I was in need of a radiator coolant flush, but the radiator shop I went to only does replacements. Nonetheless he did mention I could take it here (Jiffy Lube) on 190th. Best auto advice I've been given in years! Extremely simple process. Its not necessary but you can go to there website, select the work you want to be done, and get an estimate right there. Along with any available discounts that may apply. And guess what? When the work was done, it cost what I was told online. None of that, we had to also do this without informing you, so you're now going to be needing to pay this much instead nonsense. My experience was ok. Pricey ($95 after $20 coupon) for full synthetic and they didn't show me the dipstick after it was done for verification or clear my change oil light. Other places I've gone to including nearby Valvoline have always done that. Didn't help that the light wouldn't clear for me after so I thought they messed up somehow. Finally cleared hours later. Docked 1 star for price (honestly Walmart does it for half) and 1 star for subpar customer service (didn't even get a reminder sticker). They explained every step of the process clearly and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need -- which I really appreciated. The oil change was quick, but they didn't cut corners. They checked my tire pressure, topped off fluids and rotated my tires! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with coffee and Wi-Fi to make the short wait even easier. Racist. Rude service. So disappointed!! They serviced two other cars BEFORE my husband when he was there first . Overheard an employee say they wanted to service the black Camaro BEFORE my husband's work truck (although they acknowledged he was there first,) because the guy wanted to "drive it." They were rude to him UNTIL they heard the car he was driving was for his work . I've gone here many times before and have never had a problem. Unfortunately, My husband as an African American man , gets slighted occasionally in the Torrance area because of his race . Extremely upset that we will now add THIS Jiffy Lube to that list . An absolutely horrible experience. Everything that could have made this experience a total nightmare happened. I came in for an oil change. At the most, this service in the past has taken maybe 30 minutes. The mechanic told me that my oil cap was screwed on so tight that it might break, so he wanted to know if I wanted to just buy a new one. I said no...but lo and behold, my oil cap "broke" anyways! So I said okay, fine, replace it. An hour goes by. I ask about how much longer I might be there. I get told 15 minutes. I was there for probably close to 2 hours before it was finally done. Fast forward to a week ago, my engine stalled out so I took it in to my regular car mechanic. He said that my oil cap was screwed on the wrong way; and as a result, all of my oil had leaked out of my car. I was told my engine could have blown up from this. So...what exactly did I pay $80 for? To waste my time, and end up paying hundreds more to fix an issue that YOU caused, jiffy lube? Horrible. I'll be going to valvoline, yall demolished my trust. read more

I visited this location for your standard full synthetic oil change. A month or two after my visit, my vehicle (2022 Durango RT) started leaking oil. Mind you I haven't had this vehicle for more than a year. I took it to a mechanic who informed me my oil filter wasn't placed on properly and after driving it slowly loosened causing the oil leak. I was skeptical going to Jimmy Lube because some of the workers seemed extremely young. My skepticism was proven correct smh. Will not be visiting again. The crew is all positive and polite even opening the door for me to go inside just shows they have manners and care about the customers.
