely for fun (I normally drive an SUV), the 3 young guys working all started laughing at me in it. Ok I get it, they are goofy looking cars. But to sit there and laugh and stare is ridiculous for a company wanting my business. Anyways after about 30 seconds one of them finally walk over to me and in the most miserable voice possible he asks if he can help me. I should have got back in my car and drove away then. But I stayed, and regretted it. The entire time they had laughing fits over my car and it was extremely uncomfortable sitting there watching it. Then they kept insisting that I should know that it takes full synthetic oil. Which I knew, from owning the car for 3 years now. They also made it uncomfortable to use an online jiffy lube coupon. Maybe they need some older workers to keep these obviously very young workers in check, because that was the worst 45 minute oil change I've ever been through. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU HAVE A 2017 HYUNDAI ELANTRA I brought my car in for a oil change since my dealership was completely booked up around the holidays and needed one before leaving town for Christmas.. my car now no longer works after only driving it for 18 miles after this oil change (keep in mind my car ran perfectly before this) i had very loud knocking and the car just does not drive anymore and the motor I done for due to them NOT EVEN CARRYING the correct oil and oil filter that my car requires NOT ONE of their technicians informed me of this and I am now out of a car with thousands in repairs. To get a manager to call back here is mission impossible and al they do is come look at your car and tell you they did nothing wrong and that's it me and how i take of my car (which i have always done a very good job of) and leave it took 3 days of calling and yelling for him to finally come out and just in complete honesty not seem To care at all what happened. jiffy lube is an awful company I will never work with again. Went to this location for my fourth oil change after the first three were complimentary from the dealership. When I went back to the dealership for my fifth oil change, they showed me the drain plug and the threads were destroyed; so completely overtightened that rethreading or helio wasn't even an option. When I brought the drain plug back to Jiffy Lube to show them, they informed me there wasn't "any way to prove the dealership didn't cause the damage".....Even though they were the only ones to have last worked on my car at all. Also, you don't destroy the threads by simply loosening a plug; the threads are destroyed when the drain plug is screwed in too tight. I am now paying $400 for a new oil pan, all because Jiffy Lube is based on quantity not quality. I saw a similar problem in one of the reviews- go ANYWHERE but Jiffy Lube. read more

When she got there she went for the $79 oil. RAMON - the arrogant and manipulative manager charged her for a radiator flush and something else for a total of $269. He told my daughter that it was necessary. Her car is 2 years old and my no means needed anything other than an oil change. I spoke to the shop owner FRANK and he told me he would look into it and get back to me. As expected I never heard back. My daughter spent an entire paycheck for services she did NOT need that she was CONNED into getting. I am reporting to the better business bureau. I have had my vehicles serviced there for years and I have never met anyone snakier than RAMON. They left the inside of my daughters car a MESS. When I spoke to RAMON all he did was whistle into the phone and laugh. My daughter was taken advantage of - maybe for her gender. Maybe for her age. Not only did they provide her with a terrible service I was treated poorly by both RAMON and FRANK in trying to rectify their wrong. Went to take my truck in to get a oil change and I've never had an issue with any jiffy lube until I came to this location!!!!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would! Being in the customer service industry myself the customer service here was beyond horrible!!! You could tell right off the bat they didn't want to change the oil in my truck. Mentioned they were out of the oil that normally goes in my truck prior to saying it would take longer than an hour wait time, oh and they referred me to the other jiffy lube which was closed on Sunday's!!!!!!!!! Before I got my new Hyundai Sonata, I had my old 2004 PT Cruiser serviced here a few months ago. Let me tell you one thing, the people that are doing the oil changes are not good. First I paid over $100 (with tax) for a "high mileage" oil change. It was a couple of hours before a trip and the other shop I usually took it to was closed. I was like, "Okay.. I'll suck it up and deal with the cost." So I wait for an hour (these people are slow) and they tell me my car is done. Not even a week later, I noticed that my car is seriously leaking oil. So I take it to my normal mechanic and they tell me that Jiffy Lube had ruined my oil plug by over tightening it. So I had to pay for a new oil plug, but luckily my mechanic gave me a oil change free of charge. I'm not impressed at all by the service here. read more

Been here many times with no issues. No more. When I went in ten days ago I knew I had a tail light out. I didn't mention it, but they came in and offered to change it. I said ok. That night, I had no dash lights. Went to the mechanic by my office, who I trust completely. They found a short, which they attributed to a bad bulb or causing the short in putting it in. I went back to the store, talked to one of the techs, he went to the manager, he came out and asked if I had the old bulb, I didn't. He said if it wasn't the bulb, then it must be an electrical problem with my car, as there was no way they could have done anything putting it in. I said I don't think so, and if that's the best he could do with an unhappy customer I was never coming back. Jiffy Lube national customer service was not much better. They evaluated my oil and determined it was still good, and then topped it off, checked all other fluids and tire pressure... For free. I stopped in this place years ago when this was a Penzoil franchise. Not a good experience. I was desperate because I couldn't get into Oasis Auto Center ($23 for oil change) where I normally go. So I thought I'd give Jiffy Lube a try. Yes, I paid almost double what I normally pay ($42 and change) but I was willing to pay for the "convenience". A few minutes later the manager asked me to come out to give him basic info, name, address, etc.. Then the hard sell began. Tranny flush. air filter, coolant, yada yada yada. I explained that I'd just had the car serviced by my Honda guy and if I did need an air filter (which I didn't) I'd buy my own and put it in. I also explained I have my own coolant at home. I said "I just need an oil change" to which he replied "I'm just doing my job sir". I've been in sales dude. If your leading pitch falls flat, leave it the *&^% alone!! Until about 20 years ago, I did almost all my own auto repairs (my generation actually understands that stuff). Now I can afford to pay a mechanic to do it, but I've never been ripped off because I know my way around cars. I absolutely hate it when you walk into a place like this and they assume you are stupid. He finally backed off and agreed to let me just get my oil changed. When I checked out, a young kid told me I had an oil leak and a transmission leak. Yes, I knew this, they are minor leaks. The car is 15 years old. If I need a repair, I'll take it to my Honda guy, not this place!! He also told me I could get a top off at any Jiffy Lube, which really means if my oil is low, I can stop at any Jiffy Lube and get another heavy handed sales pitch for overpriced oil and anything else you don't really need. I wish I could give them zero stars, im active duty military in town on leave, I brought my truck in last week for a radiator flush and oil change. I was greeted politely and my truck was shortly pulled into the bay. it was at this point when the fuckery started. about ten minutes in I see three or four of them gathered around my truck, including the shop manager. this got my attention and im now standing at the window watching them. soon the young man who greeted me just fine as I pulled in, calls me in and says "we need you to sign this waver, because of the age of the vehicle, saying if something is wrong we're not responsible" damn near stuttering on every word. this was strange, since iv been going to a jiffy in san diego for years and never heard of this waiver. so I asked the manager "well, IS something wrong?" he looked me dead in the eyes and told me no. now it's three days later and my truck is PISSING oil. come to find out they stripped the HELL out of my drain plug. thanks alot for the honest service you guys, I'm going overseas for three years, and im only in town for a short while. im so glad I get to spend it fixing my god damn truck instead of going to my sister's baby shower!
