Rene and his crew - Arturo and Art was efficient but thorough. Rene was able to explain what needs to be changed but not too pushy and kept me updated the whole time. I don't know what happened to this place ...!! Last 3 times I been here some kind of delay or problem..!! First they said the emails I get for the discount on oil changes have to be printed out. They can't scan from the phone no more...... last time I came they said the computers are down and the system is down. They don't know what it's gonna come back up. .. and today I stopped by in early and it's all we have some kind of problem would be like a 30 to 45 minute wait .. doesn't seem like coincidence the last three times something has gone wrong.. staff is friendly but management needs to check out these things read more

I'm disappointed. After several times of coming here, I rushed out of work to get here before their closing time. Unfortunately, by the time I made it, it was after their cut off time. So came here for a simple oil change. After out of car and waiting in waiting area and car on block, was told they don't have conventional oil in stock and only the most expensive synthetic oil. About $120 for an oil change. When I drove up and said I needed an oil change shouldn't you have mentioned that then? Staff was super nice, but it doesn't negate the part where I felt taken. I bought the oil and the filter, came back and was told they could only use oil and filters from their own company. When I explained that I was told to bring my own filter and oil they assured me that they don't have the tools to put the filter in. Fast service but very expensive. I was charged $35.99 for an air cabin replacement filter. They cost $7.50 on Amazon. Shame on them for overcharging customers. Arrived on 4/20/25. While checking in, they told me my car takes 5.9quarts of oil (which it only takes 4.4 per manufacturer) then they tell me they ran out of conventional oil and only have synthetic ($100+). I then showed them a coupon for $25 off a synthetic oil change and they tell me they won't take it because they are not a "participating location for that coupon". I told them to stop the service and just walked away. They were cool about it but beware of this place. Definitely a place that will upcharge on everything. read more

I have visited this location 2 times within the last 1 1/2 years. I was turned away BOTH times. The first time I stopped on my way home from work due to my oil light flickering when I would hit the brakes on my car (I had just had an oil change at a different location) so I stopped by to ask for help. I was told it was my sensor - But they guy never even opened my hood! Turns out my car was burning oil and I had my son take care of it at home. I stopped again yesterday 08/31 to get an oil change. I arrived at 5:37 p.m. and I was told they were about to close! I advised the employee their web info said they closed at 6:30 p.m. I was then told they were short staffed. Yikes. One worker here made me so uncomfortable. I came in and said I needed just one tire replaced with a tire I bought at another store, who couldn't put it on for me. I was asked twice if I needed an oil change, both times I answered no. This one employee appeared to be trying to flirt with me while pushing an unnecessary service on my car. I said no thank you, I just need my tire put on. A few minutes later another helpful employee helps me with paying for my tire, and the same creepy employee asks again if I need my oil changed. 1. I had a nail in my car and was calling tire shops around the area to get it inspected and fixed. I called this location to place an appointment and receive an approximate price quote. When I spoke to the representative on the phone regarding the tire I received an immediate response stating they only sell and install new tires. No other services. I'm not entirely sure why they would lie when I've repaired an identical issue it at this exact ship location a few months ago. It could possibly just be the representative I spoke to that deserves this low rating, but the employee represents the brand. read more
